Peaceful place to stay. Helpful host. Ocean waves were great. Recommend warmly and if you’re looking for something to do in Kigamboni, Sinda island is a paradise to visit close by.

Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage im "Mbuyuni beach village"! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit ohne fragwürdige Corona-Maßnahmen gehabt. Für Naturverbundene welche das urtypische Sansibar suchen und nicht den westlichen Luxus zelebrieren wollen (müssen) eignet sich Mbuyuni ideal. Für die Möglichkeiten und Gegebenheiten in Jambiani auf Sansibar ist die Organisation, das Essen, die Sauberkeit und alles Weitere wirklich sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Der Strandabschnitt ist leider zum baden etwas ungünstig weil abgestorbenes Korallengestein stört. Zum baden muss man ein paar Minuten laufen.. . Aber alles Andere war wie erwartet und sogar etwas besser! Liebe Grüße Peter und Marina

Villa Magnolia is as beautiful as it's name - we spent a very relaxing 4days there. The house is large and spacious, with beautifully furnished rooms and Zanzibari beds, and great aircon. It's position is perfect, right on the beach, but set back a bit so you still feel very private, and easy walking to several great restaurants and local tour operators and dive centre. The staff that live behind the house are very pleasant and helpful, keot the garden looking beautiful, yet were discreet when we didn't need them, and we loved their 2 dogs who were very well behaved. Aiasha and Shafiq were helpful with local recommendations, flexible with our check in and out, and organised a very reliable taxi to collect us and drive us there, that we ended up using for our next few transfers and for a very interesting Spice Farm tour. Highly recommended!

Помешкання знаходиться не далеко від пляжу(іти 2 хв ), є все необхідне для проживання та самостійного приготування їжі, також не далеко є пляж з багатьма кафе, рибний базар, магазини( 10 хв пішки). Господар любʼязний, готовий допомогти будь-чим і порадити куди сходити чи поїхати. Для проживання, особливо довгострокового рекомендую! Єдине що, не працював інтернет, але господар намагався виправити ситуацію

A slice paradise with private pool, right next to the beach, very secure and quiet and wonderful hosts (and dogs!). We had a fantastic time with the family. Thanks again & we would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

Sissy was such a sweet and welcoming host. We felt right at home with her. She proactively tried to make our stay memorable and accommodate all our wishes. We thank her and her family for their great hospitality.

Tamarind House is a private well decorated and comfortable space over a huge piece of land with fruit trees in the back and the ocean in front. There is 24 hour staff that are very friendly, helpful and the food offered is delicious. Don't miss out ordering at least one dinner/lunch other than the breakfast that is included in the price. Jennifer as a host is extremely responsive and helpful and flexible. Although there is no beach access from the property even though it overlooks it, the hotel next door has a mangrove beach and good food. The home is a 15 minute drive to Stone Town and the driver recommended was very helpful and accommodating. Be sure to ask what the real transportation costs are in Zanzibar though because that is the biggest scam

This place was just right for us. It’s small, low key. and basic with everything we needed . There is a great restaurant on the property with good food and drinks. The menu is limited but good choices. It’s right on the water. Views are beautiful with great sunsets. It’s back in a protected area so calm water for good swimming. It’s quite a drive off the highway and a bumpy road in. It’s not busy so it was a perfect place to walk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful, with stylish details everywhere you look, and it’s small so never feels too crowded. The room is also stunning, with sea views and the water a matter of meters away. The staff were all extremely friendly and chatty, and looked after our little daughter throughout. All in all, a wonderful place that we will be telling all our friends and family about (and anyone else who’ll listen!)

Love, love, love! I can't say enough positive about Fabrizzo and the home. The place looks exactly like the description and the staff is so helpful. It's a short walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The only con is the instability of the internet and the frequent power outages, which is a problem in the area and has nothing to do with the place. Just something to note if you need reliable WiFi to work. There is a generator onsite if you need electricity, but it won't help with WiFi. I miss it already and hope to return soon.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Super Lage, um West - und Oststrand zu genießen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le bungalow. Barbara nous a très bien accueillis et était à nos petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, l’endroit est paisible et la piscine très agréable. La plage se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds et l’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans toute l’île ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir haben das Häuschen bei Fabbro für zwei Wochen gemietet und sind super glücklich hier. Es ist sehr ruhig in einem wunderschönen Garten gelegen. Der wunderschöne Strand von Jambiani ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ebenso mehrere gute Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir verbringen ganze Tage auf der großen Terrasse. Alles ist blitzsauber, Fabbro und sein Team kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um alles! Wir können die Octopus Garden Eco Lodge wirklich sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank, lieber Fabbro, für unseren wunderbaren Aufenthalt in deiner schönen Lodge! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
