We got very lucky; finding Rosie and the condo in an awesome community. A great view from the condo and a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and 2 great restaurants. Good snorkeling in your back yard. They also have rentals for kayaks and other water sports. The condo was very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Rosie's recommendations on Captain Charters, Driver, and where to hang out were first class. A must do is to rent a boat w Captain to go snorkeling and view the islands from the water. We were there the weekend of the College Football and NFL playoffs. We figured out how to stream the games on our laptop. We wanted to watch on the TV; but needed a HDMI cable to do so. Rosie had one delivered within 45 minutes of the request. Awesome! 5 - 10 minutes from Redhook stores and restaurants and other marinas. You can walk to the Ritz across the street and get a day pass for a change of scenery. A great spot and great host! Thank you!

The condo was nice and clean. And the view is amazing! We are already talking about going back next year. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

I stayed here for my birthday . And I had a great time . I was private with its own pool . Very clean close to the ferry to ST John & restaurants and stores. There were beaches less than 5 minutes away . This place was great

We rented this unit for a family vacation. There was plenty of space for the six of us. The unit is nicely decorated, and having three bedrooms and 4 baths gave everyone some privacy. It was great to have access to Margaritaville and Coki Beach is just a short walk away. The resort also has shuttle services 3 times a day to Coki Beach and once a day to Sapphire Beach. All were very happy with our choice of accommodations and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Jendai for sharing this lovely property.

We had a great stay at this location! Bert was very informative and responded quickly to the small issues we had during our stay. For example, when we got there he sent someone over to replace the batteries in the front door lock, which was greatly appreciated. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and had most of the supplies we needed for the beach. The views all over the property were amazing. We only had one evening of rain, which created quite splashing noise right outside the door during the night, but not a huge issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and greatly appreciated all of Bert's help!

Overall the place was clean and in a nice location. It was next to the beach and also had a pool. There was some miscommunication with AirBnb for check-in but Richard was able to remedy right away.

Kimberly was so great to work with! She was extremely responsive & helpful with any questions I had especially during the classic st Thomas unexpected power outage . Gorgeous area, and a couple cute bars/dining in walking distance.

We loved every second of our stay! The accommodations were perfect and the view of the ocean was incredible. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. It was so fun to have all of the wildlife around us - there were countless iguanas! We really enjoyed the restaurant and market. We even scheduled an Oceanside massage (which we highly recommend)!

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s property, which was perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The on-site restaurant was a great perk, so we didn't have to worry about cooking every day. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a large group. One of the best surprises was that beach towels were provided, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable family vacation. We can't wait to come back!
