Place was just as described, responsive host and showed us great hospitality. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors can be a little loud.

The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. Nestor was extremely friendly, responsive and stopped to chat and give recommendations on places to visit in the area. The place is comfortable, has all the amenities and a large fridge with ample kitchen supplies if you needed to cook your own meals. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

Milton is an amazing host, was helpful and always available from booking through the end of our stay. We stayed two of us in the apartment and it was perfect, well equipped, nice and comfy bedding, spotless clean and just few minutes walk to nearby shops, restaurants and also subway. Highly recommended, we will be back if ever coming to NYC again.
