Jane's apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Wellington, on our way to Nelson and the South Island. It is ideally located for the ferries, and also offers easy access to the city centre and waterfront on foot or by bus (including a bus going to the Weta Workshop !). The kitchen is fully equipped and the roof terrace is great for a dinner with a view, weather dependent of course ! For rugby fans it is also located just opposite the stadium and you can enjoy some of the excitement if a game is on, but far enough to avoid the general noise throughout. Having the living area separate from the bath and bedroom areas (on separate floors) makes for a cosy evening post dinner. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to explore Wellington and the many parks of the upper hutt area.

Hi Giles, we had a terrific time. I was in a rush to get to airport and meant to advise the waste master blocked on me although only coleslaw and salad left overs were put down it... Tried everything and in the finish put some draino down hoping that it would just clear with a bit of time. Really enjoyable stay thank you for having us regards Nicole

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Gavin and Shirley were extremely kind hosts and communication with them was excellent. The apartment is a short stroll from the Kelburn Village and a short drive into the CBD. Head down to Volco for some delicious baked goods and to the well stocked Four Square for supplies. It is warm, cosy and well appointed with a full kitchen and washer/dryer which was great for a longer stay. The wardrobe organiser in the bedroom was also a big plus. Couldn't recommend this accommodation enough.

Perfect location for us to be near family. We hope to stay again next time we are in Wellington

I have often seen Martines " Cuba Cutie" on Airbnb and always wanted to stay, finally got the chance.. Loved it so much, light ,bright and cosy, you couldnt be more " in the mix" and yet its calm and tranquil. I didnt find it noisy, in fact I liked the happy voices coming from the Petra Cafe, seem to get busy a little later in the evening... I will be back x x x

Their Airbnb is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and full of little touches—like luxurious robes—that make you feel completely at home. But what really sets this place apart is Lynette and Mike themselves.Even before our trip began, Lynette went out of her way to offer helpful travel tips, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. She even encouraged us to reach out during our stay if we needed ideas for the rest of our trip. Their generosity didn’t stop there—when we unfortunately had a car accident on our first day, they went above and beyond to help. They spent the day assisting us with getting a new rental car and offering genuine care and support. It was far more than we ever could have expected, and we are deeply grateful.This Airbnb was already perfect for our needs, but Lynette and Mike made it even more special.

Outstanding. Marita was a warm, generous and thoughtful host. The breakfast was excellent (much more than the basic cereal of most place in this price range), the house was cosy, yet modern, and sparkling clean. The bedroom was spacious with a bed that was easily as comfortable as one you'd find in a 5-star hotel. I couldn't fault anything. Well worth a stopover in Te Marua. I was doing the Rimutaka Cycle Trail and it really was the perfect spot for a restorative break before another day of cycling. Marita was great company throughout my stay. This Air BnB is a gem.

Brand new place and generally quite clean. Neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. You have to get your own essentials however this was stated in the description. Have to be careful with leaving windows open as there are no fly screens if you don’t want bugs flying around inside. Overall very pleasant stay.

Alex and his family were lovely hosts. They let me add a guest when plans changed last minute and ensured we had what we needed, including access to the washing machine, which was very much appreciated after a week of travel and hostel stays. Alex even surprised us with some blueberries and cherry tomatoes from his garden! Lusky and Tigger are absolutely adorable and made the stay that much sweeter. Although it's a 20-30 minute walk to town, it's very doable. If you're taking the train up from Welly, get off at Wallaceville station instead of the final Upper Hutt station (especially if you're carrying heavy bags haha). Overall, this place had everything we could need, and we really appreciated the warmth from Alex and Denise. Would stay again if ever in Upper Hutt.

Great spacious apartment with great views of the city and harbor. We enjoyed the full length windows and small balcony. It has a good supply of everything you need for your stay. Jieqiong sent very detailed instructions with photos for the check process. (It seems complicated, but it's not.) Location is right next to Cuba Street and convenient for walking around the CBD.

Grace was amazing, she met us at the apartment and then went over everything with us. The apartment is in a great location, the main shopping street and the cable car was just across the way and down an elevator. Close to the train station, it was about a 10 minute walk and Te Papa was about 10-15 minutes walk. Really enjoyed staying there

This apartment, on the ground floor, was the perfect place for us to discover 'Wellie'. It is located in the Northland suburb and that is quite close and also a beautiful walk to the centre of the city. You can spend a quiet night here after a busy day in town or by the sea. The place is clean and you have everything to make your stay pleasant . A good experience.

Great location and apartment for two and a real bonus to have a lap pool and spa. Very good views of the city and some of the harbour too. I will be back for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful, peaceful, & perfect for working from home. Hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming—always making sure I had everything we needed. so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for space with a lovely host with lots to do around in walking distance!

Tolle Unterkunft mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Wohl die beste Aussicht, die wir je hatten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Betten super bequem und die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist noch total neu. Craig war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen
