Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our family weekend - 6 adults and 1 baby (and 2 dogs). The house was very clean and welcoming and Wendy was very proactive and helpful with lots of local information. Great location from which to explore the South Cerney Lakes. We will be back again.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely views to wake up to. Extremely comfy bed. Loved the big tv's. Really nice ammenities, and easily walkable to some of the other lakes,nice woodland walks and a great base for travelling around the cotswolds.plenty of local info in the basket on the table on arrival

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s place in Hayle. We have family local to this area so it was ideal for us. We loved that there was a gorgeous beach restaurant just a stones throw away (Gilbert’s) where we enjoyed a lovely lunch. The beaches at Hayle are some of the best in Cornwall and their locality is perfect. The house was cosy, warm and had all the amenities you could need. The beds were comfortable, showers hot and furniture comfortable and clearly well looked after. We would definitely return and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at lodge 101, well situated only a short drive from everywhere we wanted to visit. The clubhouse and restaurant at the resort was also excellent doing breakfast lunch and dinner. Nice to have some takeaway options delivered which we used a couple of times, a fantastic hot tub and all in all one of the best places we've stayed. Can't wait to be back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Loch View House! The location is incredibly serene and scenic and the house itself is gorgeous with really thoughtful touches! The place was big enough to host all 12 of us, including kids and each room is perfectly decorated! Ema was incredibly friendly and on hand to help too! We’ve made some incredible memories that we’ll treasure forever.

We had the most fantastic time - the lodge was clean, beautifully furnished and cosy on a cold March evening with the wood burner - loved the record player with the albums - The little touches such as biscuits, coffee and croissants were appreciated as were the refillable bottles of hand wash, shampoo etc. You can immediately tell that the owners have put a lot of hard work and love into their property. My friends and I were together for our 50th birthday celebrations and downtime from our hectic lives and we couldn’t have picked a more idyllic spot. Beautiful walks, fabulous scenery and such a calm quiet place. An ideal location to explore the coast and also the local high street with pubs and restaurants is an easy walk - the hot tub was an absolute added bonus. All communication from the hosts was spot on - Thank you and we will be back again.

Truly wonderful stay - my parents and daughter travelled from Australia to spend Christmas with me and we decided to go to the Cotswolds (along with my dog). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Tracey’s home had everything we needed, set amongst a beautiful, tranquil surrounding nestled on the lake. Picturesque views and relaxing surroundings. The house itself is beautifully presented - lots of lovely little touches and thoughtful additions. It was so easy to get around from the house to all different parts of the Cotswolds - perfect place to come back to after a days worth of outings. Nice hot shower and comfy couch and amenities. Restaurants and pubs close by within an easy four to six minute drive - dogs welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It truly made our Christmas.

Loved our stay here! Properly cosy and charming and above all, great location for walks, pubs and restaurants. Centre of town and the new Hepworth Gallery just a short drive away; YSP just a short drive the other way – great attractions! And a pleasure to come back here after a day out. Would certainly book again.

Sandown House made our summer visit to the Lake District enjoyable. Space for our immediate family and extended family and friends. We nicknamed it the upside down house because the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen and living rooms on the top floor. Plenty of parking, walking distance to all that Bowness-on-Windermere has to offer. We think the on suite bathrooms are tiny, but we are tall people (6’and 6’4”) other than that plenty of space to stretch out. Lovely welcome hamper upon our arrival added a nice touch from the owners.

Fabulous lodge, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely festive welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The beds were comfy and a good size unlike other lodges we've stayed in. Peaceful site which is close to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Good communication from the host. We had a perfect family Christmas staying here and enjoyed it so much, we've already booked another stay.

This house is as beautiful as looks on the pictures. Very, very clean and tidy, and the decor is very stylish. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. 5 stars for the hosts for this amazing house and thank you again for putting out the birthday banners :)

We had the most wonderful stay at the Lodge on the edge of Isis Lake. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the serene lake and surrounding nature. The Lodge itself is impeccably clean, and every detail is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the beauty of the lake, created a perfect getaway. We spent our days exploring the surrounding area, and in the evening we relaxed in the cosy sitting area. The facilities were top-notch, and the cosy rooms offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We will definitely be returning to this amazing Lodge. It’s a gem of a place, and we can’t wait to experience it again! A huge thank you to Rebecca!

We had an amazing time at The House in the Clouds celebrating my 60th birthday with close family who had gathered from far and wide. Perfect range of accommodation for sitting together and eating, chatting in the cosy living room or celebrating with drinks upstairs in the games room. Despite being an extremely cold February we were all toasty warm and it was very well equipped for all our needs. Natasha is a very responsive host and overall we had a very special time here.

amazing stay! we stayed as a group of friends and had a lovely time at Elisabeth’s home. It was a super cute, warm and cosy house, which was very clean and had lovely decor. It was very easy to find, we travelled by train and bus. would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s house, which was perfect for three families coming together. The on-site pool was a great addition, and the Ballihoo restaurant was both welcoming and convenient ideal for everything from a morning coffee to an evening meal. The house was spotlessly clean, with three excellent bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet, making it ideal for a group stay. We would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the surroundings, but even in the colder months, the cosy wood fire made it a wonderful retreat.

Me and my family had the best time at Chalet du lac! The views are just amazing and there was everything you needed to relax and have some fun. The family particularly enjoyed “the temple bar” it was a fab space to unwind with a few drinks and have a game of pool and darts. Both Richard and Sophie’s communication was excellent. Really helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do in the local area. Anyone that books to go here wouldn’t be disappointed. Thanks again for a fab stay!

We stayed for a weekend at the lake house to celebrate an 80th birthday. We are a family of 10 people from ages 10 up to 81. We had an incredible time and it was perfect for the special occasion. The games room with the table tennis was superb for the children (and adults) to play in and having the tennis courts close by was a great bonus too. We all loved the hot tub and the tranquility of the lake view. The house was amazing and we would definitely recommend it.
