der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

My stay at Irem’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was stylish, spotless, and perfectly located, offering both comfort and convenience. Place is good, lots of thing to do in the neighbourhood. Host was very accommodating.

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

Our stay at Can’s apartment surpassed our expectations. The apartment is in peaceful and quiet area that is still close to the busy parts of Arnavutköy. The view is absolutely beautiful from the front yard, and the apartment was clean, spacious, organized, and had everything we needed. Can was helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be staying here again!

We particularly loved this place because it was possible to book the entire house (two floors) for ourselves and it’s easy to walk in and out in a very central area. It’s wooden and traditionally decorated, giving a very warm, nice feeling. It was lovely to have breakfast and dinner in the kitchen, we had everything we needed. The small details like lovely espresso cups stood out. We used all the amenities like wash machine without any issues. This place has a very good value for the price. We were very pleased to stay here, and we would stay here again. The location is very central, but surprisingly quiet. We always had a good night’s sleep and never had issues with noises, which is quite rare in these areas. Nil and Ümmühan hanım were both very communicative and helpful. Ümmühan hanım greeted us and helped us find a parking location. They always called or messaged and checked in on us, if we needed anything. Super nice people. Tekrar çok teşekkürler 🙏

There is so much I could say about the area, Buket and the space itself -- I enjoyed it so much! It was a life-saver after a stinky, overpriced, crappy Airbnb I had in Cihangir. Buket is a fabulous host who really goes above and beyond for her guests. The house/neighborhood had a lovely familial cottage vibe where there were days I simply wanted to just stay in the area and at the home relaxing. The Uskudar ferry can take you everywhere, is easy, cheap and a really enjoyable experience. The neighborhood is not inundated with tourists ensuring the culture has yet to be overrun by the modern day overflow of post-pandemic digital nomads (sorry not sorry). The only criticism I could possibly have is that the seagulls are a bit loud but my partner said it reminded him of Cannes and liked it. I'm an unusually light sleeper so I think it is a me problem. Either way I adored Buket and the space, it made my trip and so did Buket's dedication to my comfort and overall enjoyment. THANK YOU BUKET!

Op onze dag van aankomst ,was Inanc, aanwezig in het appartement , hij wachtte ons op , voor ons te begroeten , en ons alle inlichtingen te verschaffen over het appartement , ook inlichtingen over excursies , Inanc is een zeer aangename persoon , en heel vriendelijk , je kan Inanc ,op ieder moment als je hem nodig hebt bereiken ,de aangeboden accommodatie , was volledig zoals in de beschrijving , en vooral heel rustige ligging , en op 20min wandelen van het centrum van Kadikoy en de haven waar je alle bootverbindingen kan nemen , ook de metro naar de luchthaven is op 7 min wandel afstand van het appartement , er is ook een heel groot koopcentrum , met een Carrefour , heel handig om etenswaren in te kopen , op 10 min wandelafstand van het appartement , verder zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig in het appartement , ook gemakkelijk voor iemand met beperking , appartement bevind zich op het gelijksvloer ! In ieder geval bedankt Inanc voor deze aanbieding !

The apartment was wonderful. Everything was exactly as beautiful as the pictures. Tunç our host was very helpful, we had an issue with our sink and he fixed it within less than an hour. The neighborhood is extremely nice, everything is nearby; lots of local businesses around the apartment. Grocery store stay open late which was so helpful.

Üsküdar merkezinde, çarşıya, kordona, Marmaray ve vapur iskelesine oldukça yakın bir konumda bulunan bu dairede ailem ve ben tatilimiz süresince güzel zaman geçirdik. Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Zamanından önce giriş yaptık, Burak Bey bu konuda yardımcı oldu bizlere :) Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz evin birebir aynısında kalıyor olacaksınız. Anadolu Yakası’nda kalmak isterseniz, bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ediyorum.

Pobyt v domě byl velmi příjemný. Dům se nachází v klidné čtvrti, ale zároveň je jen pár minut chůze od hlavní ulice čtvrti Kuzguncuk, kde se nachází restaurace, kavárny, obchody a další služby. Lokalita je ideální – klid na odpočinek, ale vše potřebné máte doslova za rohem. Dům je čistý, útulný a dobře vybavený. Kuchyň má vše potřebné pro vaření, postele jsou pohodlné a interiér je zařízen s citem. Příjemným bonusem je nádherný výhled na evropskou část města. Během nepříznivého počasí se ani z bytu nechce ven. Komunikace s majitelem byla rychlá a bezproblémová. Celkově jsme byli s pobytem velmi spokojeni a rádi se v budoucnu vrátíme. Určitě doporučujeme!

Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi, temizliğe dikkat eden biri olarak Mert beyin evinde rahat ettiğimi söyleyebilirim.. mutfakta yemek yapabilicek yeterli malzemeler bulunuyordu. Sadece eve gidilen yol araçsız insanlar için biraz yokuşluydu.. Konaklamadan memnunum fiyat performans harikaydı :)

Die Unterkunft ist im zweiten Stock eines neueren Hauses. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Sie ist eine Parallelstraße vom Wasser entfernt. Die Wohnung hatte - wie alle Wohnungen ein Zahlenschloss und keinen Schlüssel. Ich vermute daher dass im ganzen Haus airbnbs sind. Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich eingerichtet und so wie angegeben. Man ist in sehr kurzer Zeit sowohl am Meer wie auch im Zentrum von Üsklüdar. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this stunning 3-bedroom apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was spacious for our meals together. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for peace and privacy. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing us with helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect home base.

Ev konumu, temizliği, eşyaların durumu, Arkadaşların iletişimi güzeldi. 2 araçlık Otopark mevcut. Üsküdar’a taksi geçilmesi durumunda vapur motor vs ile tarihi yarımada ve tarihi yerlere ulaşım mükemmel derecede kolay oldu. Biz çok Memnun kaldık. Güzel deneyimdi

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.
