Yes it was a 5 minute walk to the beach! It is close to a busier road so there were some annoying cars but not bad during the night! The balcony was great and this was great for what we needed.

Definitely worth the stay. The place is clean and easy to find. Great location with stores nearby and beach access within walking distance. Joe was fast to respond and clear with his instructions. We fully enjoyed our week stay thanks to this host!

Excellent stay for the price! Loved the close proximity to the state park for the trails, and also quick drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. Room is very nice for the price with modern updates and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and porch. Will stay again!

We had a great time at Phil’s condo. It was exactly as it was described and the pictures depicted the condo exactly as it was. We loved the fact that the condo was pet friendly and we could bring our small dog with us. The view of the ocean was perfect. Location was great. It was quiet yet close enough to restaurants and the pier. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was nice to have the umbrella and chairs at least the first half of our week. we did wind up paying for one day so we could hang at the ocean last day. The pool was clean and well kept. we were able to watch them clean it in the morning in the people that we met were all very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Debbie's studio. Everything was very clean and the convenience to the beach was perfect. The chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided was a plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in Seagrove! Perfect size for 3 couples and had everything we needed. Nice balcony with pretty partial views of the ocean and lake! Host and co-host were very responsive and were kind enough to allow us to have a flexible check-in, which was a huge help. We liked the amenities of using the pool and playing pickleball. Was nice that beach was walkable, although I think we misunderstood the instructions that they have lon their listing, as we assumed Eastern Lake access was the access point as seen from listing picture balcony view. We were told that access is actually private property for Beachside Estates, not villas and were told to move further down. The public beach access is still not far though from the property and is walkable if you don’t have a lot of heavy things. Still 5/5 and we would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Great place to stay! The property is well-maintained, and I absolutely loved the aesthetic vibes throughout the home. I really enjoyed the natural light piercing through the sunroom and spent most of my time in the covered patio area. I also appreciated the peaceful location; it felt like we were the only ones on the street. I will definitely revisit soon!

Sayra and Jeff were so great . They were very responsible, the place had everything we needed, very clean , and we will definitely visit again. Mr.Jeff was very responsive when Ms.Sayra wasn’t able to respond quickly. They accommodated us so well . Thank you guys for the great stay .

A great space for multiple people. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen well appointed, allowing us to cook meals and Sandarian provided snacks and sodas as a bonus. Would definitely stay again

The house was great and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and carefully stocked with basic household items. The location was perfect and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as many attractions and restaurants. Our host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again.

They thought of everything you could need for a great beach vacation and the equipment was there.

Valbona’s place was the perfect PCB getaway! The location is fantastic. The beach is right out the back door, and it’s only a short walk to Alibi’s, which has surprisingly delicious food. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. The building was undergoing some construction while we were there, but that doesn’t affect my rating because the crews started and stopped work at reasonable hours. We’d love to stay again once the building gets its facelift!

We are regular Airbnb users. I thought the property was in a great location.. It easily accommodated the five of us. It was neat and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We go to baseball tournaments every year and always stay in this complex. It is awesome.

We loved Leslie’s place. Parking was easy, check in was a breeze, and the location is perfect. We will definitely rebook.

Vanessa was by far one of the most gracious posts we’ve ever had. She was extremely responsive and addressed everything we needed. There was a tropical storm headed towards the panhandle and we felt it was in our best interest to return home. Vanessa was extremely helpful and flexible in helping us navigate the situation.

This place is so nice and the view is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re debating on booking this place, just do it. You won’t regret it! It’s also the perfect layout if you have a baby or toddler who takes naps (the second bedroom is away from the living area and master bedroom). We will definitely be back!

The condo was so cute on the inside & a perfect place for vacation! Very clean and the entire neighborhood felt welcoming. It was in a great spot close to everything, including a close beach access. Kim was very responsive & helpful, and communicated quickly every time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be back soon!

Great location with beautiful view of ocean and sunset. Inclusion of chairs was very nice as our spot was ready for us every day! Bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses that I've ever slept in away from home. Would recommend this rental to others and would definitely stay here again!
