We had to spend a couple extra days in Panama City after our puppy had to spend a few unexpected days at the emergency vet (who are AMAZING btw). This was incredibly stressful and anxious time, but Surfing Dog was the perfect cozy place for us and our other dog to recoup, reset, and ultimately relax after we got her back. the place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in this very tense time. Irina was very responsive, and proactive making sure we had everything we needed at check in / out and throughout our stay. DEFINITLY would stay here again :)

We had a fantastic time! The property was a beautiful spot right on the beach, perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean and comfortable, and Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Stay was great! The unit itself was great. You really can’t beat an oceanfront view! The upgrades in the unit were nice and it was perfect being on the 5th floor, same as the skyway to parking so that you didn’t have to potentially use 2 sets of elevators. I’ve enjoyed Grand Panama itself each time I’ve stayed. Guest are respectful and it’s generally pretty quiet. There were lots of dogs during the time we were there but it wasn’t an issue. Jeremy was also great and super responsive to everything. We’d definitely stay again!

The house was super close to the beach in a quiet location. The view from the deck was amazing.

Wow! Lynn's place was amazing. Great location at the quiet end of PCB. The house was perfect for all of our needs and wants. My husband is unable to climb stairs so Lynn's one floor home was just what we needed. Very roomy inside with great fenced in backyard for our pet. We loved it and will definitely stay there again when we next vacation in Florida.

O apartamento da Mary Ann é um achado em Panama Beach City! Muito bem localizado, com uma linda praia logo a frente (pudemos ate ver os golfinhos nadando pelas manhã). Totalmente completo, com cama king size de excelente qualidade. Muito organizado e limpo. E o melhor de tudo, a Mary Ann ama animais e o apt é pet friendly! Gostamos muito e com certeza voltarenos!!! Recomendo MUITO!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and inviting with beautiful views of the bay. There were lots of personal and thoughtful touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the library of books, the history of the home and town, and the private beach area. Lots of wildlife in the bay and in the backyard. We even saw a dolphin playing in the water one evening. This was the perfect getaway for our family to relax and recharge.

Valbona’s place was the perfect PCB getaway! The location is fantastic. The beach is right out the back door, and it’s only a short walk to Alibi’s, which has surprisingly delicious food. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. The building was undergoing some construction while we were there, but that doesn’t affect my rating because the crews started and stopped work at reasonable hours. We’d love to stay again once the building gets its facelift!

There are a few things that could be improved to help with understanding the management of the property so you understand who you are and should be communicating with prior to stay and once you arrive. Very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, excellent experience and an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home. It was perfect for our needs. Beach access was so convenient. You should not think twice about staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Kurt was an absolute lifesaver! After a terrible experience with another condo, we booked Kurt's place last minute and he was incredibly accommodating. We were a family of five and the three-bedroom condo was perfect for us. The views were stunning and the condo was spotless. We highly recommend staying here! Kurt is a fantastic host! Thank you, Kurt, for making our vacation enjoyable!

Johns place was just as described! He was very personal with his responses to multiple detailed questions I threw his way! He responded so quickly (less than 15 mins) to my communication which made decision to book his home a no brainer! Beach access was just as described and amazing to have a private pool in Florida to yourselves! He provided all the beach gear and pool accessories to make pool and beach visit a breeze! Thank you again John for your hospitality!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and would return. While it is located between some high-rise complexes the beach was not overly crowded and was easily walkable from our deck to the beach. There is a Walmart about 20 minutes away but there was also a local grocery store right up the road that had anything we needed to supplement the trip we made at the start of the week. Well stocked plates/cups/silverware in kitchen - standard fridge and wine/drink chiller fridge as well was a nice addition. Stephen was very friendly and easy to deal with, and didn't really have to interact with him much that week because we had everything we needed when we arrived and no major issues during our stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

The best way i can describe this place is comfy and cozy! We felt like we were at home. We had a blast! It’s quiet and peaceful. We came to Panama City to visit friends we haven’t seen in over 20 years. This was the perfect place for us to meet up. Darin’s home is clean and equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The views are beautiful. The sun room is a perfect spot for coffee and sunrises! Darin is a fabulous host! He’s very quick to respond. We would definitely return!!!

Had a wonderful stay for the third time. The access to the beach and back deck is wonderful for watching the beautiful sunsets. The location is easy to find and close to many resturants, shopping, parks and sports complex.

1000 outta 10 would recommend!!! Megan and Jeff were exceptional hosts! Megan was super responsive and helpful from answering questions before and during my stay. The house is gorgeous with an absolutely amazing pool (which can be heated) fenced yard and has plenty of privacy! the pool has ambient lighting for those evening swims. The house is spacious and would suit a family or large group, but don't get it twisted this is the perfect location for a solo trip as well. The decor gives fun beach vibes, the beds and linens are super comfortable. the custom bunk bed are perfect for a girls trip. full kitchen, washer and dryer, huge TVs throughout. The hosts left no stone unturned they provide pretty much everything you need for a day at the beach (it's literally across the street). The house has plenty of parking and the back is the perfect place to dine day or night. it's conveniently located and only a few minutes from pier park with plenty of shopping, entertainment and food
