We had three couples stay for two nights at Kathy’s place and had a wonderful time. The house had so many positives: it was very clean, private, had a cozy living room to relax in, a covered back porch with very comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen and the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their private space. Perfect for our group!

House was perfect, it was cute, rooms are nice and big, both living rooms are huges. Michael is a great hot and super pro active whenever you have a question. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

One of the highlights was definitely the private hot tub – perfect for soaking in the evenings under the stars. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils. There was also a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and even a washing machine which came in really handy. The outdoor area was lovely, with a sitting space and a small BBQ setup. Ballard Cabin was the perfect getaway! It has a warm, rustic hunting cabin vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space is incredibly cozy, with a super comfy couch and a great collection of books to browse through. The kitchen was amazing—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The location was also perfect: just minutes from town and a short drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park, where we spent the weekend skating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! Thanks, Luca!

What an amazing place for hosting lots of family and friends! The hosts were so gracious and kind and extremely easy to communicate with. I am so grateful to have found such a beautiful location for hosting my partners 40th Birthday. Lots of space and clean with stunning views of the city. We rented Lyle’s place for 2 months while working on a contract in the Huntsville area. Was a great long term place to stay. Had everything we needed plus lots more. Lyle was always extremely responsive with messages and seemed happy to accommodate our stay.

Jeff’s place was great! Bright, clean, lots of room. We loved the table and booth-style seating for playing board games. Couch was comfy and there were lots of blankets available to make it cozy. Bed was also very comfortable and plenty of good pillows. Loads of clean towels provided. We did use the hot tub which was nice and hot – a great feature after a long day. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay; everything was easy to find. For those considering booking, be aware you do have to use the door shared with the (very nice) downstairs tenant and then walk around the corner of the house to get to the hot tub – not a big deal!! just something to consider when planning; I’d bring a coverup, some beach towels, and make sure you have sandals for your feet. The hot tub itself is HUGE and very hot; it was awesome and worth the trek! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Jeff as a host and the place as a location; we’d love to stay

the space was gorgeous! the views out of all the windows were awesome. the hot tub/deck/dock space were also to die for! Randy gave us a tour of the space including our private deck with bbq and the shared outdoor spaces. Having a host actually meet and greet is something that is rarer and rarer on air bnb lately and my wife and I liked the experience. Will be back again!

Great place, awesome neighborhood, and quiet area. Nice environment to relax and enjoy yourself. Bed was a little stiff but other than that it was a great stay.

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay for my boyfriend and I! The complimentary toiletries, wine, freshly baked bread, cookies, etc… we really appreciated the thought and effort into making us feel welcomed. The hot tub was AMAZING and the instructions were clear to use (we were first timers). The fireplaces made us feel so relaxed and cozy during this unfortunately cold April. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again :) Thank you for having us!!

Quinn’s place is exactly as seen in the photos. Beautiful views of Lake Nipissing, and a great dock to enjoy the fall sunsets. Quinn’s attention to many little details (too numerous to mention) was very appreciated and I would definitely recommend this place for anybody wanting a place to stay with a great view. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making the whole process seamless. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was the stunning view of the lake — it was so peaceful and beautiful. Additionally, the location was perfect, with a great proximity to downtown, so I was able to easily explore the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway with amazing views!

Jeff’s place is fantastic. Have stayed here in past for snowmobile trip with wife and it was even better this time. Fantastic upgrades were made and I would recommend staying there for any couple. We will be back for sure!

Andrew was such an amazing host! When we arrived at his cozy comfortable cabin, we were welcomed with a fire in the wood stove! It was a little chilly so having a fire started for us demonstrated Andrew’s kindness & thoughtfulness. There was firewood ready too, when we needed it. His cabin was exactly how we pictured it from the photos and description. Being there away from everyone and noise was heaven. The cabin has everything you would require! I was impressed with the fridge, stove and kettle- We are used to a bare cabin, so Andrew’s cabin is luxury. The outhouse was very clean! The beautiful creek had copious cold and clear water running and I loved boiling the water… that was a great experience. Andrew was also so kind in having some water ready for us so that we didn’t have to haul! Thank you Andrew!! He provided us lots of information about the history of his land and the cabin. We all loved walking on his property especially our doggies! We felt rejuvenated! We will be back!

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay, the cottage was cozy, clean, and surrounded by nature. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and Simba had the best time playing with Della! It was the perfect escape to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some quiet time. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay, the cabin is very nice, looks exactly like the photos and the property was very private and beautiful. We enjoyed a snowy walk on their trails and drove about 20 minutes into Huntsville one day which was very nice. Emma was very responsive and accommodated our schedule which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend and we will return in the future.

We had an amazing time at the cottage!! In the living room, there is a wall of windows, giving you the feeling you are in the trees surrounding the property. A fireplace warmer up the room quickly. The bedrooms are cozy. In one of them, you can see the trees from the bed. That bed is absolutely amazing! Not too firm, not too soft. It feels like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ Everything was clean and the decoration was perfect. Modern but keeping the countryside kind of vibe. All the supply, like soap, conditioner, etc was of high quality. There are tons of board games in the huge coffee table, for all ages. Watching the stars at night, disconnecting from our phones and enjoying some peaceful and quiet time was all we needed. Michelle always answered us promptly. She is a great host, and checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Michelle! We will come back!

We had a great time at the cabin. Beautiful location right on the lake, tranquil. The cabin itself is very cozy and had everything we could need. Felt right at home. Will definitely visit again.
