Séjour très agréable dans un logement très bien placé (juste à côté de Hongdae). Hôte très agréable, réactif et donnant pleins d'informations sur le système de recyclage du pays (par exemple). Je recommande !

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming — from the moment we arrived, we felt cared for. The house is spacious, cozy, and full of charming details that made our stay extra special. We especially loved the terrace and the record player — such lovely touches that made the atmosphere warm and relaxing. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We’ll always remember this experience and would love to come back again someday!

완벽한 숙소라 칭하기보다 이만하면 충분한 숙소라 생각됩니다. 숙소 청결도 나쁘지 않고 충분히 큰 평수에 화장실 세 곳은 8명의 친구들과 놀고 즐기기 충분했습니다. 다만 꼭대기층과 복층구조인데 평수대비 성능이 조금 약한 에어컨을 설치해두셔서 더운 여름 낮시간이나 요리하여 화기를 사용할 때는 30도 정도로 방 온도가 시원하게 유지되지는 못하고 2층 같은 경우는 36-38도 정도로 꽤 더워 사용하기 어렵습니다만, 요리보다 배달을 택하시거나 다른 시원한 계절이라면 이 마저도 흠이 되지는 않으리라 생각됩니다. 주변 환경도 조용했고 꼭대기층 2호가 서로 마주보는 구조라 소란스러워도 옆 집으로 소음이 잘 전달되지 않아 친구들과 편하게 놀고 쉴 수 있던 것이 장점입니다. 충분히 만족하며 잘 놀다 갑니다^^

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

Namin et Jake sont d'excellents hôtes, gentils et accueillants. La communication est facile, tout est très bien organisé et les instructions sont très claires. Le guide de séjour est très pratique. Le logement est impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire et des petites attentions (eau, savon, encas, café...). Et le rooftop est un vrai plus ! Le logement est un peu excentré des zones touristiques mais facilement accessible grâce au métro tout près. Le quartier est calme et il y a des petites rues à proximité avec d'excellents restaurants. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

We all had a wonderful time at Namsan-Artminstay. It is a great location and in walking distance for shopping and delicious food as well as Buchanan Hanok Villa. The welcome coffee cakes and discount at the cafe was a very nice touch. We would definitely come again.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

Loved the location and the house itself. So extremely close to Chungmuro station and there were plenty of convenience shops around for midnight shopping if required. Host was extremely gracious and kind. We had an issue with a choked toilet and he immediately fixed it for us. The house is next to a cafe and the coffee was heavenly. The heater in the mattress made us sleep like babies till the morning. There’s a flight of stairs to go up to the 2nd level, won’t recommend it for elderly and those with leg problems. I would definitely book this place again if i ever visit Korea in the near future.

2박3일동안 편안하게 아이들과 즐거운 시간 보낼수 있었습니다

The apartment was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the neighborhood, it felt authentically local, with great restaurants and a lively vibe, but never overwhelming. Both the metro and bus stations were just a short walk away, and we really enjoyed being so close to the energetic Hongdae area. The outdoor space was a huge bonus. We visited in the spring and were lucky to have sunny days, so we made the most of the hammock and outdoor table, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. When we checked out, we had the chance to meet Sam in person. He was so kind and even helped us carry our luggage down the stairs. It really added a personal touch to an already wonderful stay. Seoul was unforgettable, in large part thanks to this lovely apartment. We’d absolutely love to come back!

It was quite a good and cleanly accommodation. Chuck was super friendly and proactive in regard to the communication. The apartment can fully be recommended.

Excellent house in the Hongdae area of Seoul. The area is vibrant and full of life and activity; yet, Riley and JK's house is located in a quiet, peaceful area. The house is within 13-15 minute walking distance to the Hongdae University Station (subway) exit 1. There is no shortage of restaurants and shopping nearby. Riley and JK have a beautiful house and we could not have asked for better hosts. Our plans changed slightly less than a week before our arrival, and they were very understanding and accommodating to our needs. The house is clean and has everything one needs. They left very detailed instructions on how to dispose of the trash (trash disposal is different and detailed in Southern Korea). Anytime I had a question, Riley and JK were quick to respond. Our family had an excellent time in Seoul and having a great house with a great location played a big role in that. You can't miss by choosing this house for your stay in Seoul.

숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 아름다웠어요! 소품도 넘 이뻤고 장소도 넓고 쾌적해 식구들이 모두 만족했습니다!

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
