I had a great stay. The place is very easy to find and in a great location. Was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Would highly recommend staying at river romance.

If you are looking for a nice, private, weekend get away for two - this is the place! It is small but spacious, right by town but peaceful and private with a king size bed, an incredible shower and some chairs right along the Chattahoochee. We started each day with a coffee by the river before heading out. The hiking trails close by are plentiful - Duke's Creek was a perfect 2.2 mile moderate in and out with two nice falls. If you don't want to pay for parking in downtown Helen, Kendra's place is an easy half mile walk. Kendra is a great host. The extra, personalized touches stood out and were greatly appreciated. We needed a weekend away to recharge and we couldn't have found a better place to do just that!

Mervin’s place was clean and had beautiful views of the River. It was easy to check in and the place was clean and bigger than I had thought. The location is perfect and very walkable to all of Helen. I’d love to come stay again!

Me and my friends spent a week at this place. Even though it's a shared space, it's very private. The surroundings are beautiful and it's a great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend!

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

Margarita's place had everything we needed, and were looking for for an impromptu weekend getaway. It was close to the Jackrabbit trails, which we enjoyed with friends, and the lake. Plus, we enjoyed a bonus sunset drink, with some great food truck bbq, on the new dock bar! We would definitely stay again.

Our group of senior-citizen guys had a great weekend at this house. We were celebrating our 35th year of monthly card games and friendship, and the house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful property, well-maintained, and comfortable. Looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, had everything we could have needed, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. The local host, Jessica, was great, she quickly responded to all our questions and accommodated our special requests. The first day, we found the outdoor gas grill was not functioning properly, but Jessica brought an entirely new grill to the house less than an hour after being informed of the problem!! We all were very impressed by her promptness and friendliness in fixing this issue.

This home is stunning and is so much bigger than the pictures make it look. Spacious, incredible and well stocked kitchen, several beautifully decorated cozy places to gather, two levels of decks overlooking the lake… this was the perfect location for our retreat! One thing of note… Be careful coming down the driveway as there is a pretty large and deep pothole on the left side of the drive just before you turn left into the house parking area. Just go slow and watch for it and it’s manageable.

We had a great time! The home was as expected and very nice. We really enjoyed everything about it. The location, porch, hot tub and fire pit was all a plus.

This home was even more beautiful than the pictures! On top of that, this was the cleanest and best outfitted home I’ve ever stayed at on AirBnB. We hope to come back sometime!

This house is stunningly beautiful, so much attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship by the owner. Beds were so comfortable. The new coffee bar was so fun, and well stocked! The whole place was clean and spotless. The lake was down while we were there, but we expected that. It’s a bit of a steep walk down to the dock, but didn’t stop us! Wine on the deck was fine with us, looking out at the lake and surroundings. The neighborhood is very walkable - and we did. Lots of vineyards/wineries close by as well as lots of hiking and waterfalls. Easy trips to Murphy, Blue Ridge and Hiawassee. The downstairs was not accessible, so getting down to the firepit, you have to go around the house. We enjoyed the upper deck and living room fireplace instead. Maybe it will be open next visit, as it just looked unfinished at this point. We had a fantastic week. Hope to be able to return! We would Highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect! Clean, comfy, lots of board games! We enjoyed our stay!

This house is a hidden gem. Right on the water just adds to its charm ! So many amenities , we felt right at home . The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels and other linens. We will definitely be staying here again !

I can't say enough about Lisa's home! It had everything listed and more. The thoughtfulness in the little details made this the best experience we have had with an Airbnb. This home is beautiful and the amenities at the lake were perfect. Our family had a wonderful week and hope to do it again in the future.

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

Quick trip from Florida. Great spacious place for the family and pricing was on point comparatively to the surrounding market. Will 100% recommend and book this exact condo in the near future.
