The apartment was quirky and fun, and very comfortable. (The local brewery has the best quiz night ever, on Tuesdays)

River view studio was spacious and comfortable. Off street parking was available and great location for a walk or access to local shops.

Clara was a great host making sure we were comfy on arrival etc. Clara also accepted my last minute booking and welcomed me within 15 minutes. The place was comfy and warm.

Beautiful quiet location overlooking the Tamar River, yet close to everything. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Lovely modern decor, spotless and everything we needed. Extensive continental breakfast supplied for our 2 night stay. Welcoming port and chocolates appreciated. Information booklet very helpful. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Launceston and its surrounds.

Cannot say enough about Cacia and her hospitality! My wife and i found ourselves in a situation where we needed some accommodation at the very last minute and a long way from home. Cacia came through with the goods! A very clean and well laid out place, super comfy bed, huge double shower and a host that went above and beyond. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Lovely accommodation and Andrea the host was vey informative and helpful. Could easily have stayed longer. Highly recommend at least a two night stay even though Boat Harbour is only very small.

A lovely clean and comfortable unit to stay. It is close to town and within walking distance to cafes and shops. Roslyn was a great host and very generous in the pantry items left, especially some eggs which we greatly appreciated to use for our breakfast. Roslyn suggested eating places in George Town to go and other places of interest. Would highly recommend Roslyn’s place to stay in George Town.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay for 2 weeks in this cosy home away from home. The attention to detail that has been applied to the creation of this space is commendable, everything from the double glazing to ensure a cosy atmosphere to the most incredible sheets I’ve ever slept on - seriously, where did you get those sheets?!? The space was both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing, with Jan going to great lengths to add extra little touches throughout my stay. I highly recommend a stay at James on Coles, and will be back again! An added bonus was being able to sit outside of an evening and watch the very well fed wallabies wander through for their evening meal, such a delight! Thank you for having me, I’ll be back again!

We had a lovely stay at Josephine’s. The view was incredible and an easy walk to the beach. Would love to stay again

Ben and Camille’s place was surprisingly so spacious and very close to all the restaurants. Their recommendations were also very helpful. We really enjoyed staying there.

Heathcliff is a stunning house. The furniture and decor were excellent and the views amazing! We were so pleased we booked for five nights and didn’t want to leave. Boat Harbour is definitely my favourite beach in Tassie and I’m looking forward to returning.

The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Sue and her hubby are incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. And the breakfast? Absolutely wonderful—thoughtfully prepared and a perfect start to the day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s charming, comfortable, and full of personality, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to visit again!

John was a great host. Very welcoming and gave lots of hiking and walking directions. A cute space, would stay again
