The space was perfect for our family of 5 (3 adults, two older kids). The bath tub is awesome and a great way to warm up and relax after sightseeing. Icy is a great host, very helpful and communicated swiftly.

地點非常方便，離動物園前站步行2-3分鐘即可抵達，附近也有便利商店，離JR新今宮也很近，往關西機場不用再轉車，車站附近的唐吉訶德比阿倍野的好逛很多，車站附近的寄物也超便宜，L size只要180日幣，房內乾淨整潔，wifi速度很快(這點先生很滿意)，總之整體住起來非常滿意。QUEENS PARK巷內也非常乾淨整潔，跟堺筋這條馬路的另一邊完全是兩個世界(玉出超市附近感覺有點危險＆髒亂)，建議在動物園站以及QUEENS PARK這一邊活動即可，如果還有機會會再考慮入住這裡，畢竟這裡方便又整潔，房東回覆訊息也很快速。

Hossy is the best host!!! I’m gonna stay here for a week and Hossy he’s helping me a lot, the rooms as nice as in the pictures and is big enough to fit for four people.. I am traveling alone and I enjoy staying here. He’s show me all information about Osaka and give me all direction to go to interesting place around the city. This place is nice surrounded by local community all restaurant is walking distance, Condos are nearby the train station and Subway so you can easily get to all attractions place, i’m spent all day in Nagai Park which is only five minute walking distance, and luckily, I get into the Sakura Stadium to watched professional football matches between Osaka Cerezo Vs. Nagano⚽️ The room was nice and cozy you will sleep like a local Japanese style, and I am looking forward to get back here and stay here again with the best host like MR.Hossy. He is the real deal 🙏🙏🙏✌🏻👍🏻🥰

Had a wonderful stay, very clean and nice place. ChiKa was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had. Super close to the station and shops. Would stay here again!

There are four people in my family. My two children are students, so I chose thos accommodation to visit Universal Studio. It is a 10 minute distance by bus (No.79). I took an Uber taxi in the morning. The taxi fare is about 1800 yen. My family is very satisfied with the schedule we spent here. Thank you very much.

行き方とかすごく丁寧に教えていただいて迷わず行けました。 駅チカだし大阪観光するならすごく行きやすくていい場所です！！ 4人で泊まりましたが部屋も多くてゆっくり出来ました。 また、大阪に来る時泊まりたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。
