Ideal apartment for a family - walkable, beautiful view of Marmara Sea, quiet at night, comfortable home. Wonderful place to catch the sunset and lots of natural light. Up 2 flights of spiral stairs but just a few minutes from everything - supermarkets, restaurants, and blue/hagia. No trouble getting a taxi or walking home from the metro. Responsive host. No pantry/cooking essentials but fully equipped kitchen. Loved having laundry and dishwasher.

The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

Logement impeccable, équipé pour faire de la cuisine. La chambre est située près des quartiers animés, mais on y est totalement épargné par les nuisances sonores. De nombreux commerces sont à proximité. Rien à redire.

we absolutely loved our stayed at Mine's place. the large apartment is very comfortable with all necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and with an unparalleled view of the bosphorus sea and Istanbul city!! we were a few steps away from the Galata tower itself! and the rooftop view was even more spectacular!! the whole experience was better than we imagined and I couldn't be happier with our booking! highly highly recommend!!

Volkan was a great host. From the very beginning, he gave clear instructions on how to navigate from the airport as well as how to avoid scammers. He was also kind enough to give us an itinerary of things to do. Locally, everything is located right near the property. Literally, it's a five minute walk to most of the tourist attractions. I enjoyed my time there thanks to Volkan and his great hospitality. Additionally, for about the same price as a taxi, he organized transportation to the airport. Bravo!

Уютная, просторная и очень чистая квартира. Отзывчивая хозяйка, и прекрасное расположение, большой выбор баров и ресторанов в минутной доступности, из за чего вечером в квартире может быть немного шумно. Остался очень данными апартаментами, соотношением ценны и качества.

Очень понравилось жилье Мурата. Удобное расположение, в квартире было все необходимое. Доброжелательный и дружелюбный персонал. Рекомендую.

Gayet güzel

A very charming and responsive lady that dealt with all queries quickly and promptly. Property as described in the heart of Ümraniye literally seconds walk to high street and all major shops. Our stay was in the depths of İstanbul's winter but property was nice and warm. Neighbours were a little boisterous now and again but that didn’t really bother us. Çok teşekkür ederim Gülşen hanım.

Öncelikle ev sahibi Selahattin bey ve hanımı Rabia hanım çok iyi insanlar. Her soruma kısa sürede cevap verip yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Bunun için özellikle teşekkür ederim ikisinede . Evlerine girer girmez temizlik kokusunu aldık ve huzurla oturduk. Herşey mis gibi kokuyordu. Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek birçok şey mevcut. Evimizde gibi hissettik. En çok deniz manzarası karşısında birşeyler yiyip içmek, sahilde yürümek güzeldi. Huzur vericiydi. Konum olarak çok kolay rahat bir muhitte. Otobüs, gemi iskelesi ve metro gibi belirtilen ulaşım araçlarına çok yakın.Üsküdarın tarihi balıkçılar çarşısı ve daha birçok alışveriş yerleri, restoranlar ve Cafe’ler yürüme mesafesinde. Biz her anlamda memnun kaldık. Her İstanbul ziyaretimizde tercihimiz burası olacak şüphesiz. Tekrardan teşekkürler ☺️👍🏻

5 stars. We were accommodated on the ground-floor so there were some noise from the street in the nights but fortunately the street is not so busy. Room was cleaned every day which positively suprised us! Great distance to the city center.

The apartment is wonderful! Spacious, clean. In a quiet area in downtown. You can find anything you need inside. Location is awesome! In a few min walk there's a supermarket, restaurants, gym. Communication with the host was excellent! Definitely would recommend!

Bir hafta Murat’ın evinde misafir oldum. Kendisi çok kibar ve yardımsever biriydi. Eve nasıl ulaşacağımı çok güzel bir şekilde tarif etti. Sonuç olarak, taksilere fazladan para harcamadım ve daha ekonomik bir yöntemle (otobüsle) eve ulaştım. Orada kaldığım süre boyunca tüm sorularıma hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi. Eve gelince, sabahları güneş doğarken yatak odasından harika bir manzara görünüyordu. Yatağım oldukça rahattı, odalar sıcak ve temizdi. Şehrin turistik merkezlerine gitmek için çok yakın bir durak var. Trolleybus durağı ise eve yaklaşık 10-15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Kısacası, kendimi evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Eğer yolum İstanbul’a düşerse, yine orada kalırdım.

wonderful apartment that was incredibly comfortable and clean. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it truly felt like home. I’d like to sincerely thank the apartment owner—he was very helpful and always quick to respond to my messages. He made everything easy from the very beginning. I highly recommend renting from him if you’re planning to visit Istanbul. It was truly an excellent experience.
