Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

Prettig verblijf, blij met de overdekte buitenruimte. Alles was compleet en erg fijn. Communicatie met de host was goed. Locatie was erg prettig. Om het verblijf nog beter te maken zou een hor in het raam het nog beter maken door de muggen tegen te houden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Bovec sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt: zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Der Blick ins Grüne ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft ist super! Top Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, privater Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, schöne Aufteilung und optimal mit zwei Bädern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

"Comfort moderno e vista spettacolare" Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in questo appartamento moderno e accogliente, perfetto come base per esplorare il Friuli. La posizione è comoda, a pochi minuti dall’autostrada, ma immersa nella tranquillità, con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Tutto è ben curato, dalla cucina super attrezzata alla zona living ampia e luminosa. Ottima anche la camera padronale: silenziosa, comoda e con un materasso davvero confortevole. Il soppalco aggiunge un tocco originale alla casa. Molto comodo anche il self check-in a qualsiasi ora. Proprietari attenti e casa perfetta per relax o sport all’aria aperta. Super consigliata!

L'hôte est très gentille et réactive aux messages. L'appartement est confortable et propre. Je recommande avec plaisir. Le seul bémol serait l'isolation phonique entre cet appartement et celui d'à côté. Et pour ceux que ça gênerait, le logement est juste à côté d'une ferme avec des vaches.

Die Unterkunft von Lisa hat in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen (5-köpfige Familie) entsprochen: alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 schöne Zimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum, schönes Bad, große Terrasse, Wäscheständer, .... Hund willkommen. Soča ist fußläufig (ca. 7 Min.) erreichbar (superschöner Badeplatz), Möglichkeit zu Wanderungen direkt vom Haus weg, Tolmin in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Bovec in ca. 35 Minuten. Kommunikation mit Lisa verlief reibungslos, sehr klare Beschreibungen. Alles in allem perfekt! Dankeschön ☀️!

Franka was very kind host. The location is peaceful and lovely, also the house is perfect and well equiped.

Klimatyczne miejsce, duża przestrzeń, spokój, wszystko zapewnione tak jak w opisie. Polecam serdecznie.

Trotz sehr später und spontaner Anfrage (unsere vorherige Unterkunft hatte uns storniert) haben es diese äußerst freundlichen Vermieter:innen geschafft für 9 Erwachsene und ein Kind in wenigen Stunden das gesamte Haus herzurichten. Alles sauber und heimelig, Ausstattung der Küche usw war auch spitze! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Ermöglichung eines schönen und gemütlichen Familienwochenendes!

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Muy buena opción en Gemona, en un barrio tranquilo, muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobus y del centro histórico. Muy accesible en automóvil, con comercios a mano. La ubicación es para sentir el verdadero ritmo de Gemona, como un vecino más y no como turista. Los anfitriones, Paola y Simone, son de diez! Siempre pendientes a las necesidades, amables, serviciales y dispuestos a dar una mano. El departamento es enorme, cómodo y muy bien equipado para estadías largas. En todo momento, me sentí como en mi casa!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet – wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Outdoor-Bereich war wunderbar zum Entspannen und Grillen geeignet, mit sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen den ganzen Tag über. Trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen blieb es im Haus angenehm kühl, und die ruhige Lage trug zusätzlich zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei!

Fabulous spot close to the town center. Great views from the backyard as well. There is a laundry service very nearby which was very convenient too!

Doroteja je bila čudobita gostiteljica, zelo odzivna. Lokacija je odlična za pohodnike in avaturiste, ki želijo preiskati okolico Soče.

la posizione della casa è ottima per arrivare in centro a piedi. molto molto utile anche il parcheggio riservato . la casa aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno e tutto era perfettamente funzionante. la possibilità di fare la sauna poi è un optional davvero fantastico. antonio è stato sempre stato disponibile ad ogni mia chiamata. lo consiglio davvero

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

L'appartamento, accogliente e curato nei dettagli, è in una posizione davvero ottimale per visitare Gorizia! Ci si può spostare a piedi agevolmente, e al contempo è riparato dai rumori della città. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana molto piacevole nonostante la pioggia: c'erano anche le carte da gioco, sempre gradite per trascorrere momenti allegri! Abbiamo apprezzato anche le guide turistiche in consultazione. Grazie.

L'appartamento e' come viene descritto nella scheda. C'e' tutto quello che serve per la vacanza. La cucina e' piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ottime anche le dotazioni presenti incluse le cialde per il caffe'. Letto comodo, un po' piccoli i cuscini, ma se come noi ti porti quelli da casa il problema non si pone! Noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e le coperte erano insufficienti per poter dormire al caldo. Abbiamo acquistato una coperta in piu' e cosi' non c'e' stato problema. Consiglio di dotare l'appartamento di una seconda coperta nel caso in cui faccia freddo come in dicembre/gennaio. Ottimo il parcheggio per l'auto, riparato e chiuso sotto il condominio. Gentile l'assitente che ci ha dato le chiavi e spiegato come utilzzare l'accesso al condominio e poi le dotazioni di casa. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per 2 persone.
