This house was perfect for a girls getaway with great location, amazing backyard and responsive hosts. We had several people arriving from the airport at different times and we were able to drop luggage off before checking in. The hosts were accommodating, understanding and effectively communicative. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful condo home. Matt was an awesome host and the location was awesome! My family of 5 had everything they needed and spent hours at the beach & in the pool. You can’t beat the view from the balcony, sunsets were perfection. If you are wondering if you should book this condo the answer is YES. We will be back.

This place is a gem! Couldn’t ask for a better location in Clearwater. Very quiet. Limited number of units, so not a lot of guests. Free parking. Heated pool is steps away from the door. Beach, restaurants and shops only about 2.5 blocks away. Beach gear available to borrow, such as chairs and wagons. Everything within walking distance. Exactly as described in listing. Truly perfect for what we wanted. Would definitely stay again if ever return to area.

This was actually better than the pictures The home was absolutely adorable, very clean & inviting. The location was close to everything. The beach was 5min away. Restaurants were very good. Lisa was very considerate about any concerns you may have. My family enjoyed everything about this rental. The outside area was also very nice fenced in backyard. I would definitely recommend renting this wonderful home. I will be back.

Very cute units! The king bed was comfortable! Close to a local brewery that has live music and trivia. Wouldn’t recommend 2 full grown adults on the sleeper sofa unless they really like cuddling, there’s a little bit of street noise that comes through the window but there’s really no traffic late at night (and I’m a light sleeper). AC & ceiling fans, all new appliances. Responsive & friendly hosts!

We were very pleased with our stay in Indian Rocks! Mark’s place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location - close to a park for the kids, just a couple of blocks to the beach, with an adorable coffee shop and a nice nature reserve just down the street. 3 beach chairs available, and access to the washer and dryer were also great perks. Definitely will be back!

Morgan is a friendly and welcoming host. The space was so cozy and clean and even better than the photos. Direct beach access, a working, clean grill, a furnished porch, watching the sunset on the beach every night... honestly, what more could you even ask for. We hope to stay here again, I would give 10 stars if I could.

We had a great stay in this apartment, which had everything we needed in order to make our holiday comfortable and satisfactory. Amenities and planning corresponds well to the description and photos. The location is a great starting point to discover the neighborhoods as well as surrounding cities and sights. The grocery store as well as some restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment. Anastasios and Gary are very responsive and informative both prior- as well as under our stay, which was much appreciated. I can only give my best recommendations for this place. We hope to come back again one day soon.
