Becky and Rich have a great place in the garden district. It's super cozy very private and super easy to find. We never had issues with ride-shares not finding the place and parking was easier than expected.

Excellent stay, will book again. Very clean and convenient.

We stayed here for a Sabres game and it was amazing. The location was great! a quick ride to restaurants and to the arena. The place is stunning! So much character. We were sad to only stay one night! We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Line's place. I loved the handwritten note that greeted us upon our arrival and the home had everything we needed and more! There was cereal and snacks in the cabinet and a supply of toiletries in both bathrooms just incase we may have forgotten to bring something. The home was comfortable, clean and convenient to downtown Seattle. Line messaged me during our stay to be sure we didn't have any concerns and was very responsive when I reached out to her when I had any questions. It is a great place to stay while in Seattle and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location near The Pearl with lots of space and cute decor. Great for a visiting family. Read the part of the description about the hotel tax; was very easy to pay through Airbnb. Pros: - Lots of space - Lots of natural light - Cute balcony - Close to The Pearl and a cute coffee shop (Olla) Cons: - We did have to ask for the code after check in time. - There is a BRIGHT light outside the smallest bedroom and no curtains

Apartment was really well designed and in a good location. Owen was really responsive and super flexible about my check in time which was greatly appreciated.

Staying in this home was so amazing. My daughter and I absolutely loved Udo, he was so kind. The house was done up so nice with a lot of thought put into it and Udo went above and beyond providing anything we needed from toiletries to any appliances or linen. The gardens in the backyard was the stand out though, it’s incredibly beautiful and it was so nice sitting on the private veranda in the morning sun literally watching hummingbirds in his water fountain. This place isn’t just somewhere to sleep it’s a little private sanctuary. And also under 5 minute walk to any good restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. We are already planning our next trip back it’s definitely now our staple for any future trips trips to America! Thank you so much Udo.

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

Good location and nice view from the top floor bedroom. Didn't get to enjoy the deck much because of the weather. One of the bathroom sliding doors couldn't be latched/locked but otherwise everything else was good.

Any time I plan to visit Oceanside, I always try to stay at this Airbnb. I’ve stayed here a few times when on vacation in SoCal and always find the place very clean and accommodating! The hosts are very nice and responsive to any needs. You can walk about 30 minutes to the peaceful town/beach and it’s right near the highway if you need to head to the major cities. 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

This is a lovely neighborhood for walking and an easy 10 minute walk to the big beach. Hosts have house nicely stocked--coffee and tea in the kitchen and lots of towels for the bath. Updated kitchen and bath.

This property is a GEM! The homes historic character makes this a very unique place to stay. The property is further accentuated by all the unique pieces of furniture and art that are situated throughout the house. Nancy has really given thoughtful consideration to each room in the pieces she has chosen. No two rooms are alike. You can spend a few hours enjoying all the unique art hanging on the walls, or choose to relax and read one of the books on local or national history. The home is very spacious so you can spread out for personal space or quiet time. The beds are very comfortable in all the bedrooms. The Kitchen is awesome, with ample seating at the counter top or table for enjoying a cocktail or having a meal. The neighborhood is very walkable. There are many great restaurants within a mile of the house. We chose to drive a few times, but also used Uber a few times for convenience. We never waited more than a few minutes for them to arrive. Definitely recommend this property.

This property was great! When you first walk in you immediately think cozy & comfortable. The location was great! Just a quick walk across the street from downtown. I really liked the safety of having a parking garage. Beds were super comfy & everything was clean and welcoming.

I had nothing short of an amazing experience at this beautiful condo with this close of access to the shore it was very comfortable and convenient. All of our amenities were amazing and made us feel at home upon arrival, can’t wait to try and make it back next year!

Nice cozy spot with a great location! Walking distance to the village and a 10 min drive to the ski lifts. I’ll definitely be back!
