Остановился на три дня у Akbarbek, очень хороший и отзывчивый приятный хозяин , не смотря на то, что у него жена родила в этот день, смог выполнить обещание и встретил меня в аэропорту , что было очень удобно ! Квартира свежая, чистая, после ремонта, белье, подушки, одеяла все новое! От меня были некоторые пожелания, он максимально быстро все организовал и сделал . Очень рекомендую, тут комфортно оставаться от 1 до 4 человек.

Raxmatulla's hospitality made our trip to Khiva memorable. Being inside the fortress was one of the best experiences ever. Additionally, Raxmatulla helped arrange transportation to and from the airport and facilitated a tour of Ayaz Kala, Toprak Kala, and Kizil Kala, which added to our unforgettable experience in Khiva. The place is immaculate and quiet. People are asked to remove their shoes at the entrance which makes it a homely and clean at all time. The room is basic and nice. Kamoladdin is friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast in the morning. I asked for vegetarian options and every day he prepared something cruelty-free, plant based.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. It’s amazing to be in the center of everything. Next to Terrassa Cafe (go there at sunset!) Fantastic hosts and breakfast. Would love to visit again!

We were actually in one of Ruslan's other listings (my little house in old city) which was newer with the same advertised facilities. It was located in a quiet corner inside the walled city and perfect for exploring the area. Sparkling clean with full shared kitchen and fast, reliable wifi. Ruslan communicated well. We had an enjoyable stay in Khiva and highly recommend staying with Ruslan and his lovely team.

Loved this place. The room with two twin beds was perfect for me and my friend. The host allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was very kind. Also picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the train for a fair rate. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty (included freshly made over easy eggs). Located immediately outside the walls and near a supermarket and restaurants, it was super walkable and convenient. The beds, air con/heater, hot shower, and bottled waters all made for a very comfy place.
