Very conveniently located just minutes from Jefferson City Health and Rehab which is what brought us to town. Nice lakes nearby and a few parks. We would stay there again.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

This place is a gem on the river in Knoxville. The view is beautiful, especially at night with the bridge all lit up. I walked, and I walked, and I walked…. There are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere and it is very close to downtown. It’s in a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful from start to finish!

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

We had a short stay but it was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Would stay there again if driving through the area.

Teresa’s place was perfect. We only stayed for one night while looking at campgrounds but we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The place was clean and had tons of items to use in the kitchen. The views outside were stunning!

The photos and description do not do this property justice! My friends and I were comfortable in this spacious, yet homey home. Kitchen had everything you could need, home was spotless, fire pit and hot tub were great. The owner was very polite and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip

House was beautiful and was perfect for our family getaway! Ashley was very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests! Would definitely rent from her again!

This is our second stay at the lake house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations (again). Last year we had all sunny weather, but this year we had a little rain during the weekend which actually allowed us to take even better advantage of the house. From watching the rain from the peaceful back porch to the many board games inside, we had plenty to do. The location is private (we saw 2 people walk down the road one time) and the access to the lake cannot be beat. Katie is easily the best Airbnb host I’ve had the pleasure to work with - very proactive in communication and responsive to any questions. I could go on and on, but just trust me when I say, this house is an absolute gem.

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Went to Knoxville to watch my Sons band play and stayed at this Cute Apartment. Loved everything about it and it was even nicer than the Pictures. We opened the Windows and enjoyed the down town vibe. Would definetly recommend!

This place was very comfy and cozy for me and my friends. I would definitely recommend if you're visiting Tennessee, but don't want to stay in the big cities with it only being a 30 minute drive from Knoxville!!!

This was the perfect location and accommodations for my trip. The apartment was very clean and furnished with everything advertised. The king sized bed is one of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in away from home. The apartment has modern furniture and appliances. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone doing anything around UT and/or UT Medical Center. 10/10!

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting our student at UT. The apartment building is a wonderful historical building, in the Old City of Knoxville. There are cute restaurants / pubs and shops within a short walk. The location can't be beat- it's very close to the University as well as the Market Square and Downtown Knox. As with all urban areas, there were some homeless persons around, but we never felt unsafe day or night. The apartment itself is so charming with it's hardwood floors, antique doors and other touches preserved from the past, but also with all the modern amenities you would expect. It was so nice to come back from a long tiring day and cozy up on the couch to binge Netflix. The host (Scott) was truly gracious and responsive! We had a "mild hiccup" upon check-in, and Scott took care of it immediately, practically before we could hang up the phone! All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely stay again!
