Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Romina nagyon kedves házigazda. Tiszta és rendezett kis apartmanban kaptunk szállást, ahol mindenünk megvolt. Kirándulók számára, kutyásoknak ideális hely, zárt kertben, karnyújtásnyira a természettől. Siklóernyősöknek is remek választás. Pont a Kobala starthelyre vezető út mellet van.

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento di Romano per due notti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. In casa non mancava nulla. Romano ci ha accolto personalmente al nostro arrivo in serata. L’appartamento è molto grande, ordinato e pulito. Romano ha pensato anche a fornirci dei generi alimentari per la colazione e il pranzo. Grazie Romano per il bel soggiorno

Capodanno trascorso in 14 persone. Spazi veramente ampi e accoglienti, salotti con posto per tutti e cucine super accessibili. Camere da letto comode e capienti. Host fantastico, super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e reattivo! Zona veramente molto tranquilla, piccolo paesino con gita ai monumenti di Caporetto molto facilmente raggiungibili. Spazio esterno ottimo soprattutto in estate! Posto assolutamente consigliato!

big and spacious house, clean,with a lot of amenities inside the house. we have been able to cook at home,to do the washing up. we definitely recommend it and we would definitely go back. Thank you Idanna

Perfektes Airbnb für einen Strandurlaub. Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt an einem großen Platz (könnte daher Abends lauter werden ist aber ab 23:30 spätestens ruhig (bis auf die Wasserfontänen). Dies war für uns aber zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Giovanni antwortet immer sehr schnell und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung (Pizzeria gegenüber der Anlage mit den besten Pizzen). Zum Strand sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. Dort hatten wir 2 Liegen für eine Woche inklusive.

Alles war sehr gut,Unterkunft sauber sehr schöne Aussicht und Umgebung vieles zum Unternehmen gute Restaurants… Gastgeberin sehr sehr nett und freundlich, sie reagierte schnell auf Nachrichten und beantwortet alles fragen und sie ist immer erreichbar einfach zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist in jeglicher Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Alenka und Diego sind super Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und wunderschön. Es fehlte uns nichts. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Antonia ci ha gentilmente accolti nel suo appartamento, che abbiamo trovato anche più ampio e luminoso di quanto sembrasse dalle foto. C'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno; in più, Antonia ci ha procurato una culla per il nostro bimbo. Il grande Residence ha una piscina e molto verde attorno. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il mare anche con il passeggino in una decina di minuti. Siamo stati bene! Lo consigliamo!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice, beds were good, and the surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing. The beach was very close (10-15 min walk) and there is a market and gelateria close by. Communication was perfect. Thanks Daniela and team Mozart!

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. WIr waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auf Wünsche wurde rasch eingegangen und geantwortet. Vielen Dank auch an Carlo vom "Da Nord a Sud", der während unseres Aufenthalts unser sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner vor Ort war.

Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

unser kurzurlaub in der unterkunft bei susanna war super :) einkaufsstraße ca. 50 meter entfert - belegte gegend im juni (man bekommt das jedoch nicht mit in der unterkunft), ca. 100m bis zum strand .. sauber, netter kontakt, alles super - immer wieder gerne :) hunde waren auch sehr herzlich willkomen .

We enjoyed so much Vila Lapod. It is on a great location, amazing property with an access to the beautiful lake. Our apartment was huge, spacious bedrooms, living area, big kitchen..we loved it!!!! We would love to come back againg one day!

Logement très propre, fidèle à l'annonce, bien situé pour profiter de la vallée de la Soca. Centre ville accessible à pieds, Jure nous a bien conseillé pour nos sorties à vélo.

Sara hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie ist eine offene und freundliche Gastegeberin bei der man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Darüber hinaus hat sie sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um uns Tipps für Unternehmungen zu geben und betont dass sie bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar ist. Wir können Sie nur weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder !:)

Ubytovaní bylo skvělé, moderní, čisté. Byt je velký (byli jsme ubytováni 2 dospělí a 2 děti). V ceně ubytování je i slunečník a parkovací místo (auto lze parkovat v modré zóně). velmi jsme uvítali úklidové prostředky (koště, lopatku a mop pro zametení zejm. písku, který si člověk nosí z pláže). Skvělá je i klimatizace. V bytě jsou 2 balkony a na oknech zatemňovací žaluzie, což jsem uvítala zejm. kvůli dětem). Byt je v centru, blízko pláže i všeho dění, ale i blízko aquaparku. Je možnost si zapůjčit i kolo, ale to jsme nevyuzili. Celkově ubytování u Lucia doporučuji!

Séjour agréable, Lorenzo est une personne chaleureuse est sympathique. Appartement plus que convenable. Localisation très calme et proche de toutes commodités. A recommander.
