本当に素敵なお家で大変楽しめました。 写真以上のクオリティで満足間違いなしです。 帰り際、車のバッテリが上がってしまってエンジンをかけられなかったのですが、親切に道具を貸してくれて助けてくださいました。 ホストさんも親切な方で最高の休日でした。

真的是非常棒的民宿，我和夥伴們都非常的開心，對於想要煮飯的旅客來說真的很方便，用具也都很齊全！洗澡的時候兩間也可以同時洗，熱水都很穩定，有任何問題房東也都回覆得很即時，非常推薦！

離京都車站很近，離永旺商場也很近。房源乾淨整潔，真的很有日式家庭的感覺，進入房源能聞到淡淡的木頭香，老闆娘很親切、友善且熱情，我們要退房當天還去參觀老闆娘的另一個六人房型的房源，這個房源是日式榻榻米，另一個則偏現代，真的很推薦大家來京都旅遊時，來這住一晚。

Nuité très agréable au bord de la rivière dans ce Ryokan. Dormir dans les futons est très agréable. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil :)

The place is nice and clean, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Host is extremely responsive too, it is a team working, so there will be someone to attend to your message whenever. The house is walkable to 2 stations (Umeikoji-Kyotonishi and Nishioji), though I would recommend Umeikoji-Kyotonishi station especially if you have luggage with you. There are convenience store, Starbucks and a park upon coming out from the station, so it’s great for some quick pick up at the end of the day while you’re heading back to the house. The railway museum is also right by the station. Both stations are 1 stop away from Kyoto station, I really liked that because it is easily accessible and at the same time away from all the busy hustle at Kyoto.

This was one of the best experiences on our Japan travels. The village and surrounding landscape is stunning. We paid for the extra breakfasts and dinners , which were truly delicious. Masako makes the most amazing jams. Masako looked after us and recommended places for us to visit. We had a car, which let us explore the area on our own. Loved it!

A stunning property. Well appointed with absolutely everything that we needed and more. Spotless. Welcoming. A new property that was impeccable. Loved the location. Loved the amenities. Beautiful.❤️ We had a really enjoyable stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Instructions are great, the place is still a little hard to find. But oh so worthwhile. It's a great part of town. Close to interesting things. Quiet. Well connected. We loved having space and room to live. It was warm, clean, and well appointed. Really appreciated having a washing machine. Drying upstairs worked well. Even in the middle of winter. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. This place is a solid base for exploring kyoto and osaka. Thank you.

愛犬のお試し宿泊でした。 近場だったこともあり、不便もなく設備も充実していて文句無しです。 徒歩圏内に梅小路公園もあり、散歩も充実。食事も近くのスーパーで良い食材も揃うので問題なし。銭湯も近くにあるので温泉気分も。よかったです。

友人たちと6名で利用しました。室内がおしゃれにリフォームされており写真で見る以上に素敵でした。清掃も行き届いておりとても快適に過ごせました。 中庭で喫煙できるのも有り難かったです。 宿の方はメール返信が早く、鍵の開け方の説明も親切丁寧にしてくださり、チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間変更などにも快く対応してくださいました。 鍵はデジタルの暗証番号式なので、各自自由に出入りでき、安心感もありました。 価格以上の価値がある素晴らしい宿です。 機会がありましたらまた泊まらせていただきます。 どうもありがとうございました。Danke!

Loved our stay at Mio’s place. The apartment was a lot bigger than we expected and was extremely comfortable. The heating was great and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed here with our baby and Mio left some toys for him to play with, which we really appreciated. Its a short walk to the train station yet out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Theres also a 7/11 across the road and the coffee shop around the corner is incredible. Thanks Mio for such a lovely stay.

房东很及时响应，也给我们行了方便提前半小时入住。房子很方便找到，且指示清晰易懂。房子住的很舒服。

很舒適的房子，離車站很近，適合滑雪的人入住。房東回應很快，有什麼需要或是問題都可以快速解決。

Thankyou Uzu for a wonderful stay. Your hospitality has been amazing, from the moment we arrived; your personal touch with the chalk board welcome and taking the time to wait patiently for us to arrive and sit with us before showing us through Locokokoro House is memorable. The special touches like the world map you have with us now pinned on it and your hand drawn map of the local area, we’re amazing.. we had such a fun adventure using it to find your dining recommendations one night. Thank you also for the Komono experience and introducing us to your dog ‘Eight’ it was great! As for the home, the beds were comfortable, water was steamy hot & the kitchen well stocked! We loved our stay here & would return again!

평화로운 동네에서 조용히 휴식을 즐기고 싶다면 이곳을 추천합니다. 바깥 소음이 조금 들리긴 하지만 잠만 자는 목적이라면 괜찮을수도 있어요. 항상 바쁘고 정신없이 시간을 허비하면서 내적으로 공허감을 느끼는 현대인들에게 “조용히, 천천히, 느리게 네 삶을 향해 집중해봐”라고 조언하면서 추천하고 싶은 장소입니다 :)
