We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was super clean and tidy. The apartment has everything you need and we felt at home right away. Onur is a great host, very friendly, accomodating and helpful. He showed us around the apartment personally and we definitely noticed that the apartment is treated with great care. It was a good location for us, with options for public transport within decent walking distance. The only thing worth mentioning for us is that the neighborhood has very steep streets, which requires a good physical condition to be able to walk from/to the apartment. Otherwise you would always need to take a taxi everywhere.

Volkan is an amazing host, providing us with guidance, recommendations, and extending any help that we needed. His apartment is exactly as described, as shown in the photos, and more! We will definitely be back to stay at Volkan's apartment the next time we are back in Istanbul!

This was a great stay! The condo is in a quiet street in Yedegirmeni, for those who are familiar it’s such a charming and vibrant neighborhood with tons of cute cafes and local spots within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a digital nomad, I especially appreciated the reliable and fast Wi-Fi and the dedicated workspace. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base in Kadıköy, especially if you're planning on working remotely

Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich optimal – auf der einen Seite war man sofort in der Stadt und auf der anderen Seite direkt an der Hauptstraße. In der Umgebung gab es viele kleine Läden und Märkte, wo man schnell etwas holen konnte. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Man hat sich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Einzige, was ein bisschen gestört hat, war ein leichter Geruch in der Wohnung, vermutlich weil sie im Keller liegt. Möglicherweise hängt das mit der Wasseranlage zusammen – genau wussten wir es nicht. Aber nach ein bisschen Lüften war der Geruch auch schnell weg, also war das kein großes Problem. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die wir weiterempfehlen können!

A comfortable, centrally located, and cosy apartment. The space has been well utilized to make it feel spacious and at home. Lots of restaurants, mini markets, bakeries and coffee shops in the area. The proximity to public transport made it very convenient. Hakan went out of his way to take care of us. Thank you and see you soon.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der wunderschönen Aussicht. Das Apartment liegt in einer perfekten Umgebung – sei es für einen entspannten Urlaub oder als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren in die Umgebung. Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist einfach atemberaubend! ein echtes Highlight. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, was für erholsame Nächte sorgte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit – alles war makellos gepflegt. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hatten tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Ob für Paare, Familien oder Alleinreisende – diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Merhaba, keyifli ve huzurlu bir yerdi, herkese tavsiye ederim. Balkonda mangal yapmak için bir ızgara yoktu. Balkonda şemsiye yoktu ve sandalyeler ıslaktı, bu yüzden balkonu kullanamadık. Geri kalan her şey harikaydı.

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

My stay at Irem’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was stylish, spotless, and perfectly located, offering both comfort and convenience. Irem herself is an outstanding host—thoughtful, welcoming, and always ready with great local tips. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable Istanbul and Bosphorus experience!

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

We particularly loved this place because it was possible to book the entire house (two floors) for ourselves and it’s easy to walk in and out in a very central area. It’s wooden and traditionally decorated, giving a very warm, nice feeling. It was lovely to have breakfast and dinner in the kitchen, we had everything we needed. The small details like lovely espresso cups stood out. We used all the amenities like wash machine without any issues. This place has a very good value for the price. We were very pleased to stay here, and we would stay here again. The location is very central, but surprisingly quiet. We always had a good night’s sleep and never had issues with noises, which is quite rare in these areas. Nil and Ümmühan hanım were both very communicative and helpful. Ümmühan hanım greeted us and helped us find a parking location. They always called or messaged and checked in on us, if we needed anything. Super nice people. Tekrar çok teşekkürler 🙏

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment when I'm in Istanbul again! Thank you very much, Berrak!

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

We had some medical procedures scheduled, so we were looking for a place that was both comfortable and spacious since we’d be spending a lot of time at home. Even though it was just the three of us, it felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves. The house had a beautiful rustic charm, the decor was stunning, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even while Aaron was on a flight, he still made the effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it exceeded all of my expectations. We now know exactly where we’ll stay the next time we’re in Istanbul.
