Renta de casas vacacionales en Unawatuna

Fantastiskt hus och natur med mycket vilda djur på stor mark. (påfåglar, fladdermöss) Hundarna är ett problem för mig som är hundrädd vilket drar ner upplevelsen något då de både skäller på natten och strövar runt poolen på dagarna. (notera: De är snälla) Servicen och personalen på plats va hjälpsamma och snälla. Vi älskade kvällsbad i poolen, en fin promenad ner till stranden och ett avlägset privat boende med autentisk känsla. AC på rummet är ett måste, fint att det fanns. Vi älskade Polhena och matlagningskursen i Sambol Garden.

With Sunil as host we always felt safe and relaxed in the house. We had service from the staff 24/7 if we wanted. The breakfast was amazing and Sunil listened to our requests. We never left the breakfast hungry 😋. He fixed us breakfast boxes even when we left as early as 04:00 in the morning. Sunil has a background as travel guide and can help you on site with local arrangements. Even though the ocean is quite wild the beach had few people and you felt sometimes that you were alone on the beach. You can’t lay on your back and float around because of the wave’s that never ends. If you want that you need to take a 200 meter walk on the beach or a tuktuk 5 minutes to a big calm beach, Unawatuna.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der einzigartigen Unterkunft von Vincent! Die Unterkunft war sogar noch schöner auf den Bildern und der Pool war das Highlight. Wir haben alle Möglichkeiten genutzt , zb die Massage nebenan und auch das Frühstück und Abendessen. Alles war spitze! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

We loved our stay at Andy’s house! A beautiful property right next to the sea with a phenomenal view and very welcoming hosts and staff. Andy gave us great tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re really glad we got to meet her and would highly recommend this place!

Villa fantastica. Spazi ampi, bella piscina, vista sulle risaie da sogno. Carith è veramente la stella che farà diventare paradisiaco il tuo soggiorno. Tharaka è speciale. Dovessi tornare a sud dell’isola non esiterei a tornare nuovamente qua! Proprietaria gentile e disponibile!

Amazing quiet oasis that we can recommend without any hesitation! The house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and very clean. The pool and garden are gorgeous, surrounded by nature and completely private. Perfect for relaxing all day, but only a short tuktuk ride away from all the spots in Ahangama. Worth a special mention and an absolute bonus are the people around, who make your stay extremely comfortable: From Ben, the super responsive host, to Roshan, the fantastic manager on site, Neel, who perfectly looks after pool and garden, Anura, who will take you everywhere in his tuktuk at any time and Duminda, who easily arranges transfers. Everyone is super friendly and engaged and takes care of everything you might need, thus ensuring you have the best holiday! Make sure you stop by the incredibly friendly neighbour Rayon who runs the juice bar down the street with the freshest fruits. Thank you all for the wonderful stay, we had the best time and will definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Mahendra und Karolina. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und sehr gemütlich. Der Außenbereich ist klasse gestaltet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl direkt in der Natur. Uns kamen sogar Affen und ein Chamäleon besuchen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Sri Lanka würden wir unbedingt auch länger bleiben wollen! Beste Unterkunft und Gastgeber der gesamten Reise.

The villa is fabulous! Absolutely stunning, spacious and private. Looks exactly like pictures. Sudda was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Weligama.

Catherine's place is fantastic, beyond what we expected from the photos. It was large, well furnished and had plenty of nooks for the ten of us on a family holiday to find some chill time. The bedrooms were large, air conditioned (and fans), each with their own bathroom, and very comfortable. The garden was beautiful and spacious and with outdoor pavillion and wide verandahs was perfect to watch the kids in the pool. Nimal, the chef at the house, was fabulous and could cook almost anything we wanted from full Sri Lankan banquets to burgers and pizza. He was great to work with as was house manager Sathish. We had a wonderful 10 days here and would love to do it again.

Such a nice and spacious Villa! 5 very comfortable rooms, a big living room and a nice garden. Perfect for families or groups of friends!

