It was a last minute reservation for us, and i was not really thinking about going somewhere on my birthday. I almost gave up searching for a place when I found Sir Neil's place. There were limited available place to book in Batangas that can accommodate our 2 cats. With a limited budget, its hard to a find place that we think our cats can also enjoy strolling, feel comfortable and safe. Our cats enjoyed climbing up and down the stairs and jumping in between the lofts. We loved watching them enjoying and sleep comfortably. It also a bonus that the coconut tree can me seen at the lofts window and there were birds flying here and there that our cats enjoyed watching. We love the place and its just sad that we didn't get to extend our trip since its fully booked. We're looking forward in booking our next Laiya trip in this place, probably longer. Highly recommended and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Also, Sir Neil-so professinal. We enjoyed our stay-THANK YOU ALL.

May mga tindahan din sa paligid para sa mga kakailanganin nyo during your stay. Peaceful probinsya vibes talaga.

The place was so relaxing, not crowded, the caretaker was very accommodating and very generous in giving our requests and attending to our needs. This place is big and can accommodate more than 19 pax. Great thing that the place has a pool which we all loved. And the sunrise view in this place is just amazing.

This is the best thing we've tried here on Airbnb. We had a great stay. The location was great, it's on the other side of the crowded spot in Maniwaya Island. Jack and nanay Alona made us feel so at home. They accommodated all our needs, from drinks to rice and everything else, not to mention that their pricing is so low as well! Most of it were even cheaper when you compared it to the prices here in Manila! Their drinks are so good too, they even offered our whole group a free drinks! There's a lot of good and IG worthy hang out places here, we so love the swing by the bar and the bean bag inside the kubo!

This property is truly beautiful and relaxing a perfect getaway spot! The serene ambiance and picturesque surroundings made our stay so enjoyable. However, you do need to drive through a rough road to reach the location, so be prepared for that. Despite this, the effort is absolutely worth it once you arrive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Truly peaceful, worth what we paid for , highly recommended, and surely I will be back again, so clean and complete cooking utensils and very close to community beaches.

We had one day stay at the resort and enjoyed it to the maximum. Ilove the place! The property is well maintained, gated property, no dog poops clutter with in vicinity, the 3 rooms (casitas) are good, clean and so relaxing it feels like you are in your own house! It has pool area, where you can swim and at the same time enjoy watching the sea. Though its quite cold but tolerable naman! The Caretakers (Taytay Rod and Nanay Kinay) are so friendly and willing to help us to buy foods near the area. I gave them 5 stars for excellent job. Really love the place! And definitely go back and already save it to my wishlist. Thank you!

I have nothing but praises for our stay at Casa Amara. The hosts have been very responsive and patient addressing all my inquiries to help us secure all required documents for our travel considering we are from ncr plus bubble— our trip was smooth! The Place is clean and the value of what you paid for is really worth it! We rented the penthouse so as to avoid unnecessary interaction with other guests to avoid the risk but the place is already as spacious as it is, you wouldn’t have to worry about the other guests as long as you follow the health protocols. The view was worth it, and they didn’t lie when they said the they got the best sunrise view! No filters needed. Way to the beach and back to the house was an effort though, you will have to walk 5-10 mins and expect that the beach is rocky (due to corals) compared to the beaches in nasugbu and laiya. You will feel that you have the place to yourself and because it is secluded, you’d feel that you rented the beach as well! If you want to upload your pictures right away or get your IG stories posted, you have to go to their main lobby/dining area because the wifi connection is not stable from the Penthouse. But hey, you’re there to enjoy the view and the experience, right? Thank you, Klaus and Gemma for opening you’re home to us! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property and a pleasant stay! Caretakers were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we need. The pool, common areas, and the close proximity to the beach were a treat to our guests! We enjoyed having all our meals out in the outdoor kitchen as the view was fantastic! There were noticeable areas that required immediate attention in the bathrooms, outdoor showers, and rooms. Regardless, we had an amazing stay!

Our Host is responsive, the place is just indeed a minute to the beach. He allowed us to bring pets and have an early check in. The place is worth the price and lots of beds to sleep in. Just had a comment in the videoke on the 3rd floor coz of delay of sounds in mic hence overall it was a good and comfy stay. Much recommended! 👍🏻

Rooms are squeaky clean. The employees are very warm and friendly. They have a huge serving of plated meals - super busog! The pool is quite small so I suggest that you book during weekdays. The beach is quite a walk, around 8-10 minutes. Globe and Smart connection is terrible, but its also a great time to disconnect from work or social media. Love the place! We'll be back if internet connection improves. Thank you, Gemma and Klaus!

Getting to the venue is a bit challenging but the property itself has a chill and relaxing Mediterranean vibe.. Members of the staff are helpful and kind. The penthouse is really comfortable and ideal for group and family gatherings. The walk to the beach and back could be challenging for others but for those who could walk up and down the trail, the beach is quiet, free from big crowds, and photogenic. It's quite rocky in parts but it's still possible to swim provided one has aqua shoes. Lastly, kudos to the host for the clear communications and directions from the time of inquiry all the way to the pre-departure time.

Aside from the construction next to the villa, the stay at the property was great.
