what sold it for me was the very convenient location, which was a 2 mins walk to dongdaemun train station. the room was very cozy and they provided everything we needed, from towels to shampoo/soap/conditioner, water refill station and toilet paper. we had a comfortable stay! the toilet was also spacious and dustbins were provided. it felt safe as well since there are other people staying in the same house. overall great experience! thank you for hosting us :)

친절하시고 너무 편하게 놀고왔습니다

시설도 깔끔하고 가격도 합리적이어서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 주변에 풍광 좋은 카페도 많고 숙소 1층에 탁구대도 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 충전할 기기가 많다면 멀티탭 하나정도 챙겨가시는거 추천드려요.

Accurate listing, good value for Myeongdong, great location. Easily walkable to the Myeongdong station and shopping area, while also located in a peaceful area. Water sometimes took a while to warm up and wifi connection was spotty, but this didn't affect our stay as we were mostly out and about. The host communicated with us before check-in, and provided detailed self check-in instructions as our flight landed late and we didn't get there until 11 pm. We would definitely stay here again.

They don’t have breakfast anymore, after the COVID, but it is a lot of restaurants and 24/7 shops around. The landlords are wonderful and if you need help they will help you without any problem.

My stay at Tommy‘s hostel was super pleasant! The communication was clear from the beginning and I could even check in earlier than anticipated, which was very helpful. The room was very nice, the only thing is that the blinds were kind dirty (?) on the left corner which showed when you put them down. Apart from that everything was very clean and was vacuumed once a week, I even got my trashbags changed without having to ask. Tommy and his employees were always friendly and tried to help where they could. Another great aspect is the area Jongno which is close to bustling Ikseon-dong but I never had troubles sleeping because of loud noise. You can walk to Myeongdong or Gyeongbokgung Palace in 30 minutes or to the Gwangjang market in 20 minutes. Seoul station can also be reached in only 20 minutes by train which was super convenient. Overall this was a great choice as a solo female traveler. I really enjoyed my stay and wish Tommy and his team the best!

큰 티비와 넓은 스크린의 프로젝터 앞의 8명은 족히 앉을 쇼파가 인상적이었습니다. 바로 옆의 테라스에서 바베큐도 너무 좋았어요!

이번 여행은 친한 언니들끼리 여행을 갔는데, 정말 스키장의 숙소처럼 방 자체가 엄청 따뜻하고 뜨끈뜨끈했습니다. 그래서 1박 2일동안 샤워 안하려고 했는데, 화장실에 창문이 있음에도 불구하고 우풍 하나 없어서 샤워까지 했어요! 하나도 춥지 않았습니다. 부모님들도 좋아하실것 같아요! 이 근처 여행을 온다면 저는 고민없이 이 숙소 다시 예약할거에요.

너무 좋았습니다

진짜 최고예요 최고.. 날씨가 너무 안좋을때 갔었는데 큰창에서 바라보는 풍경은 최고입니다.. 강아지들을 위해 물그릇과 밥그릇 그리고 방석 장난감 등 강아지를 위한 물건들이 있어서 감동 받았습니다 너무 좋고요 조용해서 더 좋았습니다 !! 또 방문할 의사 1000프로입니다 감사합니다

거실이 여럿이 모여놀기 딱좋게 된 구조였습니다. 바베큐장도 잘되어있고 수영장도 깨끗하여 안심하고 쓸 수 있었습니다.

세 가족(어른 6명, 아동 2명)이 이용했습니다. 한겨울에 갔는데, 미리 난방을 따뜻하게 하고 기다려주셔서 도착하자마자 몸을 녹일 수 있었습니다. 욕실과 주방, 방과 거실 모두 깨끗했으며, 아늑하고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 바베큐실은 현관으로 나가서 바로 옆에 있었고, 조금 춥긴 했으나 숯불에 고기를 잘 구워 먹었습니다. 덕분에 설명절 숙소에서 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었고요. 가족들 모두 만족한 숙소였습니다. 팬션까지 가파른 오르막이라 아이들이 뛰어놀만한 야외공간은 없고. 폭설이 내릴경우 차량진입이 어려울 수 있는 점은 참고하시면 좋을 것 같고요. 숙소 위주로 이용하신다면 매우 좋은 숙소인 것 같습니다.

여고때 친구들과 30년만에 만남으로 1박 2일 너무 편하고 즐겁게 쉬다 왔습니다. 사장님 친절하시고 청소상태와 간단한 아침서비스, 친절하고 잘생긴 영국인 직원까지.. 근처에 맛집과 위치 안좋았던게 없었어요~ 다음에 기회되면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다~~

저희는 2인이 이용했는데 4인 가족이나 친구들끼리 이용해도 손색이 넓고 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 거실에서 내다보이는 통창 산/계곡뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 2층이어서 계곡을 내려다보는 느낌이 더 좋았을까? 싶은 생각이 들었구요~! 계곡물 소리가 은은하게 들려서 거실 안에서도 자연 속에 있다는 느낌이 들었고, 거실과 연결된 테라스에서 불멍할 수 있어서 외부 출입할 필요없이 편하게 기분내기 좋았어요~! 숙소 청결상태도 아주 깨끗했고, 방음도 잘 되었고, 조리도구, 인덕션, 가스버너도 구비되어 있어서 조리해먹기 좋은 환경이었어요. 다음에 가족들과도 다시 방문하고싶습니다!

The place itself was lovely and so are the people, and the location is relatively convenient if you enjoy walking. Lots to see and do within walking distance. If you plan to explore other parts of Seoul, it might be better to find a place right next to a subway. Also, because of the demonstrations that happened during our stay (outside the control of the AirBnb) it was super crowded and loud late into the night around the area. Also, several streets and subway entrances were blocked and most bus were rerouted making it extremely inconvenient to get around making our stay less enjoyable.

친절하신 사장님과 사랑스런 강아지 우유, 따뜻한 수영장과 편하고 골고루 익는 가스 그릴까지 완비되어 너무 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다. 유튜브와 넷플릭스를 볼 수 있는 티비가 두 대에 노래방 기계까지 있어서 심심할 틈이 없었어요. 아이들이 또 오자고 하네요. 계곡물이 흐르는 계절에 또 뵙겠습니다!

퇴근후 모여 동네는 어둡고 조용했지만 집안으로 들어갔을때 잘 정돈된 내부와 따뜻함이 집에온듯 편안했어요. 침대도 편하고 이불도 포근해서 잘 잤답니다. 송년회 장소로 골랐는데 구성원 모두 만족했어요

아이들과 강아지와 함께 1일 보냈습니다. 불멍하기도 좋았고 고기도 구워먹고 온가족이 정말 재미있게 놀다왔어요. 사진과 다름없는 풍경과 인테리어가 너무나 예뻐서 감탄했네요. 자쿠지가 넓고 깔끔해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 침대도 많아 온가족 편히 나눠서 잠들었습니다. 사장님 소통도 잘되고 너무나 친절하십니다. 다음에는 부모님들 모시고 가려고합니다. 강추합니다.