We stayed for two nights whilst travelling around Sri Lanka and this couldn’t have been a more perfect location. Right in the middle of the fort, was so nice to be able to just pop back and forth. The home itself is so lovely, comfortable and clean. Great cool escape from the heat outside. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Kumbalgama und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Kalsara und seine Eltern waren jederzeit erreichbar und halfen gerne mit Tipps. Sie haben sogar einmal für uns gekocht, sodass wir uns sehr heimische gefühlt haben. Lediglich der Lärm von der Straße ist ein kleiner Wermutstopfen, wofür jedoch der Gastgeber nichts kann.

Josephine was a great host along with her team that provided a superb service. Would recommend this beautiful villa, super comfy beds, massive communal space for relaxing in, and walkable distance to amenities such as tasty restaurants and spas!

The house is quite good for this price. Very good location: near product and fruit shops, doctor, gym. Only 20 minutes on foot to Narigama beach or Hikkaduwa beach (5 minutes by tuk-tuk). Great garden with different trees. Gayan is a good host, very kind, could help with every problem.

Beautiful serene location and warm welcoming staff. A perfect way to end our travels around Sri Lanka - a bit of luxury and relaxation closely situated to the goings on of Mirissa Beach.

Wir hatten zwar nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten im Tiny House, aber es war einfach wundervoll! Der Dschungel und die angenehme Privatsphäre haben uns unglaublich geholfen, richtig zu entspannen. Auch die Restaurants in der Umgebung, die mit einem Tuk-Tuk gut erreichbar waren, haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

Дом находится в джунглях, на холме, в 800 м от прекрасного пляжа. Дорога до пляжа не тяжелая, может только до дома пешком показаться трудноватой, но для нас это не было проблемой. К тому же в случае сильного ливня, что в Шри является нормой в независимости от сезона, вода не затапливает дом - одно из главных преимуществ дома на холме. В доме есть все необходимое: 3 спальни, 3 кровати, ванная комната с горячей водой (на улице есть летний душ) на кухне газовые конфорки, холодильник, большой обеденный стол. Везде есть вентиляторы, а в одной из спален - кондиционер. Очень понравился сад - большой и утопает в растительности. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и добрые люди. Организовали нам поездку в Эллу. По приезду приготовили очень вкусный ужин. Мы обязательно сюда еще вернемся. Хозяевам желаю удачи и успеха во всем. Спасибо за чудесный дом, отдых и доброе отношение. До новых встреч.

It is very comfortable, clean and big house with good location (about 2 km to the cost, 5 min by motobike) . For us was available second floor with 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen and bathroom. Owner family is living on first floor, they are very kind and lovely people, was helping us with everything we asked.

wonderful colonial villa in quiet neighborhood. there as a bit of confusion at check in but that was sorted out easily . Nice staff and responsive manager , who recommended us to go to a very nice beach side restaurant " la tartaruga" in Unawatuna! highly reccommended

We (couple, 60) couldn't have found a better accommodation. We stayed for 4 weeks and it was a pure vacation in Champa's house. We lived in the ground floor apartment. The apartment has a terrace where we spent a lot of time and were able to look at the extraordinary vegetation and the exotic animals in the large, quiet garden. The hosts are extremely helpful, not to mention kind! We could contact them at any time. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautiful, we felt very comfortable and safe. One of the most beautiful experiences on our travels, living there and we will come back to enjoy the great atmosphere in Champa's house again!

We really enjoyed one week staying in Anthony’s house,the house is very clean, it’s quiet area, there are some wild friends show up on the garden from time to time,monkey, peacock,squirrel..but they won’t disturb you at all, the whole staying feel like home from home. Sometime we buy fresh veg and fish from the market and cook. It’s just amazing!

This home, host and his family was our best thing in Weligama! Close to very calm and pretty beach, close to markets, centre, but more calm, no noises in the night, no smokes near..We stayed there for almost month and we were sad to leave. The host is super friendly, super helpful with every little thing. The best experience, better than we expected. We already miss this place and we know that we will come back next year! Would reccomend 100% to everyone!! ❤️ With all the love!

Good location, supernice host, sweet rabbits on the territory of the villa. Hope, the description of one room will be updated soon, cause it differs from the reality :) Also be ready for some extra charges (for example electricity bills, if you need to use ACs.) It was great, that power generator appeared at the end of our staying. It’s a real blessing, when electricity is cut off!
