Peaceful, clean and comfortable space. Well stocked for cooking and plenty of room for our family of 4. The hot tub was clean and private. Only 10 minutes to little Nashville, if you want to do some shopping or eat out, but we could have just stayed in place and would have been happy with just being there. Our teenagers enjoyed walking along the creek during the day and playing board games at night. We enjoyed our time there and would return.

We’d had a last-minute cancellation at another Airbnb in Kentucky due to flooding in that area. We immediately looked for a new place that we could escape to for some nature & unplugged time, and stumbled upon Garrett & Ewan’s listing—luckily a short drive for us. It is a gem of a find! Cozy home in a private setting with trails and on the water—hot tub was a bonus! We loved sitting around the fire pit, too. The loft was perfect for our teenagers. The rockers on the porch were our go-to in the morning for coffee. We commented several times on how it would be even better to stay in the summer—lots to do outdoors for all. The beds were a bit firm but that is just a personal preference. The house was clean & comfortable—definitely made for a great escape from the busyness of life. Garrett & Ewa were incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We were grateful they accepted a last minute booking! It was just the type of R&R our family needed.☺️

Angela's place was awesome. If you are visiting this area, it would be tough to find a better place to stay. Angela, was on top of check in/out guidance and made sure we were all set for stay. Great host and a great home.

We booked this cabin last minute and are so happy we did! It’s not far from downtown which is where everything is that we wanted to do. Hard Truth, among other wineries and distilleries, is why we decided to venture to Brown County yet again. The host is fast to reply and very transparent about the ins and outs. The property is stunning, the cabin has a lot of character, was super clean and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed looking and reading about all the history in the living room area. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were fun to pick which we wanted to occupy! We’ll definitely be back and plan to stay more than one night next time. Before we left, we did walk over to say hi to the horses. The hot tub was an added bonus, too. We plan to save this listing and share it with our friends. Definitely worth it being only a few hours from our home!

This was a weekend getaway for our family to escape from the city and connect with nature. The house was PERFECT for this, as we were able to explore the grounds, use the pristine, clean hot tub, and go on adventures such as zip lining and horseback riding. Upon arrival, the host was prompt to answer our questions, and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. We even used some of the board games they had in the closet. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend! Beautifully restored, historic home.

Three of my brothers and myself stayed at the cabin from Nov 7 - 10, we were in town to attend the Indiana vs Michigan football game. the cabin was as advertised and was a perfect match for us, we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, the cabin is a couple miles off the beaten path, it was very quiet, secluded, the cabin was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our hosts Peter and Suzanne, answered our questions promptly and provided lots of information. would recommend the cabin

We had a wonderful time at pine ridge. The cabin was super clean and well stocked so we didn’t have to run to grocery store while on vacation. Melissa was very quick to respond to any messages and even informed us of a tornado warning in the area. We can’t wait to come back! The little town of Nashville was so much fun!

This may have been the most beautiful wooded, quiet, and beautiful cabin we've had the opportunity to stay in. It's very clear how much this home has been loved, with how well it's been taken care of. Pet friendly was the most important to me, being the mother of two fuzzy furbabies. We celebrated Mavis's 10th birthday here, and the host had everything needed to bake her a strawberry cake. Everything was set up perfectly for the humans and the furbabies alike. This is our third stay at Scout Cabin on Pleasant Farm. There is plenty to do (nature center, fun local restaurants, National Historic Register spots, covered bridges and especially the tranquility of the front porch and lookout observation tower nearby). Didn’t make it to the maze or viaduct near Bloomfield - next trip! Thank you for a lovely, serene stay!

I loved Jenny's place. We didn't have a lot of communication because we didn't need it. She explained everything I needed to know in a few emails. The place was easy to get into and the checkout requirements were terrific and easy. The rugged beauty of the place took me by surprise. In a good way. My dog thought she was in heaven. Lots of space inside and out. We will go back again, I'm sure.

Spent a IU football weekend here while visiting our daughter on campus. Quaint cabin in the woods that met all our needs. Chris’s instructions were very thorough. Only about 14 minutes from campus too. Great hiking in Hoosier national forest that was minutes away. Would be a wonderful place to stay also if you were doing a lake weekend over the summer.

What a weekend we had! First, this has been one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Perfect size for the two of us. Starr was super informative and provided very detailed, easy to follow information. Now, the things beyond her control: we had a strong thunderstorm move through which knocked out the power for just a little while. Since we were staying in winter, the heat was off for a bit. Once Starr was made aware she offered alternate heating solutions, although it sorted out due to power coming back on! But she was very concerned for us - which was nice. Then, it snowed & I thought we may get snowed in. But the roads were plowed timely. I took a walk down Tower Ridge Rd (been there many times), and it was beautiful with the snow. The cabin is lovely and comfy. No matter the season, you would find a great place to stay! Looking forward to returning! Easy close to town! The drive is beautiful getting there too! Thank you Starr for everything!

Really nice housefor family and friends! Super cozy, with super comfy furniture. Everything you need and more! Big kitchen, lots of things to do, games, movies (dvds)… The owner responses were always fast and friendly. A place to revisit

Terra’s place was perfect for our short weekend stay for a family wedding in Bloomington. Though just off the main road, the location felt so private. The home is quite spacious and was very clean. We appreciated the little touches- fresh flowers on the dining table, tea and coffee stocked, and board games to play. We celebrated a birthday while visiting and Terra gave some good recommendations for local dining. If I’m ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.

We loved staying at the cabin at Bloomington cohousing. Such a peaceful setting and the cabin was perfect for our needs. Thank you, Megan and the neighbors who made us feel so welcome.

I loved every bit of this stay. By far the most welcoming and made you feel like you made friendships and was visiting friends. Loved the place and enjoyed the company . The host went above and beyond. This is a stay I would suggest anyone to pick.

It was a great experience! The place itself was cozy and had everything we needed. It was fairly secluded and a quiet area.

The cabin was cozy and nestled deep in the woods. It looks just like the pictures. It was only about 12-minutes from town where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The cabin was clean and furnished just right. It was delightful and we would certainly recommend it to our fellow travelers.

Kim and I have been coming to this cabin for years. It is our favorite AIRBNB, hands down. It is just remote enough that you feel like your deep in the woods but just 20 minutes to Bloomington. The cabin is rustic but complete with modern comforts. We generally live on the porch during our stay. Barb and Brian are just the best hosts. This will always be my favorite place to vacation in southern Indiana.

A lovely, homey cabin on a beautiful property! While we didn't get to fully enjoy the pond because of the chilly weather, we appreciated the view. The entire property was clean and well taken care of. We felt very safe, which was important for three ladies traveling alone. Mike was easy to reach out to for help when we had a mishap with the fireplace. A very welcoming host who goes above and beyond with Midwestern hospitality. You will not be disappointed!

They were sweet from the time we started communicating until the end. We were traveling so she gave us the opportunity to check in an hour earlier for free. Kids loved all the activities in close proximity. State park with beach and restaurant few miles away. Close to local town with stores. We enjoyed our stay we will be back!
