Teresa’s place was perfect. We only stayed for one night while looking at campgrounds but we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The place was clean and had tons of items to use in the kitchen. The views outside were stunning!

House was beautiful and was perfect for our family getaway! Ashley was very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests! Would definitely rent from her again!

This is our second stay at the lake house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations (again). Last year we had all sunny weather, but this year we had a little rain during the weekend which actually allowed us to take even better advantage of the house. From watching the rain from the peaceful back porch to the many board games inside, we had plenty to do. The location is private (we saw 2 people walk down the road one time) and the access to the lake cannot be beat. Katie is easily the best Airbnb host I’ve had the pleasure to work with - very proactive in communication and responsive to any questions. I could go on and on, but just trust me when I say, this house is an absolute gem.

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfectly quiet and secluded, offering the ideal escape. The interior of the home was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Mary Beth, the host, was an absolute delight! She was easy to communicate with, very understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough it exceeded all expectations. We really enjoyed our stay! The private cove was beautiful, with the perfect outdoor space. Even though the water was low, we were still able to enjoy the kayaks and peddle boat. The ponies next door and the food truck that was just a few steps away were a huge bonus for us and our kids! They had fresh funnel cakes, coke floats, and hot dogs that were so yummy! The place was also very clean and easily accessible, we’d love to come back and stay again!

Stayed here a few night with my loving girlfriend and we had the best time. While there was the smallest hiccup we couldn't be happier. everything was nice and clean, organized, and we felt truly like it was our home. Lori was more than happy to communicate anything we may have needed and it made us feel like she was with us the whole time. loved staying here and would definitely recommend. we may even have to stop by again some time just to enjoy another visit.

Great stay!! Perfect for someone who's visiting town, especially if your visiting Carson Newman it's a 2 minute walk! Also walking distance to food, campus, and more. Very easy to fine as well and felt safe and was clean!! We were visiting some family at Carson Newman and were able to walk to the game! We came in kind of early and she was able to accommodate us getting an early check in!! Very friendly host and super cute friendly dog as well! Will 10% book again when we come back to visit!

We had a short stay but it was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Would stay there again if driving through the area.

This airbnb has been such a sweet little getaway. It has everything you could possibly need to get away for a few days and is so cozy! It was my first time using an airbnb and Charlotte went out of her way to help me through the process and has been such a wonderful host. Its located in a quiet area but still close enough to explore. There is lots of information provided to the guest, check-in was very simple, and our stay altogether was pretty much seamless and very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend Charlotte's place if youre visiting Clinton, TN!

We greatly enjoyed our extended stay at this cabin. They have preserved the age, but brought in modern amenities such as Internet and updated the fireplace. The views from the sunroom were stunning and able to be enjoyed even in freezing cold weather. We will be back!

Had an incredible stay at Carol’s cabin. Perfect lakeside getaway with an incredible view. Carol thought of everything - even had fresh baked bread waiting for us! Worked great for our group of 7. Would absolutely recommend.

Magical. Peaceful water views will take your breath away. Easy driveway and road. Privacy and ample parking. The entire cabin is spotless. Decorations keep your attention, without being over whelming. Trying to find the right words. Peaceful. Comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals, relax, and just be. Will recommend this cabin to all my friends and family.

We had a great family filled weekend here and plan on making it a yearly deal for us and hope to stay here again. Beautiful cabin , we all felt so at home. Great location to anything you need or want. We rode Windrock Offroad park in our jeeps and had a blast. The back yard is heavenly with a beautiful creek and plenty of space for our dogs to run. Definitely one of our favs so far 😊
