Everything was perfect and very nice. We loved the house. Spacious, friendly people. Security 24 hrs security are there. Everything was perfect just one thing not sure about it. They let me pay 200,000 electricity. My family lives in Dar and they said 200,000 is enough for 2 months. In the description says electricity fees not exceeding 80,000 maybe for coupled of days. Just be careful regarding this thing or go and pay by your self better.

Nice apartment set back from the road in a lovely green tree-shaded compound. The accommodation was very clean and well-supplied, with daily maid service. The compound is secure, with 24-hour guard. Housekeeping staff are always available. The location on the peninsula is very convenient, just across from Slipway and only about ten minutes walk to Village supermarket and other amenities. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend staying at Justa's place! Sinza is a very lively, authentic neighborhood with lots of fruit and vegetable stalls, small restaurants and very friendly people. Location is great and close to the university but a little bit further from the city centre. We felt welcome from the very first second. Thanks again, also especially to John, Helen, Maviki ad of course Justa!

We had a very nice stay in Oyster Bay! The apartment is very spacious and the complex is beautiful. Gloria was a great host: very responsive and helped us with our requests. We will stay again if we are back in Dar es Salaam.

Irene was extremely helpful and flexible with my husband and I as our travel plans changed a few times. Her responsiveness was much appreciated.

We brought a large group to stay at Prisca's place for two weeks. Prisca was very communicative and extremely accommodating. She purchased additional mattresses, sheets, and towels for our group. She purchased a water dispenser for us when we requested one. There were some problems in the house during our stay (which is common in Tanzania), but her local staff were quick to help us. The house is massive and can accommodate a lot of people and has A/Cs and water heaters throughout. The kitchen is big but not particularly well stocked; we needed to buy a bunch of our own utensils in order to properly cook for so many people. The location is pretty far north of Dar, but it was worth it for the great price and Prisca's great service.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Windsor House, and it was an incredible experience. One of the standout features is the expansive greenery surrounding the property; it's truly a picturesque setting that feels like a private oasis. The vast lawn is perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a relaxing day outdoors. The pool area was fantastic as well, providing a great spot for a refreshing swim and sunbathing. It added a delightful touch to our stay, making it easy to unwind and have fun. Our host was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also want to give a special shoutout to Venus, the care taker who was an amazing help throughout our time there. His assistance made our experience even more convenient.He’s truly one of a kind . Overall, I highly recommend Windsor House to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and create lasting memories.

Very nice apartment, close to pretty much everything. We had a couple issues with the bathroom and the maintenance guys were very quick to do the repair. I will definerly look to stay here when l return in March if it's available.

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage mit Pool und direkt am Strand. Das war das Beste. Wie auch in den Feedbacks zuvor beschrieben, benötigt das Haus dringend eine Renovation, besonders die Badezimmer, sie sind nur noch gering funktional. Das Haus war aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Toll wäre auch ein Sonnenschirm um den Pool oder auch eventuell direkt am Strand. Das Team von Juma hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und uns Ausflüge oder einen Fahrdienst organisiert. Es hat auch viele Restaurants in Laufnähe am Strand, welche sehr gemütlich sind.

Matamwe and the villa were the highlight of our Zanzibar stay! For some, the remoteness may be a bit startling at the beginning, but this oasis was just what we were looking for with two families coming together for 5 days. The house is impeccable: rooms and beds clean and comfortable; living room large enough for everyone to escape the heat and relax/play games, and the very best part - direct access to the sea from the property (and serving only 4 houses which means you’re likely the only one there). Ali and the staff were helpful in organizing a moto taxi for us to do some food shopping, as well as snorkeling nearby. Being in a small village means not much to do, but we were able to go for some short runs and visit a couple hotels (in walking distance) for an afternoon ice cream/drink This is not the same ambiance that you’ll have in Jambiani, but beautiful even so! We would highly recommend Susan’s home for some rest and relaxation; thank you!

Great place to stay in Northern Zanzibar. My family of four had plenty of space in the house and we really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets. I recommend!

Loved staying at Dullah's, he was very welcoming even staying up til 2am when we arrived due to delayed flight. The whole villa was gorgeous with spacious rooms, clean floors, pristine bathroom and crip sheets. The power including wifi would go off especially at night, we were prewarned and in Africa so didn't bother us but could for some. Dullah hooked us up with local companies for scuba diving and was full of recommendations! Could have communicated a little bit clearer on prices of laundry and paying for water as there was a bit of confusion but otherwise wonderful place to stay.

We loved our stay at Carola & Mado's place! The villa was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook inside. There is a big balcony with sea views and nice breeze. We felt cool with the fans even though it was hot season. Carola was proactive and gave clear instructions. Salum was available on the property and responsive. Very easy communication. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and town is also a 2 minute walk away where you can buy basic groceries, water and snacks. There is also an affordable Italian resturant nearby that serves tasty pizzas! Our favorite part of the place was the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Kiwengwa.

A slice paradise with private pool, right next to the beach, very secure and quiet and wonderful hosts (and dogs!). We had a fantastic time with the family. Thanks again & we would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

Rashid was a great host, he responded to any questions I had within minutes. The two bedroom villa was booked so Rashid offered the three bedroom. The villa is newly built, and is 30 seconds from the beach. Housekeeping arrived the next day. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, and don’t expect to cook a full course in the kitchen. Great restaurants in walking distance without having to walk to the main road. I might be spoiled, but A/C would make this villa a 10 out of 10. I would rent again on my next Zanzibar visit.

Dejlig villa med pool og udendørs område. Alt var super og Rashid er meget god til at sørge for os. Kan være lidt varmt på værelserne om natten. Men det glemmer man så snart solen står op og man dypper sig i havet ☺️ Kan komme kun anbefale stedet 100% ☺️

Amazing location with endless beachfront right out the front door. Tons of restaurants within a short walk. Pool was amazing, cleaning crew was super great, and cleaned multiple times a day. Included breakfasts were amazing, but we didn’t pay extra to eat lunch or dinner there, since almost all other nearby locations were cheaper.

Excellent séjour chez Ina et Msuli, cadre idyllique, jardin tropical avec sable blanc, piscine privée (la maison est divisée en 3 logements) et terrasse en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré la situation, la plage de Pongwe est magnifique et encore très préservée, les activités sont dépendantes de la marée, baignade, observation des étoiles de mer, balade sur la plage, .. avec de très bon resto autour. Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés là bas.

Ina and Msuli and their staff were phenomenal! Can’t say enough about how great they were! Good people, great location, clean, and safe place. Right on the beach, which makes everything accessible by walking and also the private pool is a great amenity as well. When we come back to Zanzibar in the future, we will definitely bring the whole family and stay here! 5/5!

We booked both connecting airbnbs. They are identical. The prompt was even better than pictured. Many ig picture worthy spots. There is only ac on the bedrooms so the common areas do get warm. The house manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the chef he did a great job. There is a little convenience store about 10 min walk but other than that there isn’t a whole lot around. The location is an hour drive from The rock restaurant, stone town and the northern beach.

This place is absolutely perfect! Far away from the city to where you can relax right on the water, but still close enough to do things in Stone Town. Michelle helped to arrange our pickup from the airport, tours, and even our COVID tests to return to our home country. All of staff were very friendly and responsive, especially the chef with dealing with my food allergies. The staff also stocked the refrigerator with soda, beer, and wine, so no need to really stop and grab anything. If you are celebrating a special occasion or just want an experience, book the beach bbq with the staff. Everything was absolutely perfect!!
