Teresa’s place was perfect. We only stayed for one night while looking at campgrounds but we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The place was clean and had tons of items to use in the kitchen. The views outside were stunning!

Place was way nicer in person. Location is perfect for boating with easy access to the ramp and dock. House had everything we needed! Super clean and all the neighbors were nice

This is our second stay at the lake house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations (again). Last year we had all sunny weather, but this year we had a little rain during the weekend which actually allowed us to take even better advantage of the house. From watching the rain from the peaceful back porch to the many board games inside, we had plenty to do. The location is private (we saw 2 people walk down the road one time) and the access to the lake cannot be beat. Katie is easily the best Airbnb host I’ve had the pleasure to work with - very proactive in communication and responsive to any questions. I could go on and on, but just trust me when I say, this house is an absolute gem.

We had a wonderful stay for 12. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to all enjoy. We did a lot of cooking, the kitchen was so well stocked! Would highly recommend!

Stayed here a few night with my loving girlfriend and we had the best time. While there was the smallest hiccup we couldn't be happier. everything was nice and clean, organized, and we felt truly like it was our home. Lori was more than happy to communicate anything we may have needed and it made us feel like she was with us the whole time. loved staying here and would definitely recommend. we may even have to stop by again some time just to enjoy another visit.

Love staying with QB Renovations when visiting Knoxville! Missy is a great host. She sends very thorough emails to prepare you for your stay, and every location is cozy and comfortable. She is a great communicator and quick to respond to all questions and inquiries.

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

Great stay!! Perfect for someone who's visiting town, especially if your visiting Carson Newman it's a 2 minute walk! Also walking distance to food, campus, and more. Very easy to fine as well and felt safe and was clean!! We were visiting some family at Carson Newman and were able to walk to the game! We came in kind of early and she was able to accommodate us getting an early check in!! Very friendly host and super cute friendly dog as well! Will 10% book again when we come back to visit!

Scott is an amazing host. He thought of everything to accommodate us. There is plenty of room for personal items in every room from little nooks to the closets. The kitchen has everything you could need. We highly highly recommend staying here. The location is minutes away from a YMCA, Kroger, plenty of yummy restaurants and so much more. Julie is a great host and responsive. The condo is in a fabulous location, easy to walk to all the action and close enough to any UT activity. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, well laid out and a great set up for relaxing in living room and having personal space for sleeping.

David's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Knoxville. Right off campus, lots of things to do, and walked to UT baseball and basketball games. David was a great host and the condo was perfect for me and my wife. We will stay there again on our next visit to Knoxville!

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much for a great day at your condo Norris lake. we had some great family time with our adult children, and especially loved the private dock as we were able to rent a pontoon boat for two days and even voted over to a marina for dinner one evening. We would definitely stay there again.
