Beautiful seaside cottage with access to the beach right across the road! Very accessible to go to Dunedin. Janet was very responsive and she was very thoughtful in leaving us breakfast and bread. The cottage had toys and beach amenities to enjoy! We had the most wonderful time :) will definitely be visiting again!

This home is a bit off the beaten path - which is its charm. This is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places that we have stayed in; and we travel extensively. Sandra could not be more kind or charming. You cannot go wrong here!

Best Airbnb either of us have ever stayed in, in our extensive travels. We are still in disbelief of this home. If you have the chance to stay, do it. We had hesitated to book because there’s so much to do along the South Island, but now we know that this home is worth making the special visit. We will not be forgetting the serenity and beauty of Fallow Ridge: the uninterrupted panoramic view of sheep-dotted mountainside, the warm bath overlooking the sunset, the beautiful fog rolling in and out around the house. We walked along the road and down to the river and never actually went back down into town in our two nights because the property was just too awesome to leave; we recommend you arrive with some groceries as we did, in case you feel the same! The thoughtful details from our hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were glad to meet David out on a walk and we regret to have not met Sarah, who we wish to also sincerely thank for such a lovely stay!

Classic Victorian Cottage in Heart of the Heritage Zone

Recently stayed with two other couples and really enjoyed our stay. Cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is well furnished with a nice view. Convenient location to walk down to town. Dunedin is hilly so there are understandably a fair number of steps but you could walk up the road if preferred. Would be even better for 6 people if there was seating for all in the living area. Outside dining for 6 works if it’s dry and warm. Thanks Claire and Wolfgang for sharing your cosy retreat - we would rent again!

Brandon Greg's place is an older style house, which is really spacious and warm. bedrooms, lounge and deck are huge. kitchen is great, and we cooked a few meals. the master bedroom is big enough for its own lounge, with 2 comfortable single chairs and a fold out couch-bed. Well suited our family of 4.

The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it is very close to the scenic spot and supermarkets, it is very convenient for self-driving. The house is well maintained, clean and tidy. The scenery outside the house is beautiful.the landlord communicates in a timely manner and provides what we need.I hope in next time will order this house again.

The house was perfect for all the family that arrived from around the country great location plenty of room for everybody the only fault and it’s only a minor fault is having to reverse down the driveway

Fabulous view. Could walk to the Moeraki Boulders (45 min) and short walk (10 min) to local watering hole (Moeraki Tavern). Stunning view from Whaler's Point also walkable. Short drive to lighthouse. Seals plentiful and we also got lucky and saw penguin!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views with easy parking. Comfy beds and and a well stocked kitchen. We only had a quick one night stay here but would definitely come back again!

Bull Creek is an absolutely lovely spot. Quiet and remote with lovely bush and beach walks. The neighbours were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Walking in the nearby bush being deafened by the bellbirds a definite highlight. Views from the house of the sea was spectacular and the coastal walks and seeing the seals and lots of birds was another highlight. All of us agreed that we would love to stay again.

Was the perfect house to accommodate my son & wife, brother & wife to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everything we needed for drinks in the evening either on verandah or inside And a great kitchen, table, glasses, a variety of different sized serving dishes for sharing both formal & informal meals. Beds very comfortable as were bathrooms.
