I wish I could give this place six stars! the steak I bought to grill went bad so Kathy made me a frozen pizza and I ate dinner with them outside. I've never been somewhere more quiet and peaceful. they were very patient with me and my dog that loves to pace and make himself at home. such a sweet, friendly couple with a beautiful home and a priceless view of the lake.

The location was very remote but only 20 minutes from civilization. Places to eat and get gas were closer. Hosts were very friendly and helpful making great recommendations. Accommodations were spacious and private. Nice to have a full kitchen. Highly recommend staying with Lynn and Sam. We had a great time and wish it would have been longer.

Jeffrey's place was very cute. And was perfect for our quick stay. The place was clean and comfortable. It was pouring rain the whole time, but I could see that the yard was gorgeous. Also Fisher the dog was very welcoming and greeted us when we arrived and when we left.

Tim and Roxanne were the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and their place is truly spectacular. It was a privilege to stay there. It is beautiful, peaceful and such an idyllic setting! They also keep their place in tip top shape and have everything you could ever need available for you. Hammocks, boats, bikes… whatever you need. We’ve stayed at a ton of rentals up north as well as internationally, and none come close to staying with Tim and Roxanne at their place. Plus, the lake is pristine and private to the twenty some property owners that have a home on it. Great fishing, clear water and even some sandy spots. Oh, and Al Capone’s brother owned a house on this lake, so there’s a lot of cool history too. So glad we found this place…. Thanks Tim and Roxanne!

The place was great! William was an amazing host. The place was much larger that what I expected. Recommended!

The unit was spacious with good views of passing freighters. The firepit was cozy and the host provided the firewood. Kitchen and bathroom are updated and pool table provided good entertainment. Only change I would recommend is a TV in the bedroom. Host was very proactive prior to checkin and provided clear and easy instructions to find the unit and check-in. Would stay there again.

Joan is lovely and a perfect host -- always responsive but never intrusive. She is very personable. I found her delightful.

Perfect stay for our weekend softball tournament. Incredibly clean, no road noise, plenty of linens and products. Everything was as described! Probably removed snow from parking area, walkway and porch. Would definitely stay again!

Julie's place was quaint and cozy! we loved the location and all the things to do in the area. what a find! we will hopefully be back soon.

only stayed for the night before continuing my road trip so I didn't get to explore the area, but this was a great place to stop with a comfy bed for a much needed rest! it was cozy and comfy, perfect for a night's stay and a good alternative to some of the pricier options in Calgary. Emily's instructions for getting in and using three amenities were very clear, would stay here again

Great location in Suttons Bay for our visit. Close proximity to TART bike trail and plenty of wineries, restaurants, and a nearby waterfront park. Can’t beat the views in the fall time. Great hosts who were friendly and accommodating. Space was very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

Everything went well. The apartment is part of a larger house. We had neighbors during our stay. There is a shared fire pit, but a private deck leading to the apartment. The house is right next to the ferry and bike/moped rentals, so very convenient. The space just has a small kitchenette with a fridge and toaster oven, so you can't really cook. Be aware of this during non-prime season because a lot of restaurants are closing for the season. All was clean and tidy. The water is from a well, so the smell of sulfur was pretty strong after a shower. We had a nice time.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, and the place was very clean. As others have mentioned, you do hear a bit of sound from the floor above, but certainly nothing more than one would expect, and it is stated in the description of the space. We were 4 adults, and made good use of the well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was very clean and bright.

Great little place. Couch isn’t the most comfortable for lounging on but otherwise it is very cozy! Not far from town and beautiful view of the sunrise over the lake.

Great place, peaceful; relaxing, close enough to everything we wanted to see! We did a lot in 2 days, charlevoix, petoskey, sleeping bear dunes, tunnel of trees, harbor springs. The hot tub at night was a great touch, and the place was super clean!! Beds comfortable, bathroom nice! Very spacious and lovely overall

My family and I loved our stay with Dan and Rachel, and definitely will be back. We had a girls trip with my aunt who was visiting from the UK, and had the best time. The property is so calm and peaceful, the perfect summer getaway. Our room was clean and spacious, and had a great view of the lake. Dan and Rachel were so kind and accommodating in all of our interactions. It was wonderful to be greeted by Dunes, the family dog on the property, as we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast on the patio outside our room. Visiting the chickens and buying their fresh eggs was an unexpected bonus. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we are so happy to have found such a gem of a vacation place!

This was our second year staying at Little Perch - a perfect, cozy space for a quiet long weekend away with my family of 4. We love Glen Arbor, Empire, and Sleeping Bear. You have everything you need in the apartment. It’s super clean and beds are incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend!

Marc's place was exactly as described and a great location, even in winter!! gorgeous sunrises from the back deck! Plenty of dishes and cutlery which was handy as it took us a while to find the dish washing tablets. I would recommend staying here in any season!!

Not gonna find a better spot in this area for the price. 5 minutes from mountain. Friendly guy and the place was comfortable. My buddy and I had plenty of room. Hot tub also super sweet 🤘. Will book again when heading back to the ski resort.

Excellent location (a walk away from Lake Superior). There is literally everything you could need. The best stocked Airbnb I think I've ever stayed in, from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the board games, blankets, beach towels, you name it. There isn't a stove in the kitchen, but there are too many great local places to eat at in Marquette that you don't need it. There is a Keurig and electric tea kettle. The wifi was fast; there is a Google TV; and the foosball table was a hit. Beds are comfy and clean. If you get the chance, this is a fantastic stay!

Chris was very responsive . Hands down my favorite place in Harbor Springs area from Airbnb. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. I was able to bring my 2 dogs with me and felt right at home. Nubs Nob is a few miles down the road as we as Boyne Highland. Perfect location. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would definetely stay here again with my next time I come back to H.S.!

Loved this spot, and would definitely return! The decor is very cozy, we LOVED the sauna, and it had plenty of space for our group of 5.

Diane’s Airbnb is absolutely wonderful! Super clean, super cute, super quiet, super comfortable, and her communication is top notch. And all the little touches from books, guides and brochures to snacks, eye masks and chocolate on the pillows make you feel like a special guest. The location is close to so many things to see and do, but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. I cannot recommend this place enough!

2nd visit here this Winter. I love being right in town. The heated garage for our vehicle is such a Winter treat. Sweet treats and local coffee is a nice perk. I will be back next ski season!
