Cara was a great host, easy and quick to respond with any questions! We had a group of ten girls for a bachelorette and had plenty of space. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable, lots of pillows for comfortable sleeping. I did sleep in the room with the full beds and was a bit disappointed there were no shades and the curtain was clear therefore letting a lot of light in and being up early with the sun. I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The outdoor space was very spacious, great couch/table to hang out in the shade, or lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. My only issue would be that the pool was very dirty when we arrived Thursday. I did message the host to let them know, the pool cleaner did not show up until 5pm Friday, at this time we were finished with the pool. Even after he “cleaned” it it was still quite dirty with the same sand and leaves at the bottom. it was overall a great stay I would highly recommend! Also great spot if you have kids, lots of games!

The house was amazing. The beds were great!! Not cheap mattresses. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed. We were there for a beach weekend with our children and grandchildren It was a fantastic weekend.

This home is awesome, roomy, clean, the fenced in yard was awesome for the dogs! My favorite spot in the whole place was the back porch!! Cara is the best host I've ever had, she was great for restaurant advice, my neck was pretty messed up when we got there, asked her for a suggestion on a massage therapist, she hooked me up!! Very knowledgeable of the area! Thank you Cara, we had a blast.

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!

Carlo’s place was perfect for our stay with our dog. Nice fenced in yard. I was able to easily work from home during our stay. Internet was fast. Home was spacious and the bed was comfy.

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

This was the perfect location for our family reunion in Tampa! The backyard was an added bonus as we bought the family dog. We loved sitting out there at night looking at the stars in downtown Tampa! Everyone was comfortable here. Thank you, DAVID!

A beautiful, spacious home and a great host!

This was our first time using airbnb. House was just as described. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location of the home was close to everything from beaches to resturants and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet . We would def stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here , the location was quiet with great neighbors, close to the beaches and many things to do. The pool was perfect, love the heating option. Honestly definitely recommend booking if you like the city vibe, but also coming home to a relaxing quiet evening.

When our group of girlfriends looked for an Airbnb so we could visit a friend, this place was our first choice and it definitely did not disappoint! From Day 1, Sadie was great to work with, including providing 'tips & tricks' for our stay. Then when we arrived, we found the place in pristine condition! It a well kept home with a beautifully maintained pool & yard. The pool/beach supplies were amazing and thoughtful - right down to a cooler for the beach! And, although we were a group of girlfriends, I loved seeing how much they had to offer families too. If you have the chance, definitely visit this serene abode! You won't be disappointed!

This home is wonderful! We have stayed in this area several times for Spring Break in previous years and this home is on the top of our list of favorite airbnbs! The backyard is wonderful, our family really enjoyed it including our two pups! The home itself makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in and is in a great location. The neighborhood is perfect for evening walks and feels super safe with friendly neighbors! It’s located near several of the beaches/touristy areas… you could spend weeks here and never run out of things to do that aren’t far from the house! We went shelling at Pass a Grille which is great for shells! Also tried out Honeymoon Island and did a few beach days at Sand Key. We also visited Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. All are great places to spend the day and not far from the house. The best part is your can adventure for a few hours and then come home and enjoy the wondeful pool/backyard! My family felt right at home and the listed property was exactly how described. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub made all the difference to the kids. We also appreciated the Lanai. Jakub was a wonderful host who responded very quickly to the few questions I had and we would definitely rebook when traveling back to the area!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Great location to walk to the beach! Appreciated the available beach necessities: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc. Updated & very clean. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Generally quiet location. Would stay here again!!

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

Pamela was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very cozy! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the inside of it but the weather was really nice outside and we had only a couple days to enjoy the weather. I would definitely book this again if it is available the next time I am in the area!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The home is very well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches— that office chair is so comfortable!— and it’s rare to find an AirB&B with a kitchen that has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal at home. We had a busy time during this trip, and we confirm that this is a great spot to hunker down if you need to get work done. Overall our biggest complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! Beautiful and quiet haven in Safety Harbor Florida. John and Ellen were gracious hosts. They provided a welcoming space with beverages and snacks. John was very responsive with queries. House is in a safe, walkable neighborhood just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shops. Great place to relax after watching Spring Training games at Clearwater and Tampa. Go Phillies! Thank you, John and Ellen, for making our family vacation so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful extended stay at Dees place. She was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Unit was well equipped and maintained.
