This was a great place to stay! We stayed as part of a girl’s weekend, and this place didn’t disappoint. The owners were super communicative and friendly, which was really helpful! I would definitely stay here again! Check in and check out were also seamless!

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

This property was perfect. Angela and Steve have out done themselves. This is the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in an AIRBNB. The colors of the home were welcoming and cozy. Clean, comfy, and quaint. Thank you for having us a guests.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted extra room to be able to relax. We were able to have some home cooked meals, the kids were able to burn off steam, and everyone got a good nights sleep! Hosts were prompt and friendly with a water heater issue and were flexible with our checkout time when we got tournament details late in the evening. Would recommend and stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed with Clinton and Jackie and both times were amazing. Home was perfect for our family as far as rooms, and the fact that it is dog friendly is a HUGE plus. They communicate very well, are responsive and have a great well maintained home that is in the middle of everything in Des Moines. I would recommend over and over again and plan to stay with them if we have anything in the area in the future.

Stayed a week for the State Fair. Very clean, well stocked and mostly new/renovated. Beds were comfy. One was considerably low to the floor, about 8”, a little tuff getting up & down. The driveway and street is narrow. Neighbors parked on street made backing out difficult with large truck. Disappointed with the screened in back patio. It was uncharacteristically dirty with leaves and debris. Washer & dryer in basement, well lit and very clean. WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water. We would stay again.

Great place to stay while in DesMoines. Carl is a 5⭐️host and was extremely responsive. House is a super cool space- very welcoming and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private patio is fantastic… there is also a very large shared yard and gazebo. Neighborhood felt very safe- walked during the day and evening. About 6-10minute drive to downtown. Tons of on street parking. Would highly recommend choosing this property

Very helpful to have backyard access for my dogs, beautiful eclectic garden. Very comfortable bed and although I didn’t need the fridge or stove, it’s nice to know they were there. I didn’t notice if there were any utensils or dishes besides mugs. Quiet neighborhood and great sleeping!

Great spot for a weekend stay! The location was convenient and we were within a short walk of food and entertainment downtown. The unit itself was spacious and clean. We will stay here again!

Daniel’s place was great—very private and quiet. It’s conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The space was clean and peaceful, making it a great value. Daniel was a proactive communicator, and we had all the information we needed before our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when visiting the area. A+

I was visiting Des Moines to attend a Drake University event so this place is very conveniently close by in case that is what you are looking for. This garden level/basement unit is very charming, private and has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed just hanging out in the nice living room area. The backyard is beautiful! Angela is a great host because she is so kind and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

Jeff’s place was very clean, his directions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. If we would have had more time, we would have loved to visit all the shops nearby. A quick drive to the Iowa Events Center for any occasion. On top of that, Jeff was great at communicating and very flexible when I had to change my reservation. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

Great spot. We had a wonderful trip. Nice to have stuff for our infant already in the condo. Only issue is to be aware that the spiral staircase in the parking garage is a bit small. We found that using the car ramp was better with an infant. Would stay here again.

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Justin's place was perfect for my stay. It was downtown, skywalk accessible, close to event center, restaurants, grocery store, etc... The only thing that was confusing was getting in and finding the apartment. I'd never been there before. I got a little thrown off by the entry description: "When you enter the lobby you'll see the elevators behind a glass enclosed entrance. Go to the door and enter the passcode for access to the elevator." The elevator glass entrance actually uses an RFID keychain reader and the passcode given is used for the outside sidewalk entrance on the east side of the building. Then when I got to the floor off the elevator there are a bunch of blank doors (I assume this was an old hotel) that don't have any room numbers on them, so I was a little confused if I was in the right spot. I didn't walk far enough down the hall to realize that multiple rooms had been converted to apartments and that there are only about 3 doors on the floor that are used.
