This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

Great location, beautiful surrounding. Cute, cozy place. Our two little girls absolutely enjoyed the toys and trampoline. Katy was communicative and nice.

Matt was a communicative host and we had a great stay at their place. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and conveniently located near VT. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

Perfect location to spend time with dear friend who was celebrating a milestone birthday. We were able to visit many Albuquerque museums, Old Town and hike some beautiful areas.

Cute little spot to stay for the night! Comfy beds and well-thought out setup. Snacks / light breakfast were included and a wonderful surprise! The hosts were friendly and really helpful when messaged. Only minor downsides: limited kitchen abilities, and a neighbor’s dog barking at a few points during our stay— nothing that kept me from sleeping, but might be tricky with a baby or really light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in the Montrose area!

Pam was a wonderful host, phenomenal communicator and genuinely friendly. Her home was exactly as described, pristinely clean, quiet and very comfortable. Her breakfast amenities are quite thoughtful. We will stay again.

Wendy’s place is awesome! Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking and a very short walk to downtown and CU campus. Wendy is a lovely host and has thought of all the details you could want as a guest. The bed was extremely comfortable too! It was a great launchpad for visiting Boulder. We also must note Wendy’s kindness and understanding when we accidentally took one of her keys home! She was very nice and allowed us to mail the key back. We highly recommend Wendy’s place!

Byron was very responsive, and reached out during our stay. The space was spotless, private, and secured. We both slept exceptionally well on the "Casper" mattress. Water was hot for the shower and washing up. Very convenient to Sacramento and all highways, with off-street parking. I spoke to a neighbor who was quite friendly. The studio space and neighborhood were very quiet in the evening, with a little more bustle (as expected) on the weekend. We had a 12 day stay and would return again on future visits to family in the area.

My wife and I chose this place to celebrate our 1000th day of marriage. Although the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay and we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool, we were still so impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the property that made us feel truly welcomed. Despite the strong winds, Paul kindly opened the pool just for us, and the jacuzzi was absolutely fantastic. At night, soaking in the warm water while gazing up at the stars was such a romantic experience—something you simply can’t enjoy in the middle of LA. This place would also be perfect for families. There were lots of board games throughout the house, and we were especially impressed by the TV. Be sure to enjoy all kinds of music videos and movies on it—it felt like the characters were right in front of us! I think it was a Samsung TV, and even though our TV at home is fairly new, it made us want to upgrade. angle between the bed and TV was just perfect—we were able to cuddle up, watch a movie, and enjoy the night.

Didn’t meet the host until about 20 minutes before we left, but Rob was very friendly. The place is beautiful, private, and I really liked the ceiling design, fireplace/heater, and the coffee in the morning. There were a nice amount of lights and lamps that we could turn on if the overhead was too much, great for settling down for the evening. The little shells and decorations around the place as well as the colors of the furniture and the bedding really made the place feel comfortable. We appreciated the recommendations for nearby spots by the host. I really recommend staying here. Morro bay, San Luis Obispo, and Pismo Beach were all within a 30 minute drive. Would love to stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Marty has a great place to stay. It was around 15 min to Globe Life Field and the route takes you right in front of the stadium on the parking side. Bathroom was clean and the bed was nice. It was perfect for the one night stay. Thank you!

Fui con mi esposa desde Colombia a un evento de grant cardone 10X en el MGM, y mi estadia fue Excelente espectacular, Maryoris respondio rápido a cada una de las preguntas me ayudo demasiado, ubicacion perfecta, sector lindo cerca al aeropuerto, y al strip menos de 10 min en carro, un súpermercardo a 5 min caminando, en la misma plazoleta del súper, también un restaurante buenísimo justo al lado. El apartamento mejor que en fotos muy lindo cómodo fácil acceso muy privado, realmente espectacular. Tiene todo lo necesario para unos buenos días en las Vegas, El lift (uber) me cobro 10 us hasta el aeropuerto y igual al strip. Lo súper Recomiendo y me vuelvo a quedar las veces necesarias. Ubicación, lindo, privado, cómodo todoooo por un buen precio.

Excelente lugar, limpio cómodo y tranquilo, viviría en el lugar el resto de mi vida, jejeje

Cute & cozy studio with a very nice bathroom. My partner & I stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday, so the place was perfect for what we needed. Matt was very responsive & did allow for us to check in earlier than the standard check in time. He also gave detailed instructions (including visuals) - despite that the place is a bit difficult to find at night (but peaceful neighborhood). Look forward to future trips to NC!

Petronella and Jorja were so responsive to our needs we stayed for a whole month so it seemed like we kept asking for things, but they always willingly took care of us. It’s a small space for people to stay for a whole month, but we made it work with their help and had a really good time in Yuma.

We loved our stay in this sweet studio in Ballard. The neighborhood is beautiful and easily walkable with nearby public transportation PLUS street parking for our car! The interior was comfortable and incredibly well equipped with a comfortable bed, nice linens, and other welcoming amenities. We have NO complaints, but my 6'5" husband suggests we warn people that some of the beams were low enough to bump his head on if he wasn't careful. We had a lot planned for our 5 day trip to the area and were left wishing we'd had more time just to lounge at this Airbnb and explore the neighborhood. Next time! We'll definitely look to book this first next time we're in the area. Thanks, Andrew, for a great stay!

We have stayed a couple of times now with Don and his wonderful wife. They are such good people! This area is nice and peaceful, and we have always felt safe. Everything is exactly as described and there are no surprises. Great place to stay, and hopefully it will be available the next time we get to visit our grandson!

Best place in Clovis!

The Airbnb was clean and had a nice aesthetic to it. The bathtub was large, the kitchen had everything you needed. The place is connected to a house so we weren’t able to be as loud as we wanted, although it is separated by a wall and we have a private entrance. Hot-tub closed early and opened 30 minutes before checkout so we were not able to use it although you are able to ask for accommodations.

I stay there frequently for work. I gave the 3 stars on location not as a bad thing. Location is something different for everyone, to that point it is right downtown close to great restaurants and a very nice park. It has direct access to the river and walking trails.

We had a great stay. The area is very quiet.
