The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit dem vorhandenen Kayak kann man direkt vom Hauseigenen Meerreszugang die Gegend sehr gut vom Meer aus erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit... gerne wider.

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Napoli sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool war super und die ganze Anlage grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir hatten frische Früchte und genug Wasser aufgefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge vor der Haustüre umwerfend. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Balsam für die Seele. Ein Ort der alles vergessen lässt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr herzlich von Oleg und seiner Frau begrüßt. Oleg und seine Frau sind zwei wundervolle Menschen. Sie haben uns die Wohnung erklärt und es gab frische Wassermelone zur Ankunft. Oleg sendete uns Tipps und Restaurants in der Umgebung was sehr hilfreich war. Zum Ort: Eine Architektur keines gleichen und sehr schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung die wir bezogen, war perfekt. Sehr komfortabel, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung um die Anlage ist atemberaubend schön errichtet.Alles scheint in die Natur eingeflossen. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist privat und ermöglicht einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Es ist alles in einem einer der schönsten Orte die wir besucht haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Oleg und seine Frau.

Bardzo atrakcyjnie usytuowane miejsce. Blisko malutkiej plaży. Plaża pozostawia trochę do życzenia ale nie jest to przedmiotem wynajmu. Świetnie wyposażony domek, wystarczającej wielkości pokoje z pięknym widokiem na morze, basen który idealnie się sprawdza w gorące dni. W okolicy brakuje dobrych miejsc do zjedzenia ale to ogólny problem w tej miejscowości. Bardzo sympatyczna mama właścicielki która była bardzo pomocna. Wydaje się że to najlepsza opcja w tej części Czarnogóry.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, alleine der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Der eigene Meer Zugang war Gold wert, da die Strände in der Umgebung maßlos überfüllt waren. Montenegro hat uns bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wirklich gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Séjour très agréable dans la villa. Très bien équipée avec un parfait confort. Environnement calme et authentique, mer a 2 pas, vues magnifiques de la villa. The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

Un véritable petit coin de paradis au beau milieu des oliviers, aucun vis a vis, le calme absolu. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer ! La maison est presque neuve et très bien entretenue. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi with view 😍 Adnan est très réactif et avenant, de très bons conseils si vous souhaitez explorer la région. Je recommande vivement !

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

На что могу обратить внимание: -все фотографии и описание соответствовали реальности или были лучше. Очень важная информация для аллергиков и любителей животных: на территории живут 4 кошки (могут заходить в дом) и вечером приходят ручные/не пугливые ежи. (Говорят еще приходит черепаха- мы не застали). Лучше моих ожиданий оказалось: - хорошая мебель, качественные ортопедические матрасы; - отношение хозяев: мой трехлетний сын, к концу поездки проводил с ними больше времени, чем с нами, сейчас скучает по ним; к нашим сложностям, когда болели дети; было впечатление, что мы гостим у родственников или давних друзей. Хуже моих ожиданий: - нет тротуаров (кажется по всей стране кроме городов), прогулочных дорог: погулять можно только по проезжим улицам дворов. Мы видели туристов, которые ходили вдоль шоссе до соседних поселков, но на наш взгляд это слишком опасно для жизни. - в поселке нет аптеки, доктора, дет.площадки. Мы, в результате, арендовали машину и ездили на песчаный пляж Ульциня утром и на прогулку и шоппинг в Бар вечером.

Das Haus ist einfach gestaltet jedoch sehr schön gelegen. Der morgens Blick ins Wasser ist traumhaft. Mit etwas Fahrzeit, gibt es sehr viele schöne Orte zu entdecken. Ein Muss ist der Skalar See mit seiner beeindruckende Natur, die Atlstadt von Ulcinj und die Häfen entlang der Küste. Für Naturliehaber genau das richtige. Lieben Dank liebe Ana für die tolle Bootfahrt, die du für uns organisiert hast. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
