Die Wohnung ist genauso ausgestattet wie sie im Inserat beschrieben ist. Es war alles picobello sauber. Die Anlage bietet wirklich viel abwechslungsreiches an. Von Tieren, über Gemüse und Obst zum selbstpflücken sowie Boccia, Tennis und Fußballfeld. Für Familien wunderbar! Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und bepflanzt. Morgens kommt ein Lieferservice mit leckeren süßen und auch herzhaften Backwaren. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Gisella war immer erreichbar und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt! Für lärmempfindliche in der Nacht: die Wohnung Madon 2 mit drei Wohnungen insgesamt liegt direkt an einer Strasse. Obwohl die Straße saniert und gesperrt war, sind die oft lauten Motorräder und Autos der umliegenden Anwohner in der Nacht beziehungsweise am Morgen für lärmempfindliche wie mich etwas störend.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 7 notti,l'alloggio è confortevole, siamo una famiglia di 4 persone,molto pulito,il personale disponibile ed educato. La posizione comodissima per varie escursioni permette in giornata di raggiungere le migliore zone da visitare dell'Umbria e considerato il caldo la piscina offre un ottimo momento di relax a fine giornata(il servizio piscina è disponibile tutto il giorno). Sicuramente suggeriremo questo recidence a chi volesse esplorare questa regione.

Definitely one of our favorite stays ! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the loft is nice designed and well equipt, we felt like at the home during our stay. The location is in a quite neighborhood next to a monestery with a beautiful view over Perugia and just 15 min of a nice walk to the city center. Andrea was a really great host, always available, accommodating, thank you very much Andrea! We will really miss our morning walks to the city center! Ps. A private garage space comes with the loft, the entrance to the garage is quite narrow, we made it with a BMW 1, but a bigger car could be a problem :)

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Úžasný týden odpočinku. Objekt a zahrada jsou krásné a vše je doplněno super bazénem, který má akorát teplotu vody k parnému létu - osvěží. Je dost velký i když je ubytovaných víc. Apartmán byl klimatizovaný, čistý a velmi prostorný. Valentina byla super! Poradila nám naprosto ve všem. Doporučila nám jak se kam dostat a jak co zařídit - taxíky, výlety, nákupy atd. Je zde velmi silné připojení na internet, což ocenili naši synové. Ale i pro mě bylo super, že jsem si mohl vyřizovat práci ze zahrady :-). Město Perugia je moc pěkné a vůbec jsem to nečekal, že má tak krásné historické centrum - jen většina restaurací tam otevírá poměrně pozdě, takže jestliže si ve městě chcete dát oběd, tak výběr je omezený. Byl to super týden - všem doporučuji.

Ho trascorso un meraviglioso weekend all'appartamento "Mamma Giulia", immerso nella natura ma a pochi passi dalla vivace città. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata, circondata da un incantevole giardino, perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della bellezza del paesaggio. Inoltre, la palestra ben attrezzata è un ottimo plus per mantenersi attivi anche in vacanza. La posizione è perfetta: si può godere della tranquillità della natura durante il giorno e, in pochi minuti, si può raggiungere il centro città. Siamo stati accolti da Lorenzo, un host sempre sorridente e disponibile che ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa, offrendo preziosi consigli sulla zona. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza rilassante e rigenerante, senza rinunciare alle comodità della vita cittadina.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Soggiorno piacevole in questo appartamento confortevole e vicino al centro. Kosmas è stato un host molto cortese e si è notata nell’appartamento l’attenzione ad ogni dettaglio. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario, il bagno è nuovo e comodo, ci sono anche giochi per bimbi piccoli a disposizione di cui abbiamo usufruito. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro in circa 15 min a piedi. Esperienza che consiglio! Ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa.

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

We stayed for 10 days during the UmbriaJazz Festival at Cristina’s delightful apartment, mainly chosen for it’s location in the historic part of Perugia. The apartment is spacious, elegantly furnished and well equipped with everything you need to really make it truly a ‘home – away from home’ experience. If one side of the flat faces the old town with its bohemian bars and restaurants, you will have your morning coffee in the sunlit lounge or kitchen overlooking the Umbrian countryside ! Christina is a thoughtful and house-proud host. A fantastic library, comfy sofas and the homely atmosphere would even want you to spend a rainy day inside . This was certainly one of our most enjoyable stays anywhere. Thank you Cristina , Mario & Gretchen

Angela è una grandissima host lei e tutta la famiglia ci hanno accolto calorosamente. La location incantevole, così come nelle foto, regala una splendida vista su Spoleto facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (10 min). Ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!

Anthony is an A+ host with a beautiful space. Just down the street from the train station, it’s a solid jumping off point for your travels. I made the mistake of leaving the window open the first night and the street can be a bit noisy. Slept fine the next night with it closed and the fan on. Can’t say enough about how the apartment is decorated. Anthony really made me feel at home, and I enjoyed getting to chat with him. Nice running/biking trail just off the end of the street. Took the bus to old town Chiusi, too infrequent to take back so walked. Town is sleepy but has your basic needs covered.

Claudio e Adriana sono stati dei padroni di casa impeccabili. La loro disponibilità e cortesia ha reso il soggiorno più che piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa. Una nota stra positiva, va alla piscina ad uso esclusivo nostro. Ciò che si vede nelle fotografie e ciò che si trova al 100%. Se si vuole ricaricare le batterie ed essere in Umbria qui si fa centro. Grazie ancora per tutto Claudio ed Adriana, anche per la carbonara ed gli assaggi dei liquori. Vi daremo notizie di come usciranno i Pici all'aglione qui a Brescia.

Giangiacomo’s place was even better than expected. Comfortable, cosy, clean and in the middle of old Perugia. Also, he was super friendly and helpful, and gave us great restaurant tips.

We spent our summer vacation here with a total of 10 people and couldn't believe our luck in finding this great accommodation. The location is fantastic, very quiet, and the view is breathtaking. We spent many hours daily in the huge pool, often late into the night, and the beds were super comfortable. Absolutely recommendable! Communication with Dante was great from the beginning, and every concern was addressed. Maybe we will come back again someday. Thank you, Dante!

Se si vuole vivere Todi al 100% la casa di Matilde è la casa perfetta! Nelle mura a pochissimi minuti dal centro, ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie anche alla disponibilità del proprietario Stefano. Tutto pulito, comodo e dalle finestre un panorama stupendo! Dovessimo tornare a Todi non esiteremo a tornare qui.

La sua accoglienza è stata impeccabile, con presentazione della casa e della zona. ha dato ottimi consigli sinceri sui locali dove mangiare e sui luoghi da visitare. la casa come da fotografie, comoda e spaziosa sia nelle camere che soprattutto nelle aree comuni. i tanti servizi disponibili nella hanno contribuito a farci trascorrere una splendida vacanza all'insegna dell' amicizia e del relax.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Bellissimo alloggio, molto pulito, ottimamente equipaggiato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Comodo parcheggio. Ottima posizione in zona molto quieta con vista su Spoleto. Il centro di Spoleto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Debora e suo marito ci hanno accolto molto bene e sono stati fin da subito molto cordiali e gentili, fornendoci anche preziosi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni e posti dove mangiare. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Assolutamente raccomandato! Speriamo di poter tornare magari fermandoci qualche giorno in più per esplorare maggiormente la Valnerina e questa bellissima zona dell'Umbria.

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.
