强烈推荐Emily这间民宿！ 该民宿全新，非旧改房，采用一户建设计，室内干净整洁。布局合理，一楼为生活区，二楼是榻榻米睡房。床垫软硬适中非常舒适。点赞浴室的烘干功能，适合雨雪天气，衣服烘一会就干了。全屋冷暖气也十分出色。位置优越，步行5分钟即可到达永旺、便利店等生活设施，前往京都站也仅需十几分钟，极大节省了交通费用。周边环境幽静且安全，下雪时门外的雪景超级治愈。 从预定的那一刻起，就能感受到房东的细心与热情。她说：“您有任何需要帮助的事，欢迎随时咨询我，跟到家一样。”（被暖到了），离店时遇大雪，无法乘坐JR，也打不到出租车，Emily积极协调，最终请了一位日本叔叔带我们到另一车站乘坐机场大巴。大雪中，叔叔一路帮我们拖着行李箱，眼镜多次被雾气打湿，却总礼貌地停下等我们跟上，到车站耐心教我们买好票，直到看着我们安全上车才放心离开。这份感动，难以忘怀！ 如此温馨周到的民宿，以后去京都必选。

We really enjoyed staying at Yu place! It was a beautiful home in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. It was close ro the train station also close to mini mart just down the road. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The host was super responsive, we are recommended Yu place for your next holiday to Kyoto.

The apartment was awesome - clean, tidy and cosy! Traditional Japanese house touches like tatami rooms elevated the whole stay to another level! Communication with owner was just perfect! Answering almost immediately via Airbnb chat, proactively recommending places to visit and places useful for everyday life like parkings, pharmacies etc. The apartment itself is well communicated with city’s means of transport like metro and buses which is very important while planning exploration-heavy trips to Kyoto! Overall I can definitely recommend this apartment as well as its owners for everyone planning a trip to Kyoto

A very cosy and comfortable apartment with lots of modern conveniences. The host had gone to quite a bit of trouble to provide helpful instructions and responded quickly when we had queries. Located in a nice neighbourhood, we would recommend it as a very pleasant place to stay.

I stayed at Shan’s place during the coldest time of the year. The location is super convenient, with easy access to everything. The house itself is spacious and well-designed, spread across three floors: 1st floor: The entrance opens directly into the dining area, with no living room. 2nd floor: A full bedroom and a separate bathroom. 3rd floor: Another full bedroom with a large en suite bathroom, plus a laundry washer and dryer. The host, Shan, is excellent—quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. The house has heaters on every floor, but even with them running, the extreme cold outside still made it feel chilly in winter. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s no stovetop, but the microwave is convenient. The detailed house manual and instructions were very helpful. Overall, a great stay, with a spacious home, responsive host, and prime location—just be prepared for the cold during winter.

The house is beautiful and large. Great for a lot of people. There is no main communal seating area but the two master bedrooms have lots of room with couches in them. You can slightly hear the BBQ restaurant next door but not too bad. Google maps places the location on the house located on the corner of the street. It’s not correct. Additionally, the “350” address is not located on the door or entryway so it was a bit tough to find at first. Overall a great stay. It’s a very nice, stylistic home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a group of 6-8 people. The house was well equipped and comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Nice quiet location and a friendly Japanese elder as our neighbour. Close to a delicious Thai restaurant and a few other small restaurants. An easy walk to Kyoto station. Perfect!

The location is near Kyoto station, and the place is very clean and beautiful. It was an amazing stay, and the bed was super comfy. But You can hear the train in the daytime and in the evening so if you would like an extra quiet stay inside the bed all day, it might bother you. I’m a bit of sensitive person but it was totally fine for me. The host is very communicative. Thanks!

A most amazing home in Kyoto, felt really authentic and it was the experience we wanted. I would give it a completely perfect rating, I just wish there was a coating/covering on the walls, I looked it up, and apparently its called “Tsuchikabe” it looks beautiful but also produces a lot of dust. It could be protected with some type of sealant, but might spoil the aesthetic. Aside from that, it was really clean, I would definitely book here if I visit Kyoto again. The location was convenient too. Taxis/Cabs seemed to be instantly available there as well. Thank you for providing us with this experience Onjo-san! We all appreciated the stay!

La maison avec le style japonais était super. Avec un jardin très beau et relaxant. Le coin très agréable et calme pour se reposer après une longue journée. L'hôte est très réactif et à l'écoute des demandes tout au long du séjour. Si je reviens sur Kyoto, je compte reprendre le même logement.

Il soggiorno è molto tradizionale, bene tenuto. Tutte le stanze sono belle e riscaldate. I bagni ben puliti e attrezzati. Ci siamo trovati anche molto bene con l'host che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie anche dopo il check out nella casa. Veramente molto gentile!

Takeshi’s place was a great place for our family of 5. It was a great size and had lots of room. The stairs are extremely steep and felt like I was climbing a ladder- slightly concerning for small kids in the middle of the night to get to the toilet. The location was easy enough to get to, however Takeshi’s address provided does not match the location on google maps. Thankfully the photographs provided in the ad helped us locate the property. The shower room had black mould on the walls, but it is quickly forgotten as the shower is possibly the best I’ve experienced from an air bnb- the pressure is perfect and instantly hot hot hot! Not knowing the Kyoto area at all (first time visitors), we would have liked to have been closer to tourist areas of interest and a more traditional Japanese neighbourhood (but this is our error for not having done enough research!) Overall, We loved staying in this traditional Japanese town house, and would recommend it to others.

A lovely home stay. Definitely for a more relaxed experience. Not many places are open late nearby but the house and facilities are excellent for staying in. The trains are loud but you get used to it and they stop around midnight. An overall wonderful place.

It’s a very traditional Japanese house with a big yard , just not easy for public transportation better with a car But can enjoy a quite local like Japan experience

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this Airbnb with our family of eight. The house was fully equipped with plenty of amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the train station, and the surrounding area was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The spacious hall was perfect for family time, allowing us to gather and relax together. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
