This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfectly quiet and secluded, offering the ideal escape. The interior of the home was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Mary Beth, the host, was an absolute delight! She was easy to communicate with, very understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough it exceeded all expectations. Very conveniently located just minutes from Jefferson City Health and Rehab which is what brought us to town. Nice lakes nearby and a few parks. We would stay there again.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

This place is a gem on the river in Knoxville. The view is beautiful, especially at night with the bridge all lit up. I walked, and I walked, and I walked…. There are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere and it is very close to downtown. It’s in a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful from start to finish!

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

We had a short stay but it was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Would stay there again if driving through the area.

Martin and Nikki made us feel right at home. Had small items ready to use like snacks, coffee, etc. so we didn’t have to immediately run to grocery store. We had lots of privacy. Apt was so close to UTK and downtown - very easy to get to places we needed to go. PS. Tepulo Honey is a highly recommended restaurant!

Such a clean and comfortable place to stay! Would recommend and such a kind and helpful host. Also there was water and snacks there upon our arrival. A very sweet gesture.

David's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Knoxville. Right off campus, lots of things to do, and walked to UT baseball and basketball games. David was a great host and the condo was perfect for me and my wife. We will stay there again on our next visit to Knoxville!

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Went to Knoxville to watch my Sons band play and stayed at this Cute Apartment. Loved everything about it and it was even nicer than the Pictures. We opened the Windows and enjoyed the down town vibe. Would definetly recommend!

This place was very comfy and cozy for me and my friends. I would definitely recommend if you're visiting Tennessee, but don't want to stay in the big cities with it only being a 30 minute drive from Knoxville!!!

This was the perfect location and accommodations for my trip. The apartment was very clean and furnished with everything advertised. The king sized bed is one of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in away from home. The apartment has modern furniture and appliances. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone doing anything around UT and/or UT Medical Center. 10/10!
