Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

Alok’s place was easy to find and has beautiful views from the deck . If the weather is clear bhimtal can be easily spotted . The weather was extremely pleasant and we spend most of our time in the sit out area on first floor. Caretaker Radhe was helpful and cooked delicious meals . The place also has many decent cafés at walking distance for quick bite and coffee. It was a great stay overall and I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy peaceful time in nature .

Saddam is a very great host and we really enjoyed our stay at his place. The view from the room upstairs was very relaxing. The house is not very far from the Dhela and Jhirna gates if going towards Jim Corbett. Nainital is a 2 hours drive away. We also really enjoyed the Halva prepared for us the second day. Property is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, though a bit far from the mall Road (approx 2 km). Private parking is available at the property. All the amenities were in good working condition. House was fairly clean with little dust on the kitchen counter. It was a very comfortable stay. The Caretaker is very polite and can cook good food, but the charge for cooking is a bit high if you compare with similar Airbnb properties. Food delivery is very much possible from all the good restaurants via zomato. All in all we had a pleasant stay at Nilaya.

Overall great experience. Pros - 1. Property was very neat and clean. Very comfortable and calm space, perfect for a break. 2. Views from the balcony were amazing 3. Jai was very helpful, proactive 4. So was the caretaker (Monika) and her food was also amazing Cons - 1. Parking is a bit of a challenge as the slots near the property are limited but the caretaker helped us out to get one eventually 2. Wi-Fi was very slow. It didn’t matter to us as we were on a leisure trip, but for people who want to do remote work please double check.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

We had a wonderful time at Harshit’s villa. The cottage is very well maintained and both the caretakers (Jeevan and Neeraj) were very courteous and helpful. We tried the in house kitchen as well and the pahari thali was a great hit among our family members. The cottage is located on a hill top and is a perfect getaway for a family of 7-8 members. Harshit is proactive in communication and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Would recommend his villa to anyone looking for a weekend vacation in Bhimtal/Naukuchiatal. Look forward to visiting again.

You need to step down n go in home 2. start with sofa cum bed in hall for a couple 3. kitchen was good n much things u can get rest near by people are too helpful 4. clean bathrooms both identical 5 second room on stairs up and need to go from inside only 6. if u wanna wake with sun kiss its best to sleep on above one u ll get it on 5-5:30 am if need to keep sleepy then put curtains 😂 Suggestions for rhythm: pls put on fan atleast on wall as sometime around its needed for 30 min to 2 hours as temp is not that low as expected Suggestions to coming guest: do maintain things its on hill if made some mess in home u ll get result in home with insects n things so dont mess the home its a nature loving stay and clean so keep it as it is full airy home and quiet to spend in and enjoy indoor games but u need to carry indoor items

Extremely beautiful property located in the hills of Nainital. We were planning to stay here for a day just to visit Neem Karolis babas ashram. But we were so blown away by the peace and beauty of the villa that we extended our stay for another two days and stayed and explored other places in Nainital and enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The caretaker Mr. Mani was so helpful for all our needs and guiding in local sightseeing . The housekeeping is perfect with a dedicated staff coming in daily for cleaning , changing towels etc , it was as if just in a hotel. This is so far the best service I have received in the very many properties we have booked through Air Bnb. Kudos to the whole team for making it such a wonderful experience for your guests.

Our visit to Abhineet's place was excellent. The house was very tastefully done and the caretaker (Harish) and the cook (Karan) organized everything for us. The food was homely, delicious and always hot & timely. Our host also recommended a short hike to a small stream nearby, which proved to be a relaxing and fun outing for us. We had kids and a pet traveling with us and the host and staff was super-welcoming for our furry friend. On New Year’s Eve, they had decorated the entire villa with balloons and the evening bonfire added to our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.
