Great place to stay for SXSW. Walking distance to a few spots and a short uber to downtown. David was a great host. Offered us early check in and check out which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

Great home and served its purpose for our needs . Flexible check in and very responsive . The home is taken care of and is nice , but , it does look a little nicer in pictures . Overall great experience .

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs in Austin for family trips and this one is the best ever! Zilker neighborhood is beautiful, safe and close to everything. The backyard pool and hot tub were divine- we even had an impromptu family ping pong tournament! everyone slept great on the comfortable beds. Can’t say enough good things! Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

This condo was beautiful!! So peaceful and the area was beautiful! Gorgeous pool, walking trails and so much more. Very private

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Great place to stay in an area that is not as popular as it will be. The area is walkable for restaurants and bars. At the same time, there are also a wide array of options for exercise and outdoor fun. And Himesh provides all the information you’ll need and more. Super friendly communication and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. We’ll be back!

We really Enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. A few mins from downtown, options for food, nothing was more than 15 mins away tops. Place was clean, kitchen was great and perfect for what we were looking for to be comfortable in Austin for a few days

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

Shanna’s large covered patio, deep pool, and perfectly equipped house was so relaxing! Also relaxing was listening to the frogs and other creek animals at night (from the safety of our porch, haha) and watching the birds and squirrels during the day!

Angelita's place is a hidden jem. She was communicative from our first message and provided recommendations for what to do/see in the area. She was an amazing host. The house was pristine, very comfortable and as pictured. Thank you Angelita!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home and the host. The home was straight out of an architectural digest magazine and the views were breathtaking. Kimberly was so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful lake house! Kathryn is a wonderful host, I wish all hosts were as friendly, responsive, and helpful as she is. The house was very welcoming, and the pool and views are great. Hoping to come back in the future!

Phillip was a superb host. He was prompt and communicative. He made us feel right at home with the welcome snacks, sunscreen, and supplies. He even graciously accommodated both an early check in and a late checkout! The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space in and outside of the house for our group of 12. Phillip’s place is in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed lounging by the refreshing pool listening to the chirping birds. It was also a short distance from many Austin activities - bbq, tacos, coffee, shopping, Rainey Street bars and more. We would highly recommend this house and this host for any group looking for a place to stay. Thank you again, Phillip!
