Had such a lovely stay for a little birthday surf trip! The sauna, hot tub, and outdoor shower were put to great use. The space was clean and had everything we could have needed! We walked in to a birthday banner on the wall which made my day! The space was less than a 5 minute drive to town, a short walk from some beautiful little beaches, and a 30 minute drive for a day in Tofino. Highly recommend and I hope to be back. What a perfectly charming place to stay and get away from the big city. It had everything I needed. I spent four days wandering the beaches and hiking the local trails in the off-season. After a day in the elements, it was a treat to come back to this cozy little loft, turn on the fireplace and use the jetted tub with all of the wonderful bath products Gabriel has available for guests. The morning started with complimentary locally roasted coffee from the Foggy Bean. The Ucluelet Brewing Company was a five-minute walk up the road in case I didn't feel like cooking, or driving. Will I be back? You bet I will! Thanks, Gabriel, for being such a friendly and responsive host.

We loved our stay in Kristen's place - good proximity to the grocery store & restaurants, and close to the lighthouse loop. Easy to find and private, the glass doors that someone else mentioned being a downfall were not an issue for us (and because of them we got to see some deer!). The hot tub was a little hard to find because our first time we went looking in the dark (it's in the deck, with a cover with wood the same colour as the deck itself), but Kristen clarified and the next day we found it and enjoyed having access to it.

Lovely stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tofino area. Private pathway to beach, amazing!

We had an amazing first Airbnb experience at Jay’s cottage in Ucluelet! The space was lovely—tastefully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect setting to reconnect with our two teens and soak in the laid-back vibe of Ucluelet, BC. Jay’s directions were spot on, and the place was exactly as described. Thoughtful touches, like the vinyl stickers with the cottage logo, added a personal and professional touch. I’ve put two on our daily travel mugs (they even survived the dishwasher!), and every time I see them, I smile. We loved that the cabin was the last unit in the lane, making it feel more secluded. Surrounded by nature, it felt wonderfully cozy, especially when the weather was rough outside. Things we really appreciated: extra bedding & towels, oil/vinegar/salt/pepper/sugar, coffee and filters, a full-sized fridge, toiletries in each bathroom, and heat being turned on before we arrived - such a thoughtful touch! Enjoyed my stay as the place was as described with great views, clean, close and walkable to everything in downtown Tofino. I also like there was a designated parking spot and Savary Island Pie was on the same building making for a quick food grab during the rainy days. The hosts were also friendly and helpful when I was having issues with the internet and tv connection.

This place was so beautiful and really has rustic raw BC beauty right on the ocean. I enjoyed a kayak with my niece, and we all loved exploring the beach at low tide. The stairway down and up to the beach is steep, which we all enjoyed kind of like a tree house. I enjoyed kayaking with my niece and seeing the beautiful rocks, trees, big waves and plenty of fishing boats in the distance. The only comment I'd make is the beach wasn't accessible to one family member who has a bad hip, and wasn't able to climb and balance easily with nothing to hold onto to walk the last bit to the beach. We all LOVED the hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean! Our view from the porch was peaceful, with lots of bird sightings and even a bear sighting on the beach our first day. We will likely be back for a longer stay next year.

Beautiful and walkable. Love this location and was able to share with aging parents, sister and hubby. So spacious and well equipped. Will be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Tofino View House. Peter was an excellent host, very clear communications, proactively reached out to assist and was very pleasant. The house is awesome. We loved the views and the privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked. The space is clean, cozy and perfect for 5 or 6 guests (we were 5 people and we stayed for a week). It is well located within the Tofino area and has a great view of the inlet. We noticed all the natural light in the house because of the skylights and large windows. We would definitely recommend Peter and the Tofino View House!

Justine went out of her way to make our stay lovely! She left us a sweet care package full of goodies and even brought extra blankets because my eldest was ill with a cold! Communication was quick and easy and I will definitely be re-booking this absolute gem of a place...mille merci Justine!

Shayla was super responsive and the place was amazing. It was like staying in a luxury forest treehouse. So close to town yet felt like you were away from it all, exactly what we were looking for. Shayla even mailed me an item I forgot. Exceptional host, I would stay again without hesitation.

It was an amazing stay. The place was clean and well set up . The view was spectacular and it was very cozy and comfortable . The hosts were great. Easy to reach if questions . We will definitely come back to this place . Highly recommended !

This was the perfect place for our vacation with extended family. Location was exceptional. Betty’s home is beautiful and spacious. The house had everything we needed. Sauna was amazing. Betty was warm and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Loved the place. You can't beat the view and location. Surfing right out the back door. The only thing I would say is the really late check in time and early check out means it makes sense for longer stays only. We paid for two nights but by the time you factor in the check in and check out time you basically lose the majority of a day. With that said I would. still highly recommend. A magical place.

Black Rock Beach House is fabulous. The location is fantastic, very private and you can walk straight out to the beach. The rocky coast was great for my 2 grandchildren, exploring rock pools and collecting shells. The house itself exceeded all our expectations, and is beautifully and comfortably furnished. You can sit in the hot tub and watch the ocean rolling in. Barb herself is very responsive, and not only that, when my son and daughter-in-law left their coats behind, said she would bring the coats back to Vancouver! We all said we would love to come back to this gem of a house.

Just spent an amazing weekend at The Spot. The home was everything we expected and more with serene forest views out every window. Tons of room for the 6 of us and the location was perfect, a short 5 min walk to Cox Bay and 10 min drive to town. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and spa like bathrooms. There's lots of games and books for a rainy day in, warm hottub perfect for warming up after surfing and a great firepit. Anders is a great host, quick to respond to a couple of questions we had and clear instructions for check in, out, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Nami project has been on our bucket list for a few years now, and we finally were able to cross it off! The space is exactly as advertised and it was perfect for a weekend couples getaway. The view, the outdoor heated tub, the interior design and build quality all added up towards the perfect experience. The only concern we had was that the sauna kept triggering the safety break even if it wasn’t that hot in the sauna yet, otherwise, everything else was all good! Our Tesla charging adaptor broke on our way to Nami project and didn’t realize it was broken until we arrived. Therefore, we were unable to use the on-site EV charger, but thankfully, one of the staff members, Maria, was kind enough to allow us to use their Tesla home charger and give me a ride to and from their home and Nami, huge huge thank you for helping us out!

This property is remarkably beautiful. The perfect location to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beachfront property is incredible and cabin one is the closest to the beach making it extremely private. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and take in the beautiful scenery. The road in is a bit of an adventure but the host provided accurate and clear instructions to navigate. The hosts were extremely timely in responses and wanted to ensure the best possible stay. This property does not have wifi and cell service is limited so be aware, but that was a welcomed time to unplug and enjoy. The balcony is large and perfect for relaxing with a book or having morning coffee. Would be an awesome location to have a group of friends or another couple and it appeared dogs were extremely welcomed on property and on the beach.

Beautifully rustic, but comfortable, style beach house. The house is right on North Chesterman beach, with gorgeous views of the swell from the living space. The house is well supplied with everything you would need for the weekend. I was pleased with Danielle’s attentiveness. We were excited that she messaged us about an early check in, which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional location/view and tricked out with a great kitchen, deck, sound system, comfortable bed, etc.! This was not our 1st stay at Pete’s BBBarn and it wont be the last…a classic Ukee each crib! Fred & Q, Seattle
