Lovely holiday cottage. Great facilities, especially the kitchen. Beautiful, quiet part of Scotland. We walked every day. Would recommend.

The Lodge more than met our needs as a base to explore the northern highlands. The many creature comforts helped to make us feel truly at home. The weather was so kind for the time of year allowing us to make full use of the hottub at the end of long days exploring. Our children couldn't get up early enough to "help" feed the neighbouring Highland Coos. We can't wait to come back next year to see how much they have grown.

Great accommodation, hot tub was excellent and warm. I would say 4 logs then 1 to top up after 50 minutes on a mild day and the water temperature would be perfect. (I think I might get one). Beautiful surroundings and great location for Inverness and Loch Ness. There were all the mod cons in the house. We fell in love with ‘Roger’, the automated lawn mower in the garden. We would definitely come again if in the area.

We had a lovely mini break for my mum's birthday, the accommodation was perfect. Peaceful and private with a great enclosed garden for my daughters to run around. Inside the accommodation was beautiful, very homely. We will definitely return in the future.

A cosy, comfortable and beautiful cottage in amazing surroundings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was such a treat and very relaxing to use in the evenings, listening to the river and seeing the stars. It was great being able to just step out the door and enjoy time walking by the river, and the children loved exploring and seeing the animals. A peaceful escape from every day life as well as being a handy distance to both Inverness and Nairn. Thank you for such a lovely few days!

Beautiful cottage, with absolutely everything you need. Comfy and spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely to look out on from the conservatory when eating. Hot tub in the pretty garden was lovely day or night. Eva was a great host, providing lots of info on checking in etc. The location is really perfect as well, 2 mins walk to the beach, about 30 along the beach to Chanory point, lovely fairy glen walk along burn to beautiful waterfalls. Beach cafe 2mins away and cafe/restaurant Crofters (which you can sit in our takeaway) less than 10. 2 Playparks within a few mins walk as well. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Outstanding! The cottage was perfect: from the views of the three lochs, the castle, and the surrounding countryside to the relaxing and private amenities and yard. We couldn’t be more pleased with the rental and especially the hosts Karen and Graham. We would highly recommend their 5-star property!

We had a brilliant 4 day break at this lovely wee cottage. There was absolutely everything we needed for our stay and we loved all the extra wee decorative touches Brett has added too. We were blessed with sun every day and breakfast in the cute wee garden was a great way to start each day. Loved that we were 1 minutes walk from the beach and did a lot of exploring along this beautiful part of the coast. We even did a bit of body boarding in the sea too!! Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful location in a lovely house, felt like home from home. Jeana was a fantastic host; friendly, with great recommendations and really cared about your time there. The location was perfect; nearby to so many great beaches, castles and shops. We had such a fabulous time it was hard to leave. Thank you :)

Avril thought of absolutely everything - including goodies for our pup. Both herself and John were readily available to help with anything we needed and when the power went out, completely outwith their control, they were quick to bring hot water, point us in the direction of torches and made sure we had everything we needed until the power was quickly restored. This was our second visit and we loved it as much as the first. A little piece of peace and quiet. We will certainly be back again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kate's cottage, we felt right at home and our dog loved it too! Kate was very responsive and understanding when we ran into delays prior to check-in. We would definitely recommend this and would love to stay again in the future!

We loved staying at Woodside, it had such a good feel to the place, really warm and comfortable, exactly what you’re after on a break away. Stunning surroundings, lovely garden and a well thought out and cared for home, really lovely! We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family thanks x

We stayed here for 5 nights but could’ve easily stayed much longer! It’s just such a nice place that really feels like home the minute you walk through the door. The room with the windows facing the sea is a great place to hang out, look out over the coast and watch all the birds fly by - grabbing your binoculars when you think you see something special :) Our 1,5 year old daughter really enjoyed the house too (she loved all the children’s books!). Bit challenging to keep her off the stairs but the multi-purpose fire guard worked a treat!

Really Nice Location, and the cottage was absolutely lush. Will be coming back here soon.

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Maureen's House. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities and was spotlessly clean. It is also in a very peaceful location, close to all that Aviemore has to offer. The house has a lovely big garden, my little boys loved running about the grass in the sunshine. Maureen was a very friendly host who responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend this listing and would definitely like to stay here again if was visiting the area.

We had a great stay in Portree and the holiday house was in a lovely location with woodland, river walk into Portree. Great base to travel and explore Skye! Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. It is s well equipped house with comfortable and spacious rooms, and a stunning view down the loch. Although very close to the NC 500 route it was very peaceful. Jenny was an attentive host who added some lovely personal details like fresh flowers as well as keeping in touch to see if we needed anything.

The view was incredible. We were looking for a peaceful location a little off of the main path and this was definitely it. The Isle of Skye is a wonderful landscape to explore and this is a great location to set out from while on the island. The hosts were very responsive and did a great job preparing the place for us. We had a great time! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a brilliant time at Ken's, the cottage had everything you need and the location was perfect for exploring Assynt. Many of the furnishings are dated but this added to the charm of the place. Shower was powerful, Internet was surprisingly fast and bed comfortable. Ken is very friendly and communication is second to none. Would love to visit again!

Lovely cottage in a lovely private area. Very quiet. Sheep near by and very scenic. The road took a minute to get used to but it’s my first time driving in the UK and nearly all the roads to get anywhere I wanted to see on Skye looked the same. Very very clean space and overall very nice Airbnb. Highly recommend!!!
