This was the perfect home away from home - literally! We needed to be out of our own home for a few days and this was the perfect place to land for us and our two dogs. The home was comfortable, cozy and super clean. The back yard an oasis, the hot tub an added bonus which we enjoyed on a chilly CO night. The ‘igloo’ kept us warm and out of the wind. Close to everything and had all the little extras to make us comfortable and feel at home. We got to meet Sam and enjoyed our numerous conversations with him. We will have another opportunity to stay again in the near future and hope it’s available for our dates. Thanks for hosting us and our ‘boys’, they are infatuated with your yard!

This is a very nice place that seems to have been recently renovated. It's clean, comfortable, and there are TV's in every room, which is nice. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub made for a very relaxing evening. We hope to stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frederick’s. Cute little place for a couple nights in Denver. It was as described and looks like the pictures. Yes, the ceilings are low (it’s a basement unit) but honestly it didn’t bother us and my son is 6’ 3”. You just have to be aware. Also, we were not bothered by the upstairs occupants. Yes, you can hear them walking but again it didn’t bother us. Hot tub was one of the cleanest I’ve used at an Airbnb. Plenty of places nearby to eat or grab a drink. You are literally next door to a great Mexican restaurant, Los Carboncitos. Beds were super comfy. Would stay again!

I had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described. The space was clean, cozy, and a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Jason was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in process. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was amazing during the evening. We didn’t get to use the firepit as the propane was out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

David was a very proactive host and worked closely with our group to meet our needs. The place is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with short drives to local food and activities. Lots of amenities in the house and a few common areas help this be a great stay for small groups. Would recommend!

Very clean! The doors were a bit hard to open and close but they seem to be older so it’s not a big surprise. Overall it was great and would use it again!!

Chris was super flexible and allowed us to check in early when we had to leave our Vail Airbnb earlier than anticipated. He was very responsive and answered all my questions very quickly. The house was in a great location in a suburb that is within driving distance of downtown and some really great restaurants and bars. The hot tub felt great after a week of skiing and the memory foam mattresses were a dream! The house was extremely clean and had a ton of space for our group of 12. I definitely recommend this property for your next stay in Denver!

I loved this cabin so much!! It was so cozy and clean. The scenery was gorgeous as well! I must’ve gone at a slow time because I was the only one there. But I loved having the hot tub and sauna to myself :) I want to go back!!

Lovvvvvved this quaint gem. Magical get away! Cabin was perfect! Cooked meals, listed to the river on the porch with rocking chairs, soaked in hot tub while cold plunging in the river. It was absolutely perfect! Hands off check in was easy and perfect!!!! Thank you! Coming back again!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Close and easy to get into downtown Evergreen / Kittredge so there was plenty to do. The cabin was a nice oasis away from home. We’ll deff come back again!!

We had a great stay at this property! It was a nice getaway for New Years (: We enjoyed the hot tub & playing games in the cabin.

This house and host were amazing. The home and views were equally beautiful. Christina went above and beyond and even had a high chair and bassinet set up for our grand daughter without us even asking. The home is gorgeous with stunning views of the mountains and hiking trails just steps from the front door!
