Sandi was wonderful to work with and the loft was lovely! Very fun artsy and eclectic decor. We loved the exposed brick and high ceilings with skylights. The entire place was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Sandi’s instructions made the loft easy to find and self check-in went smoothly. It’s the perfect location for walking around downtown Rockford. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best equipped rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It’s well supplied for everything, except maybe a burger or taco, and you can get that with an easy walk. Moe took very good care of me, even left white and red wine. The room is spacious, quiet, has a great kitchen & eating area, comfortable bed, well supplied bathroom. Nice deck outside with a table. Clear instructions. Take care on the spiral staircase if you’re over 6’. Otherwise, this is a great stay. I would book it again.

Unique and incredible stay! We came for the eclipse and we loved the quiet location. Walking distance to old town and shops. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about Lisa and her rental...Lisa has curated her loft condo in a way, such that the space is artful, interesting, and yet, quite functional. (The actual place is more attractive than even her wonderful photos!) The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cookware and dishes you might need. The living room area is comfortable and quite nicely designed. The room with the bed was so cozy...we felt held all night, plus the bed was super-comfy. Every night, we looked forward to coming back to her place and enjoying her art and amenities. As for Lisa herself, she is a gem! The purpose of our trip was to meet our new Grandson, but we wanted to explore Detroit a bit too. Lisa provided great recommendations for various sights to see in the area, as well as good food establishments (Detroit Institute of Art, Fisher Theater, Grandma Bob's Pizza). Lisa's communication is clear, helpful, and she responded immediately to any of our questions! A Must Stay!!

Every year we come up to Downieville, we always choose Bibi and Jeff's place and will continue to do so. Host is pretty responsive and helpful! The property is perfect and situated in the right location for what Downieville has to offer! highly recommend!! will continue to return!!

had a great time at address place for a long weekend during spring break. loft is right on main street by all the shops. so much history in the town. went to pioneer woman shop, lodge and p-town pizza, all fantastic. bluestem waterfall also a highlight of the trip. addie was wonderful and communication was fast when I had questions. loft is small with no stove but did have a hot plate if needed. it was perfect for the 4 of us for a couple of days

Such a cool place! Completely unique Portland stay - we loved it. Very Walkable to everything in the Alberta Arts neighborhood. You’re right in the middle of everything, but when you’re in the space it is a quiet, peaceful retreat. Very comfortable beds.

Joe was quick to respond when we inquired about a last minute stay. The place was very cute and true to the photos. Entry was very easy.

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. This condo was PERFECT!!! The location downtown was ideal and walkable to everything we wanted to do. As for the condo interior, it was very spacious, charming with brick walls, ideal for two couples with their own large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and very quiet and private. The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We highly recommend Jason’s condo!

I am from this area and decided to spend the last 2 weeks of December here, and I’m so glad I did! Not only was the place perfectly clean, but it had every amenity I needed. It’s a fully stocked kitchen with very nice pots and pans, silverware, knives and cups. If you need it, they had it!! The host(s) were also extremely nice, friendly and easy to work with! This place is also directly in the center of Effingham, so anything you need is very close by. Since I was coming home for 2 weeks I really wanted to pick a place that met my needs, and this place truly exceeded them!! If I ever decide to stay in Effingham for that long again, this will be the one and only place I choose!

We absolutely love staying here, dropped our daughter off at Liberty University, which was only an 11 minute drive away. Loved the history of this building the exposed brick along with the 10 foot ceilings. It was just beautiful and one of the coolest places we've ever stayed. I think I was most thankful to drive out of LU and all the packed hotels and come to this wonderful retreat away from it all. One of the best part was the delicious coffee and homemade Cinnabon at Cinn City and dinner at RA Bistro was fabulous too...all just one block away....would stay again most definately'

Wow. What an amazing place! Annual guys "ski trip" that we've been doing for 20+ years. This place was so great we actually didn't make it out skiing. Great place for a group to hang out. Plenty to do in the place (pool table, dart board, poker table, etc.). PLENTY of room to not feel cramped (more square footage than my 2-story home). Also, great location - we were able to park our vehicles when we arrived, and not touch them again until we left. We walked everywhere - plenty of restaurants, bars, short walk to the lake and Canal Park, etc. Very unique place. Host was very responsive and flexible. Can't wait to rent this place again!

A charming bnb in the heart of downtown. Walk or drive to your outing after a cozy nights rest. The bnb is decorated with guests in mind, I felt at home. Thank you for excellent communication!! I will be back.

The accommodations were magnificent! I felt right at home. The space was very clean and inviting. The location is spectacular. It is a walkable distance to all downtown attractions. I would definitely stay there again. I’m already planning my next stay!

So let me start by saying that Wendi was an awesome host. The place was clean, very private, very large, in a private and safe community and close to everything. The check in was seamless and her communication was great. Any Dunkin' lovers will be happy to know that it is literally around the corner and within walking distance. If you happen to run into Sadie, she is the sweetest thing. I couldn't have been more happier with my stay. Thank you Wendi for everything and be well.

Lisa is a great host, her hospitality and quality of person is not found always. The room has a good design, is quiet, has beautiful scenery outdoor, is clean and enough to stay, prepare food, and rest. Great place, recommended.

This loft was perfect for my month long contract in Rockford. The unit was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Communication was clear and prompt. I'd absolutely stay here again if I found myself in the area.

Jamie was a great host and was very quick with communication. She gave us some great local suggestions. The location was excellent and we got along well without a car. Would recommend!

I just completed a seven month stay in Dan's loft apartment. It was a great experience. The photos and descriptions were accurate. Dan was easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to any issues. He was unfailingly helpful. The apartment is on the third floor with a steep flight of stairs at the top, so anyone with physical challenges or cardio challenges should take that into consideration. I'm 69 and in fair shape, so I had no problems with the stairs. Overall, it was an excellent time and I would recommend it for a stay in Cynthiana.
