Excellent location! Close to town so easy to get things when needed. Krista is an awesome host, very friendly and gave perfect instructions on entry amd how to leave the house. Highly recommend this house, already looking at dates for next year!

This year was the second year my group and I stayed with Lake Norris Chalets. They were completely painless to work with both years and are very responsive to any questions you may have. Their homes are precisely as described in the descriptions. One huge perk about renting with Lake Norris Chalets, if you are in one of their homes with a dock, and you rent a boat from them they will deliver the boat to the home, fueled up and ready to go. This is a great service that frees up a lot of time you would spend going to the marina, filling out all the paperwork and getting the boat back to your place. I would recommend Lake Norris Chalets time and time again for anyone looking to have a great weekend on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place with a group of ladies celebrating my soon to be sister-in-law. Our group ranged from late 20's to early 50's and everyone had plenty of room and appreciated the huge house! The view from the balconies for coffee was beautiful and we used the dock for a pontoon we rented. We would love to cpme back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

The PERFECT place to go with a large group and ensure everyone has their own privacy/space. Beautiful views, right on the water, and all the amenities you could ask for. Mary Beth was very responsive to my thousands of questions and ensured we were well prepared for the weekend. We hosted my husbands surprise 30th birthday here and it couldn’t have been a better weekend. We will forsure book with Mary Beth again in the summer.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Southern Comfort II. The property was open and spacious enough for a large gathering. Everyone could spread out and enjoy the amenities- hottub and game room. The entire home was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds/bath were very nice and far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The view was outstanding! Simply beautiful! The small town was quite sleepy, but we didn't decide on this location for such activities as we simply planned to be with each other. We highly recommend John and Southern Comfort II for a large gathering.

Everything you would hope for in an Airbnb! Location, clean, stocked with everything you need, fun amenities, and hot tub worked great! Host did a great job providing a hospitable experience. We will be back!

Was upset at first because they informed us the day of our arrival that the hottub broke but they were very caring and accommodated us for it and took action to fix it right away. The only thing is make sure you bring extra supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. as they only supply one of each. Also lots of geese droppings walking down to water but goes with being on a lake. Make sure you check your GPS settings so it doesn't take you backroads, learned that one. No garage so vehicle gets very hot, sunshade helps and deck is hot, no umbrella for shade to sit out at table. Overall beautiful place and Gunner was pleasant and pleasure to deal with any issues we had.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Thank you so much for opening your home to our family. It was so cozy and perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay while we rode atv trails at Brimestone. Conveniently located. The beds were so comfortable. Wish you had a regular coffee pot but we made due by going to Kings Donuts. So good! Thanks again!

Very Happy with the accommodations. Davy upgraded us to the Cedar Suite. The Cedar suite was quaint, cozy, comfortable and clean. Davy was available to answer questions. Stay was quick, but great. Would recommend their accommodations and hospitality!

We loved our stay at Margaret's lakeside home! There is a view of the lake with a deck and beautiful sunroom overlooking the lake. The deck includes both open deck and a nice covered area (convenient for shade or light rain.) The space is very cozy, welcoming, and feels quite roomy. We had 4 people in our family traveling together - including my 84 year old mother who really appreciated the bathroom setup with a grab bar in the shower. We rented a pontoon boat at the local Marina (which is within easy walking distance) and enjoyed daily walks in the Marina area. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Great spot on Norris Lake! It was perfect for our family vacation. Hoping to stay again next year!

My daughter and I stayed here for only a few short hours as we drove from AR to NC. We arrived around 1am and left by 8am. It was so comfortable and exactly what we needed after stressful, stormy drive. Also I highly recommend Knead Donuts! They had some amazing, delicious creations.

The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 3 adult children, 2 spouses, and 4 grandchildren ages 4-10. Multiple levels provided privacy with separate kid and adult space. Loved the pantry for storage so counter space available to use. I was worried but 4 adults could work in kitchen. Property management very responsive and accommodating. Parking tight, but we managed 2 large and 1 medium sized SUV in driveway. Be prepared for steps and hauling to dock. Water great, easy to swim, kayak, and iSUP in cove.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for what we needed and the dock and lake were amazing! We spent most of our time on the dock swimming and hanging out in the water and the location was amazing.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Waking up and having coffee every morning with a beautiful view of the lake and renting a boat for a day were our highlights of the trip. We also fished every morning, played on the doc and played family games in the large living room space. There was plenty of space for all the children to play for our family reunion. The only thing I want to note is if you are considering this house and have toddlers / crawling babies I don’t think you would feel comfortable hanging around on the deck. The railing cables are not safe if your child was to hang on them. Other than that, it was a great stay. We love the lake life!!!

We were at Cinci 5 for a family reunion. It worked out perfectly for us. Good location as related to reunion events. It is a nice home and came with a boat slip for our rented pontoon. We also loved the pool table. Thank you for hosting. I hope we return soon!

This was a great place for my family to gather. Loved the sunrise views and the den for the kids to play in. Kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of games. Would definitely return!

Beautiful location, close proximity to the lake w/ a slip, clean and looks just like the photos on the site! Great space and our group loved it! This is our second booking in two years and if we have the group again, we would book this location again in second!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the lake house with plenty of space. It was a great place to celebrate the New Year. We were able to cook delicious food and also let loose and play some ping pong. Would absolutely love to go back one day.

We did a family vacation with 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 4). The Condo was really nice and fit our family's needs. Beautiful location and views, the decks were great to sit and relax on. The screened-in porch came in really handy at night time to sit and chat or play games. The kids enjoyed going to the pool before and after boating. The condo had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend this place to everyone. Pictures don't do it justice.
