What can I say! Gail and Curlson have SUCH a beautiful home. It was so wonderful waking up to those gorgeous views every morning. They both were so helpful and quickly responded to any question or concern I had. They provided anything and everything you could even think about needing. Like some of the reviews mention, you should rent a vehicle, something with AWD/4WD so it’s easier to get up those steep hills. Once you get the hang of it, it’s super easy to find your way back. And it’s only 5 minutes from Red Hook. Definitely cannot recommend staying here enough. You won’t regret it!

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

Great spot. There were 4 of us staying here while we were on island for work and there was more than enough room. Cold AC in the bedrooms and a great view from the hill that got constant cool breezes. Will definitely return.

This was my third time staying at Adienid’s place, and just like before, everything was perfect. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There were absolutely no disappointments. I truly appreciate the consistency and hospitality, and I look forward to booking with Adienid again when I return to Puerto Rico!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cynthia's place in Palmas del Mar! The property has incredible views and is well-situated for easy access to multiple beaches (all of which were gorgeous and minimally crowded). Palmas del Mar is a lovely private neighborhood, and Cynthia was very helpful in recommending places to eat/shop during our trip. The house was stocked with entertainment, kitchen supplies, and beach accessories. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and provided excellent communication which made every step of our visit seamless. Our family hated to leave after a week and would be quick to return to this property should we visit Puerto Rico again! Thank you, Cynthia!

Let me tell you why you should close all those other tabs and book Jose's condo right now: Not only was this condo the nicest, cleanest, most well-stocked AirBnB my family has ever stayed in, it also has a generator. Now you, like me, are probably thinking "I'll just cancel my trip if a hurricane is on the horizon!" What you're not thinking about are the random power outages Puerto Rico experiences - the entire island lost power four days into our trip. Not a problem for us - the generator kicked in, and Jose was very prompt in answering my panicked texts about when I would need to get more fuel (never - the generator has a 130 gallon tank) and how to activate the water cistern on the roof (town water stayed on, so not necessary). So quite apart from the milk, coffee, tea, sangria, water, snacks and everything else that greeted us on arrival, Jose's condo was the absolute best place to be during a power outage. (And proximity to Laguna Grande, beaches, and snorkeling were great too!)

Eliel was a good host, the house was clean and is close to the airport and San Juan downtown. We loved our stay at the house.

El Colmado was very aesthetic, walkable to town restaurants, coffee, bars, and ocean. Hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Vieques! Things we wish we knew before booking as females: - El Colmado is separate/private inside but shares backyard space connecting the neighboring house which has 2 airbnbs booked independently. We felt very lucky the neighboring property wasn’t booked because… - While it was fun to shower outdoors, there is zero privacy from the shared backyard & neighboring house while using it - The toilet was also outdoors and while it had a door with an inside lock while using it, had there been other occupants next door it could be confused as being available for all to use - having to go outside to shower and use the toilet = lots of bugs & bites inside & out - there were no cozy spots to laze around other than the beds & mattress on bed closest to ‘bathroom’ was very saggy in the middl

We had a great stay at Alexeev and Jamiely’s place in Palmas del Mar! The spot is amazing—super clean, with an awesome atmosphere. Thanks so much for the thoughtful snacks and for having absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. They even had a backup battery in case of power outages, which gave us real peace of mind. We truly loved it and would love to come back. Thanks again!

we did last minute booking and it was the best decision because, the place is just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the pool is at walking distance from the villa. My girls that are 12 yrs old had so much fun at the beach and the pool. there is a bowling alley really close and a movie theater 5 min. away. a lot of restaurants, I recommend Cayó Caribe, the seafood was amazing. thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Recommended for small family with a small dog.

We stayed here for 1 night before our boat charter and the apartment worked out perfectly for us. It was clean, free of clutter, and looked better than photos. Paige was friendly & very accommodating with early check in & also late check out. The pool and beach area are great also. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The gated community made us feel safe since we weren't familiar with the area. The villa is spacious and easily accommodated my husband and I, our 3 kids, my parents, and my MIL. Each bedroom had a television and it's own bathroom (which made getting ready easy). We could spread out in our bedrooms, hang out on the 4th floor rec space, one of many outside areas/patios, or on the main floor which had a tv room as well as an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The pool was less than a 5 minute walk or the beach was a 10 minute walk (they had beach toys and chairs available too). All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This place was terrific- central location near lots to do in Puerto Rico, and safe and relaxing. If you want to vacation with family the size of this home is wonderful. My son went on a fishing trip and the well stocked kitchen came in so handy for cooking his catch of the day, plus we were able to make a light breakfast on one day. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space to hang out together- nice big dining area, and relaxing living room. First world stuff for teens too (Wifi!) and listening to the coqui frogs on the back deck in the evening was so lovely. Easy few steps walk to beach and nice restaurants. 2 minute drive to a wonderful local grocery store called Amigo. Has back up power battery for the home which is helpful since power can go down in PR. Luquillo is lovely & this home was the center piece to our trip! ps- they have other nice extras (beach chairs, floats, umbrella for beach, etc) plus a pool

This was definitely a great place! He was súper responsive and helpful. The neighborhood and nearby beach access is dreamy! Mind you, we stayed during weekdays and it was always empty . Only advice would be to add to the listing anything that requires an additional payment to be available in the house (access to BBQ Grill). Price is right and the property is very nice. This is a timing issue (April 2024 stay) and out of his hands, but they are building similar properties next door so that may mess up the view temporarily and construction noises during the day. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful home! Beds were super comfortable, we had plenty of towels and everything we needed. Abby was super responsive and was able to accommodate us checking in a few hours early. Pool was nice and warm and the views were spectacular. Very safe community.

Wow! This home was so clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. Davo went out of his way to recommend restaurants based on our food preferences. It was so nice to have someone local to provide local recommendations! We can’t wait to return to P.R. and book with Davo again.
