Wunderschönes inmitten von Bäumen und Blumen stehendes Haus. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es gibt nur in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, und die haben wir bei den Temperaturen zum Schlafen gebraucht. Die Gegend hat uns auf Samsibar am besten gefallen weil sie nicht so touristisch ist wie der Rest. Wir würden immer wieder gern in das tolle Haus zurückkehren!

Smukt, privat, roligt. Det perfekte sted at koble fra og glemme hverdagen for en stund. Der er massere af plads til frit at udfolde sig, om man er til træning og yoga, eller hellere vil ligge ved poolen i enten sol eller skygge. Smuk udsigt og gennemført have.

Our stay in Paje was simply magical, thanks in large part to the stunning villa we had the pleasure of calling home. The villa itself was an absolute dream, beautifully designed with an aesthetic with a traditional Zanzibari charm. Every detail, from the hand-woven textiles to the carefully curated decor, created an ambiance of tranquility and elegance. Sonia and Matteus were the most gracious hosts, always available to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality and birthday decor made us feel instantly welcome. The breakfast spread in the morning was a delightful feast, featuring fresh fruit and a variety of delicious options. The villa's location was perfect, just steps away from the pristine sands of Paje Beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun, and exploring the vibrant local culture. Evenings were spent relaxing on the villa's pool , enjoying the cool breeze. We highly recommend!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, modern, and had all the appliances we needed. We were looking for a quiet place and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves and Julie was on hand to answer our many questions at the onset. She even provided the first breakfast as well as a huge watermelon and bananas, which was much appreciated. The guards made us feel extra safe, even though it's a very safe area already, and sometimes we got a visit at the pool from the nearby cat or dog, which as animal people we loved. We will most certainly be returning! What a little paradise. (PS Being able to arrange a lift from and to the airport was also really handy.) Thank you so much for a beautiful work-cation/holiday!

Liza and Raphael are great hosts. The house is simply fantastic and you immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for us. It's not so touristy and crowded there. Really pleasant to enjoy the island. Hatibu and his team take great care of you and you feel very well looked after. The food was fresh and delicious every day. The manager Hatibu is always available and fulfills your every wish. For me there is really nothing to complain about. We stayed here for a week with the whole family (6 people) and at the end we really didn't want to leave at all. It is one of those places that you would prefer to keep to yourself. An insider tip. Die Unterkunft in Paje war super! Jedenfalls wurde nach unseren Bedürfnissen für uns gekocht bzw. Frühstück serviert. Alles was nötig ist war vorhanden und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist 2 Minuten entfernt genauso wie viele Restaurants und andere Möglichkeiten. Der Housekeeper Mr. Josephe hat uns bestens beraten und uns geholfen unsere Zeit in Paje bestens zu nutzen. Alle Trips und Ausflüge haben wir über ihn gebucht ohne das Gefühl zu haben Zuviel zu zahlen. Ein Kite Set ist auch vorhanden was genutzt werden kann , ideal für Kitesurfer. Auch der Transport hat super geklappt. Rund um können wir sagen dass das die perfekte Unterkunft in Paje ist.

Great apartment to share with a friend! 2 separate bedrooms - 1 with AC and 1 with a big fan above the bed - and an amazing pool and lounge area. Be prepared to deal with power outage but thats something that happens everywhere. Host was very happy to point us in the right direction for anything we needed

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

This was my third stay with Saidi in Fumba, and just like the first time, it was absolutely fantastic! Saidi is an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything needed. His hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. Whether it’s enjoying the serene surroundings, exploring the local area, or simply relaxing, Fumba is a great escape from the busier parts of Zanzibar. What keeps me coming back is not just the beautiful setting but also Saidi’s genuine kindness and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e Othman , il collaboratore di Manuela e’ sempre disponibile a fornirti consigli e indicazioni. Peccato solo che la casa fosse disponibile soltanto 2 giorni altrimenti ci saremmo fermati per sempre…

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

If you’re looking for a place that combines tranquility, art, and warm hospitality while keeping you close to the action, this is it. Chef Ahmed’s food is nothing short of mouthwatering.

O imóvel é super recomendado, fica em um condomínio muito lindo e tranquilo, possui uma piscina maravilhosa, está a poucos metros da praias e ao lado possui comércio com supermercado e outros. Com ctz se voltar a pajé ficaremos lá. Recomendo sem ressalvas.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Truly a "Zanzi Dream House" with peaceful vibrations Coming back to Mother Africa, especially to Zanzibar In Bewjuu couldn't have been more wonderful. My welcome was incredibly sweet and kind looking at smiling faces from Suma, The security of the stunning House, only 1 minute walk away & Sofia, The Angel! She washes your clothes, preparing your breakfast and both even help with shopping on the scooter. Your mornings are welcome with the sunrise through the palm trees where a monkey family might join you for your breakfast! Be careful and watch your food and don't let anthing laying around. They are friendly and just love to steal candies and sugar 😉 I also met the owners who did an incredible job to build this well designed flats with expansive and tasteful furnitures. Your evenings will be accompanied with the sound of the ocean..... What more do you need for a lovely holiday getting away from the ratrace of the west. All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

As our first time traveling abroad, we felt right at home at The Zanzibar Beach House (which made saying goodbye so hard.) We were blown away with the views, the amazing self-catering unit to cook our own foods (to stay within our budget) and the help we received from the hosts were great! We will miss this piece of paradise 🏝 and we only wish for everyone else planning their trip to Zanzibar to take our advise and book the stay at the unique Zanzibar Beach House!
