Our stay at the Seaside Retreat was a 5++ star experience! We were already looking at calendars for when we could return before we left! Tracie has thought of everything! I work in the hospitality industry and travel quite a bit - this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever rented! The kitchen and dining area are huge and the kitchen is well supplied. The backyard includes a screened porch (w/tv) attached to a covered porch - both with tons of seating. All of that overlooks a perfectly sized pool (we had it heated for our New Year’s stay and it was PERFECT!). Tracie’s house has tons of pool & beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to haul it all the one block (6 min walk) to the ocean. Sunnyside Beach is a stretch of beach with no houses or hotels on the beach - which means it’s not crowded at all. Tracie is very available and made sure all was well upon arrival and was more than willing to help us find anything in the house or in town. Thank you, Tracie!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

What a gem. 🩵 This was a favorite for me. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from PCB, which was a 5 min leisure stroll to the beautiful white sand. The house could not have been more perfect, clean, cozy, & private. I will be back. 🩵

We are so thankful to 30A Beach Girls for hosting us at this beautiful home last minute. We had an unforgettable time and made the best memories here. It was probably one of our favorite vacation rentals. Although we weren’t right on the beach, we had everything we needed to quickly access it with ease. Thanks again!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. Adam, our host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, addressing all of our needs promptly. The property itself felt like a private little getaway. Outside, we enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and plenty of seating. For those who enjoy water sports, surfboards and kayaks are available. Inside, the living room was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils—something you don’t often find at other Airbnbs. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. The proximity to the beach, just a short walk away, was another major highlight. Overall, the Airbnb was fantastic, and Adam’s attentive hosting made the experience even better.

The host were very accommodating for us to bring our furry friends with us. We timed the walk to the beach and just as the description says it was 7 minutes. Not a bad walk at all. Beach access has parking as well if you would rather drive. We had a good time. 😀

I would give it 10 stars if I could! I have been to a lot of places, but this by far is my favorite. I love the house, the neighborhood and the gorgeous beaches minutes away. You will not be disappointed in renting this house and I am hoping to return again and again.

Awesome place to stay!! Took my family of 3 (1 year old son) . We loved the views from the balcony. The sunset was beautiful every night. Walking distance to everything we needed (restaurants, pier park, etc). Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again .

Clay was a great host, was very responsive with any questions. Even reached out with the potential tropical storm to keep us updated, we weren't even aware of the storm before that. Planning to come back again next year!

Great location with an amazing view from the 10th floor. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and of course right on the beach. Felt safe and secure with 24/7 security on site and easy access to the parking garage. Pictures match the actual unit. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Not to mention a great deal when compared to similar locations in Florida.

First I want to start out by saying before I even booked this condo for 6 days Kyle messaged me back almost immediately explaining how far certain things were from the condo. Upon walking into the condo it was clean, refreshing and homey. The condo had every single thing we needed and more. We never had to take a trip for anymore supplies. It has a washer and dryer which was a first for us and it was absolutely useful. Gorgeous home and a friendly host in a breathtaking location!

John’s place was perfect for our quick trip. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. Our condo was clean and stocked with enough essentials for a family of 4. The building and amenities were clean. It was nice to see staff onsite taking care of the property grounds. Also, really appreciated the fast elevators!

This place was absolutely perfect! It is near everything, less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, and looked even better than the photos! Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfy! They even had chairs, a wagon and an umbrella that ended up being so convenient for us to use! I would stay here again and again! Amazing place!

Very nice, Korin was great to respond and the place was just what we needed. Quiet streets but close to beach.

We loved our stay in Chris’s tiny home. Beach cozy and newly remodeled or just brand new in general. Walk in shower is huge and comfortable. Outside was a vibe :) Easy walk to the beach. He was super responsive and made the trip stress free with easy instructions.

This location more than served its purpose for my fishing trip. It was near a boat ramp and I liked the isolated nature of the cabin. I really only had a few issues with the place: -the pull out couch is almost unusable and very uncomfortable. -you have to share some amentities with the other cabins, the grill is one example. This was not an issue for us because the neighbors were very friendly and not on our schedule. Overall, this spot was great and would recommend for trips like mine with just a few adults that need a place to sleep. I would definitely come back.

if you were looking to get away and find yourself again this is a must stay. the sun rises and sunsets are breathtaking. is simple, cozy and everything you need to get away and find peace. Miss Deborah is wonderful. we had no issues whatsoever but anything that we asked she was right on top of it. super friendly very welcoming. you couldn't ask for a better host we've stayed at a lot of places and this one is right at the very top. one of our favorites and we will be lifelong visitors. what she is doing with the place is beyond words once again a must visit place for anyone who enjoys the outdoors in the country.

Beautiful property. We were looking to disconnect and get away to nature. Great location to explore the local springs with the kids. we also drove to explore the Caverns at the Florida State park. The property is very peaceful especially in the morning having coffee. Definitely recommend!

The place felt like a warm hug after a busy lead up to Christmas. It was perfectly situated in the forest. I enjoyed the time to decompress and relax and loved that it allowed dogs! I loved the open layout and the views out the window - watching the robins eat the red berries in the trees outside was very entertaining. Everything smelled fresh and clean and I couldn’t complain about anything.

the place was just as described if you like a cabin in the woods with few neighbors this is the place! Janet was a great host with very attractive and polite! she took care of all the issues we had! Thank you Janet!
