To reach to apartment block quickly, take exit near Watson of Paradigm out and turn right. Block is next to the building. Way better than any units I've stayed at D'esplanade. Lift is quick and not a lot of pple. Owner is super responsive and let us check in 10 mins earlier cos it was available . Would totally stay here again. P.S for others reading this * - no stove. Have filtered water machine. 2 toilets. one in Master , one outside.

we had a very comfortable stay in this airbnb. location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to legoland and Mall of Medini which had good food options and a good supermarket. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for us.

Very accessible place, walkable to nearby Aeon Tebrau with lots to do and eat, even Hai Di Lao open to 2am. Host was very friendly and understanding, allowing later checkout when we faced difficulties checking out on time.

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

This place is just opposite to Mall of Medini through which you can walk to Legoland. Kids loved the mickey theme room. They had water bottle, snacks and a small toy as well as a gift.

The view of the sea (and Singapore) can be seen from both the rooms and the living hall. Very relaxing and peaceful, sitting on the balcony while enjoying the cool but soft breeze from the sea. Nice small cute plants on the balcony too. The bath rooms are spotlessly clean. The unit overall was clean and tidy. There were all the stationaries for a home office too ie. staples, scissors, pen/pencils, etc. Instructions for key pickup and return was clear and easy. Parking is at level 4 and very near to the entrance door to the elevator. Will return to this next time. TQ to Boniface for being a friendly, responsive and accommodating host.

Location is within walking distance to legoland and there is 7-eleven just downstairs. Ecobotanic is just 5 minutes grab ride from the location. But might be far from the usual malls that are nearer to woodlands checkpoint, about 30 to 40 minutes ride away. Can just grab and rest during the ride. Bathroom is fantasic as there is two bathroom with one of it having bathtubs and rainshower and the other have showerheads. So it really cater to people with different bathroom preference. Rooms are big and I like that there are two single beds in one of the room. Living room is okay but there is only a small side table if you want to eat in front of the TV. TV only have netflix and apps but not the usual channel 8 or 5 or CNA. But i think is still okay. Kitchen has kettle and microwave. Have toilet papers. Long towels are provided as well, but i think it is based on the bed sizes, which is 4 of it. But in general, I will book again as the location is ideal for exploring the nearby area.

plus points:- Conveniently located though road works hampered our route. Clean and neat place with extra pillows available. Host is also responsive and helpful, both check in and out were hassle free. provided chrysanthemum packet drinks and bottled drinking water. Due to water supply disruption in the area, the owner informed us earlier and provided us an option to move to another house in Taman Perling. The house is so clean with many amenities provided. Can fit 15 of us comfortably. We are so happy to stay there. Highly recommended.

Great condo and the host was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Particularly appreciated the plentiful towels. May seem like a strange thing, but for a family of 5, we have found that many places don't provide enough towels and we have to share. Rory's place had more than enough for us. Location was easy for Grab pickup and dropoff/food delivery. The only downside is that the location is close to a highway and the motorbikes are quite loud at night, especially from the two guest rooms (the noise was not as noticeable in the master bedroom). No fault of the host, but something to be aware of. You may want to bring a sound machine if you have kids or are sensitive to the noise.

The apartment exactly matches the description and photos. Instructions were very clear. Host was always very responsive. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Check-in check out were very easy. There's a place to store luggage at a very reasonable price. Apartment has a good water filter / dispenser which is very convenient. 24hr convenience store and 7-11 downstairs. Overall very comfortable

This was my 2nd visit, the place very good and convenient for family trip to Legoland. 2-5mins walking distance to Legoland and 10-15mins drive bukit indah, eco botanic and horizon hills. Host also fast response when I reported water heater, in 5-10mins then technician had came to fix it.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

The location is excellent, very close to Singapore and conveniently accessible to many places. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The water pressure was great, and the air conditioning was pleasantly cold. I visited with three friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.
