Beautiful town with lots of neat shops to explore. Amenities could use some updating but everything was clean and orderly.

Terri was a wonderful host. She gave us hiking and restaurant ideas and was accommodating to our 1 year old who can be a handful. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Big Canoe.

We stayed here as a group for a college friend’s wedding right up the road at Vezelay and it was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning and super convenient for getting to the venue and also being able to explore the wineries and downtown Dahlonega. Marla was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. I would highly recommend this place for groups!

My family loved Jessica’s house. Easy access to the river, and there’s a nice 1/2 mile loop we could do with our pup. House is beautiful- enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and sauna. She has a fire pit down the steps by the river that looked amazing- just a little too cold when we visited. Would 100% stay here again. Jessica as a host was very easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze and she resolved a very minor issue promptly which we greatly appreciated.

I wholeheartedly recommend Falling Waters Lodge for special events or just a relaxing get-away. The lodge and its grounds are impeccably maintained and the attention to homey details is obvious. We had the pleasure of staying at the lodge for a small, intimate wedding. In spite of our extensive planning, the weather didn’t cooperate. Hosts Scott and Karen came to our rescue, helping us carry out a solution that worked as well, if not better than, our original plan. In addition, we took full advantage of the amenities, from the sauna, hot tub, yoga mats, games, fishing and fire pit. Scott and Karen have clearly thought of and provided everything you might need during your stay and are readily available if you need additional assistance. Falling Waters Lodge and its hosts far exceeded our expectations. I'd rate them a 10 if I could.

The property was fantastic! I'm glad she has the outdoor lights lighting in the driveway - this was extremely helpful. We especially loved the privacy. The house is wonderfully laid out - great organization. The head and hot water worked extremely well. We cannot wait to stay at this unit again in the near future!

I came with my family to enjoy thanksgiving in the mountains. This place was beautiful, the house was cozy, and Veronica was SUPER responsive to all questions I had!

His hospitality really elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional hosting, Hidden Hideaway is the place. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We were blessed to be able to stay at Ron and Kim's home for over a month while we were dealing with insurance from a house fire at our home. The home is amazing, and they were always responsive if we needed anything.

When we arrived, we met Yvette as she was walking out and she immediately came over to introduced herself and welcomed us. Luis came out from behind and also came over to welcome us. Once inside everything was neat, cozy and clean. Both bedrooms were beautifully decorated to match the rest of the house. At night, everything was peaceful and quiet. The outdoor area was lit up magically in the dark. My personal favorite space was the enclosed front deck area, where i could sit and enjoy the sounds of the blue ridge mountains without having to worry about being eaten alive by bugs. La Casita was a true treasure and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Yvette and Luis 😊 Also thank you for the great local recommendations.
